Abstract
用于病毒性肺炎防治的植物固体饮料,由以下质量份的组分成型为固体颗粒:植物提取物0.5‑3份;辅料3‑6份。其中,植物提取物由下列按质量百分比配伍的植物成分提取:五指毛桃11~24%、鲜白茅根11~24%、麦芽9~22%、蒲公英5~19%、金银花3~15%、菊花3~15%、藿香3~15%、桑叶3~13%、苦杏仁3~11%、桃仁3~11%、桔梗3~10%、甘草1.5~8%、薄荷1.5~8%、橘皮1~6%。本发明还基于上述技术方案,提出与之相应的用于病毒性肺炎防治的植物固体饮料制备方法,采用如下步骤:S1、清洗;S2、提取;S3、浓缩;S4、混合;S5、制粒;S6、分装。本发明在除增强化湿驱邪之效外,还增加了草本清香,减轻了原方的苦涩口感,更适合居家、复工复产、返校的日常预防。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及植物保健饮品领域,具体地是指用于病毒性肺炎防治的植物固体饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
病毒性肺炎是由上呼吸道病毒感染、向下蔓延所致的肺部炎症,可暴发或散发流行,临床主要表现为发热、头痛、全身酸痛、干咳及肺浸润等。由新型冠状病毒引发的肺炎疫情,就属于危害极强的病毒性肺炎。
申请人研究发现,中医采用的传统中草药组方对于此类疫情防治具有显著效果。如2003年暴发的非典型肺炎(SARS),中医药专家邓铁涛教授就曾发表论《论中医诊治“非典”》,为中医药防治SARS提供技术指导,为疫情的控制提供了关键方法。
从中医角度来看,传染病就是“疫病”,新冠肺炎是由湿瘟导致的疫病。中医专家第一时间介入后发现,确诊病例由瘟病、湿毒所致,采用中草药组方可以同时根据这两点有的放矢精准对症改善。据不完全统计,伴有腹部胀气患者经中药干预后近90%症状有改善,伴有消化道症状或呼吸道症状患者经中药干预近70%症状有改善,伴有发热患者经中药干预后近50%体温恢复正常。
综上所述,确有必要对传统的中医药进行充分发掘,迫切的需要依据中医理论对病毒性肺炎提出针对性的防治方案。
发明内容
本发明为了满足病毒性肺炎的防治需求,提供了一种用于病毒性肺炎防治的植物固体饮料,其根据中医古方“五味消毒饮”加以改良,更适合大众饮用并获得理想的病毒性肺炎防治效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案。
用于病毒性肺炎防治的植物固体饮料,由以下质量份的组分成型为固体颗粒:
植物提取物0.5-3份;
辅料3-6份。
其中,植物提取物由下列按质量百分比配伍的植物成分提取:
五指毛桃11~24%、鲜白茅根11~24%、麦芽9~22%、蒲公英5~19%、金银花3~15%、菊花3~15%、藿香3~15%、桑叶3~13%、苦杏仁3~11%、桃仁3~11%、桔梗3~10%、甘草1.5~8%、薄荷1.5~8%、橘皮1~6%。
较佳的,辅料为乳糖。
本发明还基于上述技术方案,提出与之相应的用于病毒性肺炎防治的植物固体饮料制备方法,用于获得颗粒冲剂型的固体饮料,其技术方案如下。
用于病毒性肺炎防治的植物固体饮料制备方法,用于所述的用于病毒性肺炎防治的植物固体饮料,采用如下步骤:
S1、清洗:按配伍的植物成分准备药材植物,将药材植物清洗干净,得到植物原料;
S2、提取:加入饮用水对植物原料进行提取,得到提取液;
S3、浓缩:采用真空罐对提取液进行浓缩处理,得到浓缩液;
S4、混合:按组分比例取浓缩液和辅料,于混合机中混合均匀,得到混合物;
S5、制粒:采用混合物制粒,得到半成品;
S6、分装:对半成品进行分装,得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
根据现实的肺炎疫情需求,对经典名方“五味消毒饮”加以全新的改良,在口感和外形上也进行了全方面的升级,除增强化湿驱邪之效外,还增加了草本清香,减轻了原方的苦涩口感;外型上,改用小剂量精细独立包装,使保存、携带、冲泡更方便,更适合居家、复工复产、返校的日常预防。

具体实施方式
用于病毒性肺炎防治的植物固体饮料,由以下质量份的组分成型为固体颗粒:
植物提取物0.5-3份;
辅料3-6份;
其中,植物提取物由下列按质量百分比配伍的植物成分提取:
五指毛桃11~24%、鲜白茅根11~24%、麦芽9~22%、蒲公英5~19%、金银花3~15%、菊花3~15%、藿香3~15%、桑叶3~13%、苦杏仁3~11%、桃仁3~11%、桔梗3~10%、甘草1.5~8%、薄荷1.5~8%、橘皮1~6%。
在较佳的实施方式中,辅料为乳糖。
上述实施方式中所提供的用于病毒性肺炎防治的植物固体饮料,取自经典名方“五味消毒饮”,并根据现实的肺炎疫情需求对其组方加以全新的改良,在口感和外形上也进行了全方面的升级,除增强化湿驱邪之效外,还增加了草本清香,减轻了原方的苦涩口感,使保存、携带、冲泡更方便,更适合居家、复工复产、返校的日常预防。
其植物成分中,金银花具清热解毒、凉血利咽之效,抑制流感病毒功效显著;菊花味苦,常用于风火上攻,热毒蕴结,与金银花同用,倍增清热解毒之效;桑叶清肺止咳;蒲公英、白茅根则能清热利尿,利湿通淋,二者使体内热毒随小便排出体外;杏仁、桃仁、桔梗宣畅气机,藿香、薄荷芳香化湿透邪;五指毛桃和麦芽扶正和中、健脾补气,配以甘草调和诸药,整方清热解毒、宣肺化湿、调和脾胃,兼有通便排毒之效,口感甘淡而不会太过苦寒,能防范于未然。

