Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a device for controlling the cost of an enterprise vehicle, wherein the method comprises the following steps: binding the employee with the department; creating vehicle using conditions according to vehicle using requirements; the employee information is input into the system, the employee selects the bound vehicle using condition to place an order, and the vehicle using cost is counted, so that the enterprise is helped to control the vehicle using cost in a refined manner through the method and the device; the traditional enterprise car use reimbursement process is cancelled, the human efficiency of the enterprise is improved, and the labor cost is reduced.

Technical Field

Background
Enterprises can need useful vehicles in various scenes during daily office work.
