Abstract

本发明涉及一种成衣无氟防水整理液及其应用,由如下组分组成:无氟防水整理剂、低温交联剂、防水渗透剂,余量为水。经过本发明整理,成衣防水性能良好,同时由于烘干温度低,使得加工工艺更适合现有的成衣加工设备和工艺(滚筒低温烘干),并且也可以使成衣上的一些辅料避免高温时引起的破坏,保证服装外观的完整性。

一种成衣无氟防水整理液及其应用
技术领域
本发明属于纺织品功能整理领域,特别涉及一种成衣无氟防水整理液及其应用。
背景技术
成衣加工是指对成品服装进行防水加工,加工流程:成衣→浸渍防水整理液(3-20min)→脱水→烘干(60-90℃);一般防水服装的加工流程:面料染色→面料清洗→脱水烘干→面料浸轧防水整理工作液→焙烘定型(160-180℃)→防水功能面料→面料裁剪→面料进行防水加工。现有的成衣防水技术,主要使用三防助剂,如专利CN110424160A公开一种成衣免烫三防整理方法,其通过使用自制含氟树脂整理实现防水效果,再如专利CN102486006A公开一种具有四防功能的成衣制作方法,其使用特氟龙树脂对成衣进行整理,实现成衣防水效果。三防助剂因其化学结构里含有氟元素,可以使成衣获得防水功能,但是随着环保要求的不断提高,氟元素化学品在不断被禁止使用,化学品环保问题是现有成衣防水整理的主要问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种成衣无氟防水整理液及其应用,解决了成衣防水加工使用三防助剂带来的环保问题,同时也解决了现有防水剂在成衣加工中无法达到很好的防水效果,不能满足性能需求的问题。
本发明提供了一种成衣无氟防水整理液,每1000g整理液,由如下组分组成:
无氟防水整理剂 60-80g;
低温交联剂 10-20g;
防水渗透剂 1-2g;
余量为水。
所述无氟防水整理剂在60-80℃的烘干条件下进行交联成膜。
所述低温交联剂在60-80℃与无氟防水整理剂进行反应。
所述防水渗透剂可以提高防水整理液对成衣织物的表面润湿效果,增加防水剂对纤维的包覆效果,进而提高防水性能。
所述工作液的pH值为4-6。
所述pH值通过醋酸调整。
本发明还提供了一种成衣无氟防水整理液在成衣防水整理中的应用。
具体工艺如下:将成衣在常温下浸泡于工作液中,然后脱水至带液率40-50%,在60-80℃下烘干30-50min,即可。
所述成衣与工作液的重量比为1:10-20。
有益效果
经过本发明整理,成衣防水性能良好,同时由于烘干温度低,使得加工工艺更适合现有的成衣加工设备和工艺(滚筒低温烘干),并且也可以使成衣上的一些辅料避免高温时引起的破坏,保证服装外观的完整性。

防水性能:按照AATCC 22-2017《拒性能测试-喷淋法》进行测试,等级为0-100,0为表里两面完全湿润,100为表面没有润湿或水滴附着。
实施例1
①成衣1:(服装面料——涤纶塔丝隆,成衣重量约600g)
②工作液制备6000g:(成衣重量与工作液的重量比例为1:10)

加工工艺:成衣浸泡(常温5min)→脱水(带液50-60%)→烘干(60-80℃×30-50min)。
防水效果测试:95分。
实施例2
①成衣2:(服装面料——涤纶春亚纺,成衣重量约400g)
②工作液:工作液制备4000g:(成衣重量与工作液的重量比例为1:10)

防水效果测试:95分。
实施例3
①成衣3:(服装面料——400T尼丝纺,成衣重量约100克)
②工作液:工作液制备1000g:(成衣重量与工作液的重量比例为1:10)

加工工艺:成衣浸泡(常温10min)→脱水(带液25-35%)→烘干(60-80℃×20-40min)。
防水效果测试:90分。
对比例1
①成衣1:(服装面料——涤纶塔丝隆,成衣重量约600g)
②工作液制备6000g:(成衣重量与工作液的重量比例为1:10)

由实施例1和对比例1对比可以看出,不使用低温无氟防水剂X-9时,防水整理效果不好,同时烘干温度也升高。由实施例1和对比例2对比可以看出,不使用低温交联剂时,防水整理效果不好。

Claims (8)

1.一种成衣无氟防水整理液,其特征在于:每1000g整理液,由如下组分组成:
无氟防水整理剂 60-80g;
低温交联剂 10-20g;
防水渗透剂 1-2g;
余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的整理液,其特征在于:所述无氟防水整理剂在60-80℃的烘干条件下进行交联成膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的整理液,其特征在于:所述低温交联剂在60-80℃与无氟防水整理剂进行反应。
4.根据权利要求1所述的整理液,其特征在于:所述工作液的pH值为4-6。
5.根据权利要求4所述的整理液,其特征在于:所述pH值通过醋酸调整。
6.一种如权利要求1所述的成衣无氟防水整理液在成衣防水整理中的应用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于:具体工艺如下:将成衣在常温下浸泡于工作液中,然后脱水至带液率40-50%,在60-80℃下烘干30-50min,即可。
8.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于:所述成衣与工作液的重量比为1:10-20。
