本发明公开了一种纳米有机硒片剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:纳米有机硒粉150‑170份、L‑抗坏血酸C75‑95份、维生素K2(发酵法)25‑35份、D‑α‑琥珀酸生育酚20‑30份、山梨糖醇20‑195份、乳糖10‑70份、二氧化硅10‑35份、微晶纤维素和聚维酮1‑3份,其特征是将主辅料配比称重后进行一次粉碎初磨和二次精磨,精磨后的粒径尺寸不大于20纳米,精磨后沸腾制粒、加入润滑剂后总混、压片、包衣、包装制成。本发明所采用的配方科学,所采用的纳米化加工方法为纯粹物理方法,没有化学反应,不会破坏硒酵母细胞内物质,也不会带入有害物质,洁净环保,使其具有食用安全、含硒量高、口感良好、生物利用率高、具有良好的补硒效果的特点。

我国微量元素与健康学会提出:我们应该像补碘那样抓好补硒工作。 特别是注意老年人的补硒工作,当务之急做好的两件事,一是向人们普 及有关硒与人体健康的知识,使人们提高如何防止缺硒的认识;二是着 手开发富硒食品,大规模推广富硒农产品。至此,市场上补充硒元素的 食品与保健品大量涌现,由于片剂食用方便,便于携带且工艺简单、生 产成本低,因此市面上推出的食品基本上是含片、咀嚼片、压片糖果剂 型。但是,市面上硒元素片剂只注重硒含量,而并不重视硒的存在形式 和人体对其的生物利用率以及产品稳定性,造成了大量补硒而无法达到 补硒效果的问题,而且不同硒化合物在人体中的作用存在很大的差异, 很多无机物形式存在硒的人体吸收率很差,而且还有一定毒性,食用这种硒并不会给人带来有益的健康功效。因此,如何提供一种食用安全、 含硒量高、生物利用率高、口感良好的补硒片剂及其制备方法是本领域 技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术不足,为了满足了消费者的需求,提供一 种纳米有机硒片剂及其制备方法,使其具有食用安全、含硒量高、口感 良好、生物利用率高、具有良好的补硒效果的特点。
本发明以如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种纳米有机硒片剂,其特征是由以下重量份数的原料制成:纳米 有机硒粉150-170份、L-抗坏血酸C75-95份、维生素K2(发酵法)25-35 份、D-α-琥珀酸生育酚20-30份、山梨糖醇20-195份、乳糖10-70份、 二氧化硅10-35份、微晶纤维素和聚维酮1-3份。
一种纳米有机硒片剂制备方法,其特征是将主辅料配比称重后进行 一次粉碎初磨和二次精磨,精磨后的粒径尺寸不大于20纳米,精磨后沸 腾制粒、加入润滑剂后总混、压片、包衣、包装制成。
所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸镁,占全部的质量比0.3-3%。
所述的主料为纳米有机硒粉、L-抗坏血酸C、维生素K2(发酵法)、 D-α-琥珀酸生育酚,辅料由山梨糖醇、乳糖、二氧化硅、微晶纤维素、 聚维酮组成。
所述的纳米有机硒粉是将富硒酵母溶于水中,制成浓度为2~15%的 浆液,再将浆液加入到超声破碎仪中,经200w功率超声20min,使其颗 粒进一步细微化,再通过超高压均质机,使浆液在压力为100-120mpa、 温度为50-65℃条件下均质2次,将富硒酵母浆液进行纳米化处理,再经 离心喷雾干燥、快速固化、造粒制得。
所述的富硒酵母是以适宜的发酵用营养物质接种未经基因修饰的酵 母菌种,经发酵培养将培养基中含有的亚硒酸钠转化为有机态硒,再经 分离、干燥制得,亦可市上采购富硒酵母粉。
所述的纳米化处理,其特征是纳米化处理后的粒径尺寸为90~ 200nm。
所述的L-抗坏血酸又叫维生素C(Vitamin C,Ascorbic Acid), 是一种水溶性维生素。
