Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种鱼饵、一种用于制造鱼饵的可模塑组合物、一种制造鱼饵的方法以及可模塑组合物的用途。
背景技术
人造软鱼饵通常由聚氯乙烯(PVC)制成。这些鱼饵是不可生物降解的,因此可能对环境有害。
可生物降解诱饵经常容易降解并且过早变得无用。此外,它们的性能远非最佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种鱼饵、一种用于制造鱼饵的可模塑组合物、一种制造鱼饵的方法以及可模塑组合物的用途,以解决上述问题。本发明的目的是通过一种鱼饵、一种用于制造鱼饵的可模塑组合物、一种制造鱼饵的方法以及可模塑组合物的用途来实现的,其特征在于独立权利要求中所述的内容。在从属权利要求中公开了本发明的优选实施方案。
本发明的鱼饵可生物降解且使用持久。
本发明的鱼饵具有几个优点。鱼饵可以与现有的聚氯乙烯(PVC)软饵相同的方式使用。在包括钓鱼运动和商业捕捞的各种捕捞中,鱼饵均可作为天然饵料使用。鱼饵材料对鱼类、鱼饵使用者和环境无害,即该材料是生态安全的。该材料在水中降解为无害成分。在淡水和盐水中均可发生降解。该材料也是可堆肥的。
该材料便于处理,即不粘、不黏、不脏、不臭。如果需要,鱼饵可以是清澈透明的。当鱼饵的材料在水中变湿,即吸水时,鱼饵对运动的反应非常灵敏,容易振动,即鱼饵移动幅度大且轻松。
可以通过配方控制并调节材料在水中的溶解速度以及材料的密度、柔软度和伸长率。可以同时控制香味剂、调味剂和颜色的释放。材料可以充气或发泡以增强鱼饵的浮力。
除了在制造过程中添加到鱼饵中的调味剂和香味剂之外,在使用过程中由于材料吸收液体可以添加调味剂和香味剂。
生产过程是可持续的,因为它产生的废物量微乎其微,而且具有成本效益。鱼饵可以直接注入最终的零售包装中。此外,生产过程允许在同一产品中结合不同的密度、颜色和口味。
本说明书中使用了某些术语:
可模塑组合物是指它可以通过倒入模具中而被模塑。静置模具,直到可模塑组合物固化。模具可以是开放模具或封闭模具。
增塑剂是指增加鱼饵的柔韧性和柔软性的组分。水被排除在外,因为它在任何情况下都用作可模塑组合物的组分。
诱鱼添加剂是指任何可能吸引鱼的组分。添加剂可以是视觉引诱剂(例如颜料)、风味剂或香味剂(例如鱼食用的食物的香味剂)或外激素。
交联剂是指被选择以使其具有交联特定胶凝剂的能力的试剂。交联剂增加鱼饵的强度并赋予鱼饵可预测的降解性质,该降解性质可根据需要通过改变交联剂的量(即调节交联度)和/或改变交联剂本身来调节。
鱼饵是指用于捕捞鱼类、例如蟹的甲壳类动物或例如章鱼的软体动物的诱饵。主要用途是捕鱼。
为了制造鱼饵,首先制备可模塑组合物。可模塑组合物包括含水、胶凝剂和增塑剂的基础溶液。胶凝剂可以是包含蛋白质的胶凝剂或包含多糖的胶凝剂。胶凝剂可以包含动物来源的成分或植物来源的成分。动物来源的成分包括例如明胶和胶原。植物来源的成分包括例如果胶和琼脂。明胶和胶原属于含蛋白质的成分。果胶和琼脂属于含多糖的成分。优选的胶凝剂是明胶,但其他胶凝剂可单独使用或与明胶一起使用。
可以使用任何明胶,但优选的选择是平均分子量为至少120kDa的速凝明胶。平均分子量可以是至少130kDa或至少140kDa。平均分子量通过凝胶色谱法测定。上述明胶可具有分子量大于100kDa的比例,该比例为明胶总量的至少35wt%(重量百分比)。这样的明胶可以从各种含胶原的材料中获得,特别是从猪、牛、家禽或鱼的结缔组织或骨中获得。
