已知的类型为床的卧榻(DE 102 46 760 B4)具有固定的卧榻部件作为用于人的头部和上身的卧榻区域,以及可纵向运动的卧榻部件作为用于人的臀部和腿部的卧榻区域。

对于运行框架9的纵向运动示出(还没有装配的)马达驱动装置17,该马达驱动装置由电动马达式的偏心轮驱动装置18或带有主轴螺母和作为连杆或主轴的推拉杆19的主轴马达构成。偏心轮驱动装置或主轴驱动装置18布置在横向伸延的桥接部件20处,该桥接部件与固定框架2的框架纵向部件6a,6b连接。沿纵向方向指向的推压杆或主轴19或主轴螺母在端部侧在经装配的状态下与运行框架9的后部的运行框架-横向支撑件11a连接。由此,连杆或主轴螺母19的来回运动(箭头21)传递到运行框架9上(箭头22)。
在卧榻1的完整的状态下,在上部的固定的卧榻部件3上安放有第一板条格栅23,而在运行框架9上安放有第二板条格栅24,其中,上部的第一板条格栅23与下部的第二板条格栅24相比更短,其中,两者彼此间隔开了运行框架9的最大的运动幅度。原则上,替代负载格栅23,24也能够使用简单的板或搁架作为用于作为最后一层支承在上面的床垫25的垫板。
运行框架9的运动和力在此经由下部的板条格栅24传递到床垫25的下部的区域上(箭头26)并且由此传递到(在此用虚线且示意性示出的)卧躺的人29的臀部和腿部区域以及肌肉组织27上。为了在仅小的反力的情况下有利于这样的在上部的固定的床垫区域与下部的可纵向运动的床垫区域之间的相对运动,(如在此示意性示出的)床垫25能够在上部的床垫区域与下部的床垫区域之间的过渡区域中具有能以小的反力压缩和伸展的区域28。
在图5中示例性地示出经装配的卧榻1,其没有床垫并带有固定框架2、运行框架9、安放在固定的上部的卧榻区域3中的板条格栅23和安放在运行框架9上的板条格栅24以及经装配的马达驱动装置17。这样的实施方式能够例如构成可交易的售卖单元,该售卖单元则可供用于单独搭起或作为替代方案用于市场上常见的简单的用于在通过可主观选择的床垫补充的情况下使用在床架或床框架中的板条格栅。

Claims (11)
1.运动卧榻,包括
固定的卧榻部件(3)作为用于人(29)的头部和上身的卧榻区域;以及可纵向运动的卧榻部件作为用于人(29)的臀部和腿部的卧榻区域,其特征在于,
所述运动卧榻(1)具有第一卧榻框架作为固定的固定框架(2),所述固定框架作为位置固定的长框架在整个卧榻长度上延伸,并且所述固定的卧榻部件(3)构造在所述固定框架处;
所述卧榻(1)具有第二卧榻框架作为运行框架(9),所述可纵向运动的卧榻部件借助所述运行框架如此构造,即,所述运行框架(9)可纵向运动地保持在所述固定框架(2)上,并且
在固定框架(2)与运行框架(9)之间联结地安置有至少一个可控制的马达驱动装置(17),借助所述马达驱动装置,所述运行框架(9)能够相对于所述固定框架(2)在预设的纵向区段中交替地来回运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的运动卧榻,其特征在于,马达驱动装置(17)布置在所述固定框架(2)处,优选布置在所述固定框架(2)的下部的足部区域中,并且所述马达驱动装置具有电动马达(18),所述电动马达借助于沿纵向方向定向的推拉杆(19)与所述运行框架(9)联结。
3.根据权利要求2所述的运动卧榻,其特征在于,所述马达驱动装置是带有联结在所述运行框架处的连杆(19)的电动马达式的偏心轮驱动装置(18)或带有主轴的电动马达,所述主轴的主轴螺母固定在所述运行框架处。
4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的运动卧榻,其特征在于,
所述马达驱动装置(17)的位置和/或偏心轮曲柄的半径和/或传递运动的杆(19)的长度和/或主轴的行程是能调整的,由此用于运行框架运动的纵向区段或运动幅度是能调整的,和/或
借助于控制装置能调整马达驱动装置(17)处的正弦式运动过程的频率和/或马达运行时间。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的运动卧榻,其特征在于,所述固定的卧榻部件(3)如此构造在所述固定框架(3)处,使得在所述固定框架(2)的矩形的基础框架(4)上安置有横向支撑件(5a,5b)、优选两个间隔开的确定所述固定的卧榻部件的长度的横向支撑件(5a,5b),其中,所述横向支撑件(5a,5b)具有与运行框架高度相对应的高度,从而借助所述固定的卧榻部件(3)和所述运行框架(9)构造大致平面连贯的卧榻面。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的运动卧榻,其特征在于,
所述固定框架(2)和/或所述运行框架(9)由金属的型材制成,
在所述固定框架(2)的矩形的基础框架(4)处在相对而置的框架纵向部件(6a,6b)处在所述运行框架(9)的区域中,安置有彼此间错开的滚子、优选四个滚子(8a,8b,8c,8d),所述滚子中,分别两个滚子相对而置,其中,所述滚子(8a,8b,8c,8d)以横向伸延的滚动轴线固定并且向上伸出于所述框架纵向部件(6a,6b),并且
所述矩形的运行框架(9)以运行框架纵向部件(10a,10b)可移动地支承在所述滚子(8a,8b,8c,8d)上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的运动卧榻,其特征在于,所述滚子(8a,8b,8c,8d)朝向基础框架内侧,并且在所述运行框架(9)处布置有防止抬起的保持部件(12a,12b,12c,12d)以及轨迹保持部件,在所述轨迹保持部件中,所述滚子(8a,8b,8c,8d)在侧向轨迹保持的情况下运行。
8.根据权利要求7所述的运动卧榻,其特征在于,所述保持部件(12a,12b,12c,12d)是能夹紧在运行框架-横向支撑件(11a,11b)处的角部件(13),并且所述轨迹保持部件是U形型材。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的运动卧榻,其特征在于,在所述固定框架(3)的固定的卧榻部件(3)上并且在所述运行框架(9)上分别能安置面状的刚性的或屈服的支承件、优选常见的板条格栅(23,24),各所述支承件沿纵向方向至少间隔开了用于运行框架运动的纵向区段。
10.根据权利要求9所述的运动卧榻,其特征在于,在上部的固定的卧榻部件(3)与运行框架之间的过渡部处分开的床垫或在上部的固定的卧榻部件与运行框架之间的过渡部处借助可压缩和伸展的区域(28)而连贯的床垫(25)能够支承到所述支承件、优选所述板条格栅(23,24)上。
11.根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的运动卧榻,其特征在于,所述马达驱动装置(17)如此设计,使得借助所述马达驱动装置能够在噪音少的情况下施加至少50千克力以用于所述运行框架(9)的运动,所述运动能够经由处于运行框架上的板条格栅(24)和床垫(25)传递到卧躺的人(29)上。
