The oral hygiene care is not limited to brushing twice in the morning and at night, and carrying the mouthwash with the mouth is fashionable, and the mouth wash plays an increasingly important role in daily life. The ingredients with the bactericidal effect are added into the mouthwash, so that the bactericidal effect of the mouthwash can be improved, the formation of bacteria in the oral cavity can be inhibited, the risk of various oral diseases is reduced, and the oral health is better cared; the antibacterial component in the mouthwash in the market at present is mainly lysomycete, has single effect, and particularly has not ideal bactericidal effect on most gram-negative bacteria; however, the mouthwash with various antibacterial effects can bring other side effects and harm human health.
Patent document 99816880.7 discloses an oral cavity cleanser composition containing tea polyphenol for removing halitosis and refreshing breath, but the oral cavity cleanser composition has the disadvantages of single additive component and limited effect, so that the mouth wash is difficult to be endowed with multiple efficacies.
Patent document CN105411914A discloses a mouthwash, which comprises the following raw materials by mass percent: pseudo-ginseng: 8-10%, wild chrysanthemum flower: 6-8% of honeysuckle flower: 8-12%, mint: 3-5% and chlorhexidine: 3-5% and essential oil: 10-15%, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil: 3-6%, sodium monofluorophosphate: 0.1-0.2%, deionized water: 38 to 45 percent. The collutory has effects in preventing dental bacteria, eliminating halitosis, clearing away heat and toxic materials, relieving swelling, stopping bleeding, and preventing sensitivity. However, chlorhexidine contained in the mouthwash can cause blood pressure to rise, thereby increasing the probability of heart disease and stroke, and the like.
Patent document CN103006525A discloses a mouth wash for removing smoke spots, which comprises mineralized water, additive active ingredients and Chinese herbal medicine extracts, wherein the active ingredients comprise 0.1 part of dextranase, 0.2 part of protease, 0.2 part of sodium hydroxide and 0.05 part of sodium benzoate, the Chinese herbal medicine extracts comprise 3-6 parts of equisetum hiemale, 3-6 parts of black fish bone, 2-3 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 2-3 parts of honeysuckle, 2-3 parts of chrysanthemum, 2-3 parts of Chinese olive, 2-3 parts of borneol, 3-4 parts of cacumen biotae and 2-3 parts of radix ophiopogonis, and the additives comprise propolis, ethanol, mint, vitamins, clove oil, lemon oil and the like. The mouthwash in the invention can remove the smoke smell of the oral cavity and the smoke stain of the teeth, but the mouthwash contains sodium benzoate, as is known, the sodium benzoate reacts with gastric acid to produce benzoic acid, the benzoic acid has certain toxicity, and can cause chronic benzene poisoning of people after long-term drinking, and although trace amount of sodium benzoate is not harmful to human bodies at present, the situation after long-term use is still uncertain.
Aiming at the problems of single antibacterial effect, large side effect, poor taste and the like of the existing mouthwash, the mouthwash with multiple antibacterial effects, good curative effect, small side effect and good taste needs to be searched urgently, and the public demand is met while the good oral protection effect is obtained.

The mouthwash obtained in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-3 is subjected to WS/T650-2019 & lt evaluation method for antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects & gt, and the bactericidal level of the antibacterial mouthwash prepared by the invention is detected by a suspension quantitative method so as to measure the bactericidal capacity of the antibacterial mouthwash. The bacteria to be detected are three types of bacteria, namely staphylococcus aureus (ATCC6538), escherichia coli (ATCC8099) and candida albicans (ATCC10231), the detection concentration is 1:1, the action time is 1min, and the result is shown in the following table 1.
The mouthwash obtained in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-3 is used for measuring the average bactericidal rate of helicobacter pylori and lactobacillus plantarum according to the WS/T650-2019 'evaluation method of antibacterial and bacteriostatic effect', wherein the sample concentration is 100%, the action time is 1min when measured by a suspension drop method, and the test results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 results of the bactericidal Property test of the antibacterial mouthwashes of examples and comparative examples
As can be seen from Table 1, the mouth washes of examples 1-5 all have good bactericidal effects, and the bactericidal rates for three common bacteria, namely staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans, all reach more than 97%; meanwhile, the mouthwash can well kill helicobacter pylori, the sterilization rate reaches more than 98 percent, beneficial flora such as lactobacillus plantarum in the oral cavity is not damaged, and the oral cavity health is facilitated.
Comparing example 1 with comparative example 1, comparative example 2 and comparative example 3, it can be seen that when the biological antibacterial peptide, the melittin and the biological lysomycete are added simultaneously, the sterilization rate reaches 97%; when the biological antibacterial peptide or the melittin is lacked, the sterilization rates of the two are not very different and are about 85 percent; when the biological antibacterial peptide and the melittin are lacked, the sterilization rate is reduced to 76 percent, which shows that the biological antibacterial peptide, the melittin and the biological lysomycete not only have the sterilization function, but also can promote the sterilization effect when being mixed for use, and have the synergistic effect.

The mouth wash of example 1 was tested for acute oral toxicity in mice according to the acute oral toxicity test in the Disinfection Specification (2002 edition), by the following specific methods: test subjects: 20 KM mice are selected, and the number of the KM mice is half that of the KM mice; the preparation method of the test substance comprises the following steps: take preparation of 10mL as an example: 5000mg of the mouthwash in example 1 is taken and is made into a volume of 10mL by using distilled water, and the concentration is 500 mg/mL. Test sample administration methods: according to the test method of acute oral toxicity in the 2002 edition of disinfection technical Specification: after 3-5 days of quarantine confirmation after the purchase of the mice, the mice are fasted overnight before the administration of the test substances, drinking water is not limited, and the test samples are usedThe preparation was administered to animals once a day by oral gavage at a rate of 0.1mL/10g body weight. After the test sample solution is administered, the animals are continuously observed for 14 days, the animal status and death condition are recorded, the number of dead animals and the number of surviving animals within 14 days after the test sample solution is administered are respectively counted, and LD is calculated50(median lethal dose). LD obtained by calculation50The toxicity of the test substance was evaluated according to the following criteria. LD50The people with the weight more than 5000mg/kg are actually nontoxic; LD50The patients with 501 mg/kg-5000 mg/kg body weight belong to low toxicity; LD50The body weight of 51 mg/kg-500 mg/kg belongs to moderate toxicity; LD50The patients with 1 mg/kg-50 mg/kg body weight belong to high toxicity; LD50Those with the weight less than 1mg/kg are extremely toxic. The results of the experiment are shown in table 2.
TABLE 2 acute oral toxicity test results
As can be seen from Table 2, the mouthwash of the present invention is safe and practically nontoxic according to the Standard for grading acute toxicity of Disinfection technical Specification (2002 edition).
The mouthwashes prepared in examples 2-5 were subjected to the same acute oral toxicity test as in example 1, and the test results were the same as in example 1, indicating that the mouthwashes prepared in examples 2-5 were practically nontoxic.
