本发明公开了一种可印刷防刮伤的抗静电保护膜,从上至下依次包括可印刷防刮涂层、光学PET基材层、改性抗静电层和非硅离型膜层,所述印刷防刮涂层的材质为聚氨酯,所述改性抗静电层为抗静电聚氨酯胶层。本发明还公开一种可印刷防刮伤的抗静电保护膜的制备方法,包括:在光学PET基材层的一面在线涂布可印刷防刮伤的涂层液,在涂层固化干燥后,在光学PET的另一面涂布抗静电聚氨酯胶水,产品经过烘箱烘烤,出烘箱后在线贴合非硅离型膜,然后收卷后拉入烤箱熟化,得到可印刷防刮伤的抗静电保护膜。本发明可起到非常好的防刮效果,避免抗静电膜发雾、涂布不均导致局部抗静电不稳的现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可印刷防刮伤的抗静电保护膜及其制备方法,属于材料技术领域。
背景技术
手机产品及其他电子产品应用的越来越广,手机玻璃及触控面板内等在加工和后期出货中保护膜已成为了不可或缺的一部分。现有的大多抗静电保护膜都是一层普通的PET基膜,涂布抗静电涂层再涂布聚氨酯胶水,抗静电膜发雾,涂布不均,局部抗静电不稳,抗静电效果较差,而且不具有印刷、防刮伤的功能,不防刮的PU保护膜膜面的百格硬度≤HB,另外产品的表面达因值因为有硅离型膜和基材背面本身不是电晕面,表面达因值<40。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种可印刷防刮伤的抗静电保护膜及其制备方法,可起到非常好的防刮效果,避免抗静电膜发雾、涂布不均导致局部抗静电不稳的现象。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种可印刷防刮伤的抗静电保护膜,从上至下依次包括可印刷防刮涂层、光学PET基材层、改性抗静电层和非硅离型膜层,所述印刷防刮涂层的材质为聚氨酯,所述改性抗静电层为抗静电聚氨酯胶层。
优选地,所述可印刷防刮涂层的厚度2-4μm。
优选地,所述光学PET基材层的厚度为50-125μm。
优选地,所述改性抗静电层的厚度10-15μm。
优选地,所述非硅离型膜层的厚度为25-75μm。
本发明提供一种可印刷防刮伤的抗静电保护膜的制备方法,包括:在光学PET基材层的一面在线涂布可印刷防刮伤的涂层液,在涂层固化干燥后,在光学PET的另一面涂布抗静电聚氨酯胶水,产品经过烘箱烘烤,出烘箱后在线贴合非硅离型膜,然后收卷后拉入烤箱熟化,得到可印刷防刮伤的抗静电保护膜。
优选地,所述抗静电聚氨酯胶水的制备方法为:将聚噻吩添加到聚氨酯胶水中,所述聚噻吩与聚氨酯胶水的质量比为(3-10):(90-97)。
优选地,所述固化干燥条件为:UV固化能量500-1000MJ/CM。
优选地,所述烘箱烘烤的温度为80-120℃。
优选地,所述烤箱熟化的温度为50-60℃。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
(1)透过可印刷防刮层可实现表面印刷油墨和起到防刮伤功能,光学基材的PET有很好的透光性,可清晰查看产品的表面外观,通过改性抗静电层可实现良好的敷贴性,且抗静电聚氨酯胶具有优良的低转移性,低污染性,胶层具有防静电可防止撕除离型膜时产生的静电和粉尘吸附,通过使用非硅离型膜可杜绝使用有硅离型膜产生的硅转移。本发明在PET的表面涂布可印刷防刮涂层,可防止产品在模切过程中因叠片,后期贴合产品相互之间摩擦产生刮伤现象,另外可印刷涂层可以在产品的表面进行logo的印刷和一些二维码喷码等应用。
(2)不防刮的PU保护膜膜面的百格硬度≤HB,本发明的产品百格硬度在2H,可起到非常好的防刮效果,另外普通产品的表面达因值因为有硅离型膜和基材背面本身不是电晕面,表面达因值<40,本发明的可印刷涂层可达到达因值42-44。