除了水和胶凝剂之外,基础溶液还包含增塑剂,其增加鱼饵的柔韧性和柔软度。增塑剂可以是糖醇,如山梨糖醇、甘露糖醇、木糖醇、赤藓糖醇或甘油。优选的糖醇是甘油。糖醇有助于可模塑组合物的有利流变特性。
将凝胶剂如明胶溶于水中,并加入增塑剂如糖醇。也可以加入葡萄糖浆。
基础溶液可以包含5-50wt%的明胶、5-50wt%的水以及15-60wt%的糖醇。基础溶液可以包含0-50wt%的葡萄糖浆,即,基础溶液也可以不包含葡萄糖浆。葡萄糖浆优选为具有50或更多、优选60或更多的右旋糖当量的高度水解的葡萄糖浆。
根据一个实施方案,基础溶液可包含10-15wt%的明胶、30-35wt%的水、10-15wt%的葡萄糖浆以及35-45wt%的糖醇如甘油。
根据另一个实施方案,基础溶液可以包含25-30wt%的明胶、25-30wt%的水、20-25wt%的葡萄糖浆以及20-25wt%的糖醇如甘油。
根据另一个实施方案,基础溶液可以包含10-15wt%的明胶、30-35wt%的水以及50-55wt%的糖醇如甘油。
根据另一个实施方案,基础溶液可以包含25-35wt%的明胶、30-40wt%的水以及30-40wt%的糖醇如甘油。
首先制备可模塑组合物的基础溶液。将明胶组分溶于温度为约70-80℃的热水中。然后添加增塑剂,例如糖醇(如甘油)和葡萄糖浆(如果其在特定配方中)。盐组分也可以加入到基础溶液中。盐组分可以包含一种盐或不同盐的混合物。盐组分还可以包含助剂。
将基础溶液煮沸,优选使用轻微的超压,然后在负压下以水蒸发的方式处理。基础溶液的干物质含量可通过蒸发调节。
在基础溶液具有目标固体含量后,可添加至少一种诱鱼添加剂。诱鱼添加剂可以是视觉引诱剂(例如颜料)、风味剂或香味剂(例如鱼食用的食物的香味剂)。例如,合适的基于风味或香味的引诱剂是鱼油、鱼粉、软体动物(如贻贝)和节肢动物(如甲壳动物)。如有必要,可以将引诱剂磨碎或压碎,使其适用于鱼饵。合适的视觉引诱剂为例如可生物降解的颜料和闪光剂。除了诱鱼添加剂之外,添加剂可以包括例如pH调节物质或防腐剂,例如盐或酸。
还向基础溶液中加入交联剂以形成可模塑组合物。选择交联剂以使其具有交联特定胶凝剂的能力。优选的交联剂是自然界中发现的交联剂或其合成物。合适的交联剂是植物来源的交联剂,例如植物来源的多酚或包含植物来源的多酚的提取物。植物来源的多酚包括例如橄榄苦苷、单宁酸、没食子酸和氢化肉桂酸。氢化肉桂酸包括咖啡酸、咖啡酰酒石酸和阿魏酸。包含植物来源的多酚的提取物包括例如橄榄叶提取物、咖啡和葡萄汁。
根据一个实施方案,使用植物来源的交联剂。将植物来源的多酚或包含植物来源的多酚的提取物(如橄榄叶提取物)用作可模塑组合物中的交联剂,该可模塑组合物包括含有明胶、水和糖醇(如甘油)的基础溶液。除了基础溶液和交联剂之外,可模塑组合物还包含至少一种诱鱼添加剂。明胶可以是速凝明胶,其具有至少120kDa、优选至少130kDa、更优选140kDa的平均分子量。该可模塑组合物可以包含可生物降解的纤维。
通常,交联剂可选自能够交联特定胶凝剂的无毒交联剂。交联剂可属于醛类、二醛类、异氰酸酯类、二异氰酸酯类、碳二亚胺类和烷基二卤化物类。
交联剂在可模塑组合物中可具有双重作用。除了交联性质之外,交联剂可以用作诱鱼添加剂。例如,交联剂可以具有吸引鱼类的鲜艳的颜色。
可模塑组合物可以包含可生物降解的纤维,这些纤维可以属于天然纤维、人造纤维或再生纤维。纤维可以是例如纤维素、再生纤维素、聚乙烯醇(PVOH)或聚乳酸(PLA)。纤维为钓鱼提供了额外的强度。它们还可以微调鱼饵的质地。选择纤维的性质,例如它们的长度,使得它们与鱼饵的其他组分相容。纤维在可模塑组合物中的分布可能是重要因素。纤维的长度可以为至多2mm。纤维可以是细长且柔韧的。它们在可模塑组合物中的份额可以至多为2wt%。
