The working principle is as follows: when the rice is dried, the rice is poured into the hopper 11 and is sent into the drying cylinder 4 through the material guide pipe 13, at the moment, hot air is continuously sent into the drying box 2 through the hot air mechanism 3 and enters the inner side of the drying cylinder 4 through the sieve pores 41 on the drying cylinder 4 to dry the rice, meanwhile, the motor drives the gear ring 42 to rotate, the gear ring 42 drives the drying cylinder 4 which rotates continuously to turn the drying cylinder 4 to uniformly turn over the rice and screen impurities and fine particles in the rice through the screen holes 41, hot air entering the drying cylinder 4 blows dust and chaff out of the rice and filters the dust and the chaff through the filter bag 53 while being discharged through the outward air outlet pipe 43, when arranging the material to the rice, simultaneously, pull out shrouding 46 to make bin outlet 45 open and realize the quick discharge of the rice in the section of thick bamboo 4 of drying.
The device obtained by the design can basically meet the requirement of the existing rice drying treatment for multiple functions, and the dried rice is convenient to discharge, but the designer further improves the device with the aim of further improving the functions.
