Abstract
本发明涉及一种全棉纺织品水性无氟防水整理液及其应用,包括预处理工作液和防水整理工作液。本发明整理后洗后晾干防水效果,使用无氟防水剂对全棉织物进行防水整理,产品本身不含任何PFcS组分,与含氟化合物整理的织物相比,可以满足更高的环保标准要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织品功能整理领域,特别涉及一种全棉纺织品水性无氟防水整理液及其应用。
背景技术
洗后晾干防水技术是现在市场比较普遍的性能要求,使用防水加工面料的成衣在水洗后脱水,直接自然晾干(无需进行加热烘干)就能获得良好的防水效果,防水洗后晾干技术目前多用于化纤和化纤混纺织物,如专利CN112522944A一种洗后晾干型防水面料制作工艺及面料,使用防水剂CWR和增效剂XCR对涤棉织物进行了防水整理,使涤棉混纺织物获得了洗后晾干的效果。但其存在只能用于加工化纤和化纤混纺织物的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种全棉纺织品水性无氟防水整理液及其应用,弥补现有无氟洗后晾干技术只能用于加工化纤和化纤混纺织物的技术问题。
本发明提供了一种全棉纺织品水性无氟防水整理液,包括预处理工作液和防水整理工作液;其中,所述预处理工作液由如下组分组成:
清洗剂 1-5g/L;
表面改性剂 20-50g/L;
所述防水整理工作液由如下组分组成:
无氟防水整理剂 60-100g/L;
防水交联剂 10-30g/L;
防水增效剂 10-50g/L。
(防水增效剂的用量,一般为防水剂用量的20-40%)
所述预处理工作液提高全棉纺织品的表面吸附性,使其在防水加工时可以更多更均匀的吸附阳离子的防水剂分子。
本发明还提供了一种全棉纺织品水性无氟防水整理液在防水整理中的应用。
包括如下步骤:
(1)将全棉纺织品浸轧于预处理工作液中,带液率50%-60%,焙烘;
(2)将经过预处理的全棉纺织品浸轧于防水整理工作液中,带液率50%-60%,预烘,焙烘,即可。
所述步骤(1)和(2)中的焙烘温度为150-160℃,焙烘时间为60s-120s。
所述步骤(2)中的预烘温度为110-120℃,预烘时间为60s-120s。
有益效果
本发明整理后洗后晾干防水效果,使用无氟防水剂对全棉织物进行防水整理,产品本身不含任何PFcS组分,与含氟化合物整理的织物相比,可以满足更高的环保标准要求。

测试方法:
防水性能:按照AATCC 22-2017《拒性能测试-喷淋法》进行测试,等级为0-100,0为表里两面完全湿润,100为表面没有润湿或水滴附着;将织物水洗5次后,按照上述方法,再次测试其拒水性能,洗涤程序:室温,常规洗涤,悬挂晾干24h。

①全棉织物选择:全棉纱卡面料(染色布,面料克重210克/㎡)
②预处理工作液配制:
清洗剂AX-RS 2g/L
表面改性剂AX-216 30g/L
③全棉织物预处理:全棉纱卡面料浸轧预处理工作液→带液率50-60%
→焙烘(150℃×60s)
④配制防水整理工作液:
无氟防水剂X-5 80g/L
防水增效剂AX-202B 20g/L
防水交联剂AX-101C 15g/L
⑤全棉纱卡面料防水加工:浸轧防水工作液→带液率50-60%→烘干(110-120×90s)→焙烘(160℃×120s)
⑥防水性能测试:初始防水效果——95分,水洗5次→晾干(室温×24h)→防水测试——75分。
实施例2
①全棉织物选择:全棉府绸面料(染色布,面料克重150克/m2)
②预处理工作液配制:
清洗剂AX-RS 2g/L
表面改性剂AX-216 40g/L
③全棉织物预处理:全棉纱卡面料浸轧预处理工作液→带液率40-50%→焙烘(150℃×40s)
④配制防水整理工作液:
无氟防水剂X-5 90g/L
防水增效剂AX-202B 30g/L
防水交联剂AX-101C 20g/L
⑤全棉纱卡面料防水加工:浸轧防水工作液→带液率40-50%→烘干(110-120×60s)→焙烘(160℃×90s)
⑥防水性能测试:初始防水效果——95分,水洗5次→晾干(室温×24h)防水测试——80分。

①全棉织物选择:全棉帆布面料(染色布,面料克重280克/m2)
②预处理工作液配制:
清洗剂AX-RS 2g/L
表面改性剂AX-216 20g/L
③全棉织物预处理:全棉纱卡面料浸轧预处理工作液→带液率60-70%→焙烘(150℃×90s)
④配制防水整理工作液:
无氟防水剂X-5 70g/L
防水增效剂AX-202B 20g/L

⑤全棉纱卡面料防水加工:浸轧防水工作液→带液率60-70%→烘干(110-120×120s)→焙烘(160℃×180s)
⑥防水性能测试:初始防水效果——95分,水洗5次→晾干(室温×24h)防水测试——70分。

1.一种全棉纺织品水性无氟防水整理液,其特征在于:包括预处理工作液和防水整理工作液;
其中,所述预处理工作液由如下组分组成:
清洗剂 1-5g/L;
表面改性剂 20-50g/L;
所述防水整理工作液由如下组分组成:
无氟防水整理剂 60-100g/L;
防水交联剂 10-30g/L;
防水增效剂 10-50g/L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的整理液,其特征在于:所述预处理工作液提高全棉纺织品的表面吸附性。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的全棉纺织品水性无氟防水整理液在防水整理中的应用。
4.根据权利要求3所述的应用,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将全棉纺织品浸轧于预处理工作液中,带液率50%-60%,焙烘;
(2)将经过预处理的全棉纺织品浸轧于防水整理工作液中,带液率50%-60%,预烘,焙烘,即可。
5.根据权利要求4所述的应用,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)和(2)中的焙烘温度为150-160℃,焙烘时间为60s-120s。
6.根据权利要求4所述的应用,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中的预烘温度为110-120℃,预烘时间为60s-120s。