发明人此前曾采用其他剂型推出过上述的用于病毒性肺炎防治的植物固体饮料的前代产品。经反馈市民普遍体虚症状有所缓解,服用后防疫效果显著,且通过临床观察无不良反应。
本发明提出的用于病毒性肺炎防治的植物固体饮料制备方法,则采用如下步骤:
S1、清洗:按配伍的植物成分准备药材植物,将药材植物清洗干净,得到植物原料;
S2、提取:加入饮用水对植物原料进行提取,得到提取液;
S3、浓缩:采用真空罐对提取液进行浓缩处理,得到浓缩液;其中,浓缩控制温度≤90℃;
S4、混合:按组分比例取浓缩液和辅料,于混合机中混合均匀,得到混合物;
S5、制粒:采用混合物制粒,得到半成品;
S6、分装:对半成品进行分装,得到成品。
在较佳的实施方式中,步骤S2具体包括:
S21、加入饮用水对植物原料进行首次提取,过滤后得到首次提取液;
S22、再次加入饮用水对植物原料进行二次提取,过滤后得到二次提取液;
提取液由首次提取液、二次提取液合并而成。
在较佳的实施方式中,步骤S21和步骤S22的提取过程皆为采用饮用水加热浸泡植物原料,浸泡时长为2小时。
在较佳的实施方式中,步骤S3还对浓缩液进行检验,检测其水分和微生物限量是否达标,仅对达标的浓缩液执行步骤S4。
在较佳的实施方式中,步骤S5中采用湿法造粒,经干燥后过筛获得半成品;其中,干燥控制温度70℃-80℃。
在较佳的实施方式中,步骤S5还对半成品进行检验,检测其水分是否达标,仅对达标的半成品执行步骤S6;其中,达标的半成品水分≤5%。
在较佳的实施方式中,步骤S6还对成品进行检验,检测其净含量、水分、微生物限量是否达标。
采用上述制备方法获得的用于病毒性肺炎防治的植物固体饮料,其剂型为固体颗粒冲剂,在外型上改用小剂量精细独立包装,使保存、携带、冲泡更方便,更适合居家、复工复产、返校的日常预防。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,可根据本发明所揭示的方案和原理获得其它各种相应的改变以及变形,而所有的这些改变以及变形都属于本发明的保护范畴。

1.用于病毒性肺炎防治的植物固体饮料,其特征在于,由以下质量份的组分成型为固体颗粒:
植物提取物0.5-3份;
辅料3-6份;
其中,植物提取物由下列按质量百分比配伍的植物成分提取:
五指毛桃11~24%、鲜白茅根11~24%、麦芽9~22%、蒲公英5~19%、金银花3~15%、菊花3~15%、藿香3~15%、桑叶3~13%、苦杏仁3~11%、桃仁3~11%、桔梗3~10%、甘草1.5~8%、薄荷1.5~8%、橘皮1~6%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于病毒性肺炎防治的植物固体饮料,其特征在于,辅料为乳糖。
3.用于病毒性肺炎防治的植物固体饮料制备方法,用于制备权利要求1到2中任一项所述的用于病毒性肺炎防治的植物固体饮料,其特征在于,采用如下步骤:
S1、清洗:按配伍的植物成分准备药材植物,将药材植物清洗干净,得到植物原料;
S2、提取:加入饮用水对植物原料进行提取,得到提取液;
S3、浓缩:采用真空罐对提取液进行浓缩处理,得到浓缩液;
S4、混合:按组分比例取浓缩液和辅料,于混合机中混合均匀,得到混合物;
S5、制粒:采用混合物制粒,得到半成品;
S6、分装:对半成品进行分装,得到成品。
4.如权利要求3所述的用于病毒性肺炎防治的植物固体饮料制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2具体包括:
S21、加入饮用水对植物原料进行首次提取,过滤后得到首次提取液;
S22、再次加入饮用水对植物原料进行二次提取,过滤后得到二次提取液;
提取液由首次提取液、二次提取液合并而成。
5.如权利要求4所述的用于病毒性肺炎防治的植物固体饮料制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S21和步骤S22的提取过程皆为采用饮用水加热浸泡植物原料,浸泡时长为2小时。
6.如权利要求3所述的用于病毒性肺炎防治的植物固体饮料制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3还对浓缩液进行检验,检测其水分和微生物限量是否达标,仅对达标的浓缩液执行步骤S4。