(3)抗静电底涂膜涂布聚氨酯胶,其抗静电是透过渗透的方式在胶面形成抗静电效果,抗静电值在9-10次方,本发明通过将聚噻吩和抗静电聚氨酯胶水一步成型,通过改变抗静电助剂聚噻吩的量也可以做到9-10次方,而且还能避免抗静电膜发雾、涂布不均导致局部抗静电不稳的现象。且本发明减少了一步涂布抗静电膜的步骤,节省了大量时间,减少了产品二次污染。

实施例1
如图1所示,本发明提供一种可印刷防刮伤的抗静电保护膜,从上至下依次包括可印刷防刮涂层1、光学PET基材层2、改性抗静电层3和非硅离型膜层4,可印刷防刮涂层1的材质为聚氨酯,改性抗静电层3为抗静电聚氨酯胶层。可印刷防刮涂层1的厚度2μm,光学PET基材层2的厚度为50μm,改性抗静电层3的厚度15μm,非硅离型膜层4的厚度为50μm。
本发明提供一种可印刷防刮伤的抗静电保护膜的制备方法,包括:
制备抗静电聚氨酯胶水:将聚噻吩添加到聚氨酯胶水中,聚噻吩与聚氨酯胶水的质量比为3: 97。
在光学PET基材层的一面在线涂布可印刷防刮伤的涂层液,在涂层固化干燥(UV固化能量500MJ/CM)后,在光学PET的另一面涂布制备的抗静电聚氨酯胶水,产品经过烘箱烘烤,温度为120℃,出烘箱后在线贴合非硅离型膜,然后收卷后拉入烤箱熟化,温度为60℃,得到可印刷防刮伤的抗静电保护膜。
实施例2
如图1所示,本发明提供一种可印刷防刮伤的抗静电保护膜,从上至下依次包括可印刷防刮涂层1、光学PET基材层2、改性抗静电层3和非硅离型膜层4,可印刷防刮涂层1的材质为聚氨酯,改性抗静电层3为抗静电聚氨酯胶层。可印刷防刮涂层1的厚度4μm,光学PET基材2层的厚度为100μm,改性抗静电层3的厚度10μm,非硅离型膜层4的厚度为25μm。
本发明提供一种可印刷防刮伤的抗静电保护膜的制备方法,包括:
制备抗静电聚氨酯胶水:将聚噻吩添加到聚氨酯胶水中,聚噻吩与聚氨酯胶水的质量比为10:90。
在光学PET基材层的一面在线涂布可印刷防刮伤的涂层液,在涂层固化干燥(UV固化能量500MJ/CM)后,在光学PET的另一面涂布制备的抗静电聚氨酯胶水,产品经过烘箱烘烤,温度为80℃,出烘箱后在线贴合非硅离型膜,然后收卷后拉入烤箱熟化,温度为50℃,得到可印刷防刮伤的抗静电保护膜。
对比例
本发明提供一种抗静电保护膜,从上至下依次包括光学PET基材层、抗静电层、聚氨酯胶水层和有硅离型膜层,抗静电层为普通的抗静电剂。光学PET基材层的厚度为50μm,抗静电层的厚度为10μm,聚氨酯胶水层的厚度为10μm,有硅离型膜层的厚度为50μm。
本发明提供一种抗静电保护膜的制备方法,包括:
在光学PET基材层的一面分别涂布抗静电层、聚氨酯胶水层,产品经过烘箱烘烤,温度为80℃,出烘箱后在线贴合有硅离型膜,然后收卷后拉入烤箱熟化,温度为50℃,得到抗静电保护膜。
分别对实施例1和实施例2及对比例的抗静电保护膜的性能进行测试,测试结果如下:
1.对比例产品的膜面的百格硬度≤HB,实施例1和实施例2产品的百格硬度为2H,可起到非常好的防刮效果,另外对比例产品的表面达因值因为有硅离型膜和基材背面本身不是电晕面,表面达因值<40,实施例1和实施例2可印刷涂层可达到达因值42-44。
2.对比例抗静电底涂膜涂布聚氨酯胶,其抗静电是透过渗透的方式在胶面形成抗静电效果,抗静电值在9-10次方,实施例1和实施例2通过聚噻吩和聚氨酯胶水一步成型,通过改变抗静电助剂聚噻吩的量也可以做到9-10次方,而且还能杜绝抗静电膜发雾、涂布不均导致局部抗静电不稳的现象,且减少了一步涂布抗静电膜的步骤,节省了大量时间,减少了产品二次污染。
