The upper surface of the feed port 5 is bonded with a rubber pad, the upper surface of the housing 1711 and the lower surface of the cover 1714 are bonded with rubber pads, and the outer side surface of the insert plate 9 is bonded with a rubber pad, so that the sealing performance of the whole device is improved.
The rear side of the collecting box 11 is provided with a power line and a switch, the input end of the power line is electrically connected with an external power supply, the output end of the power line is electrically connected with the input end of the switch through a wire, and the input ends of the switch are respectively electrically connected with the input ends of the motor 412 and the air heater 14 through wires.
The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, firstly, the handle 714 is pulled to drive the pull rod 711 to move, the spring 713 is compressed, the pull rod 711 is pulled out of the cover plate 6, the cover plate 6 is opened, the handle 714 is loosened, the device body 13 is restored to enable the pull rod 711 to return to the original position, the knob 319 is rotated through the feeding port 5, the screw rod 318 is installed selectively, the second sieving cylinder 215 slides on the first sieving cylinder 211, the transverse length of the overlapped part of the first sieving hole 212 and the second sieving hole 216 is adjusted, the first bolt 321 is loosened, the first sliding block 315 slides in the sliding groove 316, the second sieving cylinder 215 rotates on the first sieving cylinder 211, the transverse length of the overlapped part of the first sieving hole 212 and the second sieving hole 216 can be adjusted, the first bolt 321 is screwed after the adjustment of the overlapped part of the first sieving hole 212 and the second sieving hole 216 is finished, and the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are poured into the first sieving cylinder 211 through the feeding port 5, pulling the handle 714 again, covering the cover plate 6, loosening the handle 714 to reinsert the handle 711 into the cover plate 6, opening the switch to enable the motor 412 and the air heater 14 to start working, driving the gear 413 to rotate by the output shaft of the motor 412 to drive the rack 411 to rotate, further enabling the first sieving cylinder 211 to rotate, enabling the herbal pieces in the first sieving cylinder 211 to be continuously turned over, enabling impurities to fall into the drawer 12 from the overlapped part between the first sieving hole 212 and the second sieving hole 216, drying the air heater 14, pumping the air in the device main body 1 into the air heater 14 through the shell 1711, filtering larger particles of herbal piece impurities through the filtering net 1711, further filtering the herbal piece impurities in the air in the device main body 1 through the sponge block 1713, absorbing the water vapor in the air, adding the air into the air through the air exhaust pipe 15 by the air heater 14, discharging the air into the first sieving cylinder 211, therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are dried, after a period of time, the switch is turned off, the motor 412 and the air heater 14 stop working, the inserting plate 9 is pulled out from the second clamping groove 10, the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces obtained in the first sieving barrel 211 flow out from the discharging groove 8, when the decoction piece residues in the drawer 12 are more, the drawer 12 is pulled out from the collecting box 11, the baffle 1313 is opened towards two sides, the torsion spring 1314 is twisted, the drawer 12 is reinserted into the collecting box 11 after the residues in the drawer 12 are taken out, the torsion spring 1314 is restored, the baffle 1313 is pressed on the drawer 12, and the operation is finished.