所述的维生素K2是一种脂溶性维生素,具有叶绿醌生物活性的萘醌 基团的衍生物,是人体中不可缺少的重要维生素之一。
所述的D-α-琥珀酸生育酚是由D-α-生育酚经酯化,重结晶,甩滤, 烘干,制得。
所述的山梨糖醇、乳糖、二氧化硅、微晶纤维素、聚维酮、硬脂酸 镁,可直接在厂家或市场上采收,药食商店或超市均有所售。
本发明的纳米有机硒片剂规格为0.6g/片,每片含硒≥100μg,含维 生素C90mg、维生素K45μg、维生素E35mg,适合需要补充硒、维生素C、 维生素K2、维生素E的成人,不适宜17岁以下人群及孕妇、乳母食用。 食用量按每日一次,每次两粒,温水送服。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、本发明是针对现在大多数人缺少硒元素,针对需要补充硒、维生 素C、维生素K、维生素E的人群设计的功能性食品,产品选以纳米级富 硒粉为主要原料,经精心研制加入了L-抗坏血酸C、维生素K2、D-α- 琥珀酸生育酚组分,可以同时补充人体硒元素和维生素CKE。组分中维生 素E和硒在防止过氧化损害方面具有互补作用,维生素CKE可促进机体 对硒的吸收,减少其在体内的流失,提高了硒的利用率;同时,硒也能 促进维生素CKE的吸收,减少维生素CKE在体内的流失,同样也就提高 了维生素CKE的利用率,经过精心研制的配方,对人体疲劳、氧化具有 很好调节作用。同时调节各项身体机能,恢复身体活力,使人体精神饱 满。
2、本发明采用超声破碎与超高压均质相结合的细微化处理方法,通 过纳米化改善提高硒酵母的溶解度,从而改善提高它的生物利用度及其 功效,把硒酵母纳米化后可以提高溶解度、改善沉淀状况,功效大幅提 高就可以降低功效成分用量,生物有机硒含量保持完好,将大大提高人 体对有机硒的吸收利用。
3、本发明所采用的配方科学,所采用的加工为纯粹物理方法,没有 化学反应,不会破坏硒酵母胞内物质,也不会带入有害物质,洁净环保, 将富硒酵母纳米化处理为90~200nm的粒径尺寸,制成了高效、安全的 纳米化有机硒粉,经主辅料精磨后粒径尺寸达到了不大于20纳米,使其 具有食用安全、含硒量高、口感良好、生物利用率高、具有良好的补硒效果的特点。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
下面对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
采收硒含量为2000PPm的功能性富硒酵母,备用;
称取上述富硒酵母,将其溶于水中,制成浓度为13%的浆液,再将 浆液加入到超声破碎仪中,经200w功率超声20min,使其颗粒进一步细 微化,再通过超高压均质机,使浆液在压力为120mpa、温度为65℃条件 下均质2次,将富硒酵母浆液进行纳米化处理,再经离心喷雾干燥、快 速固化、造粒制得纳米有机硒粉,备用;
采收市售食品级L-抗坏血酸、、维生素K2(发酵法)、D-α-琥珀 酸生育酚、山梨糖醇、乳糖、二氧化硅、微晶纤维素、聚维酮、硬脂酸 镁,备用;
称取上述重量份数的原料纳米有机硒粉157份、L-抗坏血酸C79份、 维生素K2(发酵法)29份、D-α-琥珀酸生育酚25份、山梨糖醇195份、 乳糖40份、二氧化硅10份、微晶纤维素和聚维酮各1份,将其配比称 重后进行一次粉碎初磨和二次精磨,精磨后的粒径尺寸不大于20纳米, 精磨后沸腾制粒、加入全部质量3%的硬脂酸镁后总混、压片、包衣、包 装制成规格为0.6g/片,每片含硒≥100μg,含维生素C90mg、维生素 K45μg、维生素E35mg的纳米有机硒片。
本发明的推荐食用量1.2g/d,每日一次,每次两粒,温水送服,以 补充人体硒元素和维生素CKE。
实施例2:
