Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of veterinary medicines, and particularly relates to an acaricidal missible oil, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Acariasis is a ubiquitous group of ectoparasitic diseases of humans and animals. The disease is characterized by contact infection, severe itching and severe skin inflammation. The occurrence of acariasis is very common and quite persistent, and animals such as rabbits, pigs, sheep, dogs, foxes, mice, cows, chickens and the like and human beings can be infected with acarids. Among them, in the production and sale of Guang chickens, skin disease caused by chigger newly is one of important diseases affecting the product quality. Most of the farms for raising yellow-feathered broilers are located in southern areas of China, the warm and humid climate is more suitable for breeding chiggers newly, and the grazing stadium located on the bamboo forest and shrub sides is a hotbed for breeding chiggers newly. Therefore, many breeding enterprises actively deploy the prevention and control work of new chiggers of broiler chickens, and strive to ensure the quality of Guangji products.
For a long time, the control of animal acariasis relies on acaricidal drugs such as avermectins, pyrethrins, amitraz, dicofol, trichlorfon and the like, and with the wide, long-term and frequent application of these drugs, more and more acarids have developed increasingly serious drug resistance, and the recurrence and repeated infection of acariasis become frequent. And the mite killing efficiency of the mite killing medicine aiming at preventing and treating the chigger disease of the broilers is low, and the insect expelling rate can be improved and the mite disease recurrence can be prevented only by repeatedly using the medicine for many times. Therefore, research and development of a green and safe acaricidal medicament with higher acaricidal efficiency are needed.

Scheme 1: 5 chiggers each group were collected from the affected chickens, and the miticidal emulsifiable concentrates of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-2 were mixed as follows: and (5) diluting by 2000 times. The death time of each group of new gazania was as shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
As can be seen from Table 1, the mite-killing emulsifiable concentrate for preventing and controlling New tsutsugamushi provided in example 1 of the present invention was prepared in the following manner: the 2000-fold dilution can kill new chigger within 5 minutes, but the killing time of comparative example 1 without adding thyme essential oil and comparative example 2 only using methyl eugenol is longer, which shows that the compound use of eugenol, thyme essential oil and methyl eugenol in the invention has obvious synergistic effect.
Scheme 2: the miticidal emulsifiable concentrate is delivered to different farmers of south-Ningwenshi of Guangxi province for animal tests, and is applied according to effective concentration, and test results are fed back as follows.
1, family maintenance: the chicken of the Shandong Dynasty of 64 days old. The house is a long-term mite house, the mites are serious before the drug is taken, most of the mites scab after the mites are observed on the 7 th day after the mites are directly sprayed on chicken bodies, the cure rate is over 98 percent, and the chickens only have no skin red swelling, injury and inflammation.
And (3) family maintenance: the chicken of the Shandong Dynasty of 66 days old. The house is a long-term mite house, the mites are not serious before the drug is taken, only the mites exist individually, the drug bath is used, the padding for raising the house is better managed, the treatment effect is good, the cure rate is more than 98%, and the chickens only have no skin swelling, injury and inflammation.
Test example two: stability test of miticidal emulsifiable concentrates
The test was carried out by referring to accelerated test measurement in stability of the first edition of pharmacopoeia of the people's republic of China 2015. Examples 1 and 2 were stored at 40 ℃. + -. 2 ℃ and 70%. + -. 5% relative temperature for 6 months, the temperature and humidity were monitored in real time, and samples were taken at the end of 1 month, 2 months, 3 months and 6 months during the test period to measure the content of plant essential oil.
The test results are shown in the table 2.
TABLE 2 stability test results of miticidal emulsifiable concentrates
The results in Table 2 show that the acaricide missible oil has the advantages of less content change, stable property, uniform liquid medicine and no layering after accelerated tests.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and various changes can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention within the knowledge of those skilled in the art. Furthermore, the embodiments of the present invention and the features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
