Abstract
一种发光结构、显示面板和显示装置。该发光结构包括:发光层;空穴阻挡层,与所述发光层层叠设置;第一电子传输层,位于所述空穴阻挡层远离所述发光层的一侧;以及第二电子传输层,位于所述空穴阻挡层与所述第一电子传输层之间,所述第一电子传输层包括碱金属化合物,所述第二电子传输层中所述碱金属化合物的摩尔浓度小于所述第一电子传输层中所述碱金属化合物的摩尔浓度的1/100。该发光结构可在不提高驱动电压的前提下缓解甚至消除碱金属化合物向发光层扩散的现象,从而可提高发光结构在高温环境下的使用寿命和稳定性。