采收硒含量为2000PPm的功能性富硒酵母,备用;
称取上述富硒酵母,将其溶于水中,制成浓度为10%的浆液,再将 浆液加入到超声破碎仪中,经200w功率超声20min,使其颗粒进一步细 微化,再通过超高压均质机,使浆液在压力为120mpa、温度为55℃条件 下均质2次,将富硒酵母浆液进行纳米化处理,再经离心喷雾干燥、快 速固化、造粒制得纳米有机硒粉,备用;
采收市售食品级L-抗坏血酸、、维生素K2(发酵法)、D-α-琥珀 酸生育酚、山梨糖醇、乳糖、二氧化硅、微晶纤维素、聚维酮、硬脂酸 镁,备用;
称取上述重量份数的原料纳米有机硒粉156份、L-抗坏血酸C75份、 维生素K2(发酵法)27份、D-α-琥珀酸生育酚26份、山梨糖醇190份、 乳糖60份、二氧化硅15份、微晶纤维素1份、聚维酮1份,将其配比 称重后进行一次粉碎初磨和二次精磨,精磨后的粒径尺寸20纳米,精磨 后沸腾制粒、加入全部质量3%的硬脂酸镁后总混、压片、包衣、包装制 成规格为0.6g/片,每片含硒≥100μg,含维生素C90mg、维生素K45μg、 维生素E35mg的本发明纳米有机硒片。
本发明推荐食用量1.2g/d,每日一次,每次两粒,温水送服,以补 充人体硒元素和维生素CKE。
实施例3:
采收硒含量为2000PPm的功能性富硒酵母,备用;
称取上述富硒酵母,将其溶于水中,制成浓度为11%的浆液,再将 浆液加入到超声破碎仪中,经200w功率超声20min,使其颗粒进一步细 微化,再通过超高压均质机,使浆液在压力为110mpa、温度为65℃条件 下均质2次,将富硒酵母浆液进行纳米化处理,再经离心喷雾干燥、快 速固化、造粒制得纳米有机硒粉,备用;
采收市售食品级L-抗坏血酸、、维生素K2(发酵法)、D-α-琥珀 酸生育酚、山梨糖醇、乳糖、二氧化硅、微晶纤维素、聚维酮、硬脂酸 镁,备用;
称取上述重量份数的原料纳米有机硒粉157份、L-抗坏血酸C79份、 维生素K2(发酵法)29份、D-α-琥珀酸生育酚25份、山梨糖醇195份、 乳糖70份、二氧化硅15份、微晶纤维素和聚维酮各1份,将其配比称 重后进行一次粉碎初磨和二次精磨,精磨后的粒径尺寸20纳米,精磨后 沸腾制粒、加入全部质量3%的硬脂酸镁后总混、压片、包衣、包装制成 规格为0.6g/片,每片含硒≥100μg,含维生素C90mg、维生素K45μg、 维生素E35mg的本发明纳米有机硒片。
本发明的推荐食用量1.6g/d,每日一次,每次两粒,温水送服,以 补充人体硒元素和维生素CKE。

Claims (4)
1.一种纳米有机硒片剂,其特征是由以下重量份数的原料制成:纳米有机硒粉150-170份、L-抗坏血酸C75-95份、维生素K2(发酵法)25-35份、D-α-琥珀酸生育酚20-30份、山梨糖醇20-195份、乳糖10-70份、二氧化硅10-35份、微晶纤维素和聚维酮1-3份。
2.一种纳米有机硒片剂制备方法,其特征是将主辅料配比称重后进行一次粉碎初磨和二次精磨,精磨后的粒径尺寸不大于20纳米,精磨后沸腾制粒、加入润滑剂后总混、压片、包衣、包装制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米有机硒片剂,其特征在于所述的纳米有机硒粉是将富硒酵母溶于水中,制成浓度为2~15%的浆液,再将浆液加入到超声破碎仪中,经200w功率超声20min,使其颗粒进一步细微化,再通过超高压均质机,使浆液在压力为100-120mpa、温度为50-65℃条件下均质2次,将富硒酵母浆液进行纳米化处理,再经离心喷雾干燥、快速固化、造粒制得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的纳米有机硒粉,其特征在于所述的纳米化处理,其特征是纳米化处理后的粒径尺寸为90~200nm。
