the fourth spring (114) is arranged between the clamping block (113) and the fifth mounting block (112); the water collecting tank (115) is arranged between the fifth mounting block (112) and the condensation plate (110) in a sliding mode, and the water collecting tank (115) is matched with the clamping block (113).