基础溶液、添加剂和交联剂形成可模塑组合物。可模塑组合物的pH优选为约5.5,即pH应为微酸性。通过将组合物倾倒到铸模中,将可模塑组合物模制为鱼饵。模塑组合物在模塑时的温度优选为至少80℃。铸模可以是单独的模具,或者它们可以是销售包装的一部分,即鱼饵被直接模制成形成销售包装一部分的托盘。鱼饵可类似于例如某些鱼类食用的小鱼、蠕虫或其他水生动物。
除了上述组分之外,可模塑组合物可包含润滑剂。润滑剂可包含长链脂肪酸和/或长链醇。另一种润滑剂可包含例如芥酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、硬脂酰胺或山嵛酸酰胺。另一种润滑剂可以是熔点为100℃以下的植物基蜡。
可模塑组合物还可以含有颗粒,其目的可以是调节饵料的重量和/或设置和/或饵料的溶解度。这些颗粒包括例如纳米粘土,其为粘土矿物的纳米颗粒,例如蒙脱石、膨润土、高岭土、锂蒙脱石和埃洛石。
鱼饵在铸模中开始冷却。同时鱼饵材料开始交联。材料在模制后不久就足够坚固。
鱼饵的物理性能可通过交联剂调节。具体交联剂的用量和性质对鱼饵的物理性能有影响。当交联剂散布在基础溶液的整个体积中时,鱼饵在其整个体积中具有稳定的性质,因此其具有可预测的降解性能。降解性能可通过选择交联剂及其用量来调节。关于明胶,可以使用其他明胶代替速凝明胶,因为交联剂有助于固化明胶。
最终产物(即饵料)含有65-95wt%的干物质和5-35wt%的水。优选地,最终产物具有85-90wt%的干物质和10-15wt%的水。低含水量延长了鱼饵的保质期,并且可以使用封闭的模具,因为不需要从模具中蒸发。封闭的模具是有利的,因为它们能够实现鱼饵的完全三维形状。

E.材料在2小时水浴和随后12小时干燥空气中的耐受性如何。
对样品按1(差)到10(好)进行打分。目标分数为7(最小)至10(最大)。
制备包含诱鱼添加剂和交联剂的混合物。交联剂为橄榄叶提取物,并且其在混合物中的量为20wt%。
实施例1
将包含26.1kg凝胶强度为280g(280Bloom)的明胶、63.9kg水、26.3kg玉米糖浆和78.8kg甘油的基础溶液煮沸。在真空室(负压-0.6bar至-0.33bar;温度92.5℃至99.5℃)中以总固体含量达到80wt%的方式蒸发水。将包含诱鱼添加剂和交联剂的混合物添加至基础溶液中以形成可模塑组合物。混合物的量为可模塑组合物的总质量的9wt%。将可模塑组合物倒入涂油的模具中以形成鱼饵。

1.一种制造鱼饵的方法,包括:
在至少70℃的温度下形成包含水、明胶和糖醇的基础溶液,所述基础溶液具有一定体积,
将所述基础溶液煮沸;
在负压下蒸发水,以调节所述基础溶液的干物质含量;
在水从所述基础溶液中蒸发之后,通过向所述基础溶液的体积中添加交联剂来形成可模塑组合物,以及
将所述可模塑的组合物倾倒到至少一个模具中以形成所述鱼饵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括添加至少一种诱鱼添加剂到所述基础溶液中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括将纤维添加到所述基础溶液中。
4.根据前述权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括将所述鱼饵冷却至环境温度。
