the separator is characterized in that the main body of the separator is of a T-shaped structure, and the periphery of the separator is provided with a grid mesh structure;
the discharge channel is fixedly arranged on the rear side of the top of the base through a support;
the pushing frame is arranged at the top of the base in a sliding mode through the guide rail, the top of the base is bent forwards, and a pushing ring is fixedly arranged at the front end of the bent position; two groups of electric cylinders are arranged between the two sides of the propulsion frame and the discharge channel;
the defective product channel is arranged at the bottom of the separator in an inclined state in cooperation with the bracket;
the main revolving rack also comprises:
the device comprises mounting frames, two groups of mounting frames are fixedly arranged at two ends of the front side of a main rotating frame, feed hoppers are fixedly arranged at the bottoms of the two groups of mounting frames, the main body of each feed hopper is of a T-shaped structure, and a cylindrical discharge port is integrally formed at the bottom of the rear side of each feed hopper;

the spiral propeller is fixedly arranged on the front side part of the interior of the separator through a support, the spiral propeller is attached to the bottom side of the interior of the feed hopper, and the front end of the spiral propeller is rotatably arranged at the front end of the feed hopper; the front side of the separator is provided with a gear ring, and the top of the main rotating frame is provided with a motor meshed with the gear ring;
the separator also includes:
the outer part of the separator is obliquely and slidably provided with a fin plate, and one side of the fin plate is uniformly provided with a thrust plate;
spring rods are fixedly arranged outside the separator, and every two groups of spring rods are sleeved with springs and fixedly provided with blocking pieces through the thrust plate;
the rear end of the separator is fixedly provided with a baffle ring plate;
the discharge passage further includes:
the exhaust platform is integrally arranged in the middle of the top of the exhaust channel, a round hole is formed in the middle of the exhaust platform, and a gearbox is fixedly arranged in the round hole through a support;
the linkage shaft is rotatably arranged in the front side of the discharge channel, and the front end of the linkage shaft is aligned with and fixedly connected with the circle center of the spiral propeller; the rear end of the linkage shaft is connected with a gearbox, the top of the gearbox is provided with an exhaust fan, and the bottom of the gearbox is rotatably provided with a driven shaft; when the linkage shaft rotates for one circle, the driven shaft rotates for five circles, and the exhaust fan rotates for fifteen circles;
the propelling frame further comprises:
the inner side of the push ring is provided with the H-shaped pulley in a surrounding manner, and the middle of the H-shaped pulley is provided with an inner cone-shaped ring; the front side internal diameter of interior toper type ring is greater than the rear side internal diameter, and the outside rear side corner of finned plate sets up to the inclined plane structure, and the inclined plane structure can laminate with the internal diameter of interior toper type ring.
2. The sorting device of claim 1, wherein the separator has a front end with a smaller inner diameter than a rear end, and the discharge outlet of the hopper is located inside the front end of the separator.
