Abstract

背景技术
用于以视频摄像机和显示监视器来监测远程图像的使用网络的网络监视视频摄像机系统是众所周知的。
第9-16685号日本专利申请临时公开揭示了一种使用数据链路ISDN的远程监视器系统。第7-288806号日本专利申请临时公开揭示了测量话务量并依据此话务量来确定分辨率。第5,745,167号美国专利揭示了一种视频监视器系统,该系统包括发送媒体、视频摄像机、监视器、VTR和控制部分。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种优良的网络监视视频摄像机系统。
依据本发明,提供了一种使用网络的网络监视视频摄像机系统,该系统包括:多个视频摄像机单元,每个单元具有不同的地址并产生视频数据,每个单元包括用于从视频数据中检测图像的运动的运动检测器以及用于与网络进行通信以发送视频数据以及运动检测器的输出的通信电路;具有不同的地址以及与网络进行通信的通信电路的数据存储终端,该终端用于通过网络接收和存储来自视频摄像机单元的视频数据;具有不同的地址以及与网络进行通信的通信电路的显示终端,该终端用于显示来自数据存储终端和视频摄像机单元的视频数据;以及耦合到网络的具有不同地址的控制服务器,该服务器自动地与网络进行通信,以控制视频摄像机单元、数据存储终端和显示终端的地址。
在本网络监视视频摄像机系统中,至少一个视频摄像机单元中还可包括用于存储视频数据的存储器以及话务检测器,该话务检测器用于检测网络的话务量、把此话务量与基准相比较且在话务量超过基准时把仅有关运动检测器检测到运动的一部分视频数据发送到显示终端。

在本网络监视视频摄像机系统中,控制服务器可产生多个视频摄像机单元的地址表并把此地址表发送到数据存储终端。数据存储终端还可包括用于接收和存储地址表的存储器以及用于监视网络接收和存储来自网络监视视频摄像机系统内的视频摄像机单元的视频数据的监视电路,为所述多个视频摄像机单元中的每个单元唯一地分配所述地址表中的一个地址,并且在所述控制服务器的控制下进行更新。
在本网络监视视频摄像机系统中,控制服务器可产生多个视频摄像机单元的地址表并把此地址表发送到显示终端。显示终端还可包括用于接收和存储地址表的存储器以及用于监视网络接收和显示来自网络监视视频摄像机系统内的视频摄像机单元的视频数据的监视电路,为所述多个视频摄像机单元中的每个单元唯一地分配所述地址表中的一个地址,并且在所述控制服务器的控制下进行更新。

以下将描述本发明的一个实施例。
图1是本发明实施例的网络监视视频摄像机系统的方框图。图2是图1所示网络监视视频摄像机系统的详细方框图。
本实施例的网络监视视频摄像机系统包括具有不同(唯一)地址AD11,AD12,...的多个摄像机单元1、具有地址AD3的数据存储终端3、具有地址AD2的显示终端以及具有地址AD1的控制服务器5,这些单元通过网络2相互耦合。

摄像机单元1b还包括响应于TCP/IP电路33的话务检测电路35以及用于检测网络2的话务的报警监视电路30。当话务量大于基准值时,话务检测电路35控制服务器32只发送存储器31中有关报警的视频数据的必要图像。即,当话务量大于基准值时,服务器32在存在任何传感器信号或者运动检测信号时把来自存储器31的视频数据发送到网络2。当话务量小于基准值时,话务检测电路35控制服务器32连续发送视频数据的图像。此外,在正常情况下,基本上与视频数据同时地发送声音数据。然而,如果话务量大于基准值,则话务检测电路35可控制服务器32只发送声音数据而禁止发送视频数据。另一方面,由TCP/IP电路33分开地发送报警数据。然后,立即给控制服务器5和显示终端4提供报警数据,以及关于报警肯定被发送的视频数据的图像。然后,控制服务器5增加发送该报警数据的视频摄像机的优先级,以抑制耦合到网络的其它单元的通信,以减少话务量。这样使得把此视频数据从发送该报警的摄像机单元1的连续地发送到显示终端4。
摄像机单元1b还包括比较器56和开关57。比较器56把声音数据的声级与基准声音值相比较。当此声级大于基准声音值时,报警监视电路30产生报警数据,以在开关57闭合时把此报警数据发送到网络2。如果开关57断开,则不产生表示存在响亮的声音的报警数据。

当控制服务器5接收到此报警数据时,控制范围5接收报警类型数据、时间数据、位置数据和地址数据,并从具有地址数据的位置表53中读取位置数据,并把报警数据、报警类型数据、时间数据、位置数据、地址数据和位置数据发送到显示终端4以显示这些数据。
控制服务器5包括如上所述的优先级表161。控制服务器5增加发送该报警数据的视频摄像机的优先级,以响应于该报警数据抑制耦合到网络的其它单元的通信,从而减少话务量。这样使得把视频数据从发送该报警的摄像机单元1连续发送到显示终端4。
数据存储终端3包括通信电路41、网络监视电路51、地址表152和存储器50。网络监视电路51监视网络2搜索本网络监视摄像机系统的地址数据。如果把此地址数据分配给本网络监视摄像机系统或分配给数据存储终端3,则数据存储终端3把接收到的数据存储在存储器50中。如果没有来自控制服务器5的显示存储器50中的数据的请求,则数据存储终端3使用地址表152把对应的数据集合发送到显示终端4。
显示终端4包括通信电路41、网络监视电路51、地址表152、显示监视器48、声音数据产生电路53和扬声器49。网络监视电路51监视网络2搜索本网络监视摄像机系统的地址数据。如果把源地址数据分配给本网络监视摄像机系统或目的地地址为显示终端4,则数据存储终端3在显示终端48上显示所发送的数据。如果该数据是声音数据,则由声音数据再现电路53和扬声器49再现该声音数据。
在摄像机单元1b中,曝光间隔控制电路26依据来自控制服务器的控制数据、视频数据的等级以及来自时间数据产生电路29的时间数据来控制曝光间隔。当视频数据的亮度级小于基准亮度级时,曝光间隔控制电路26增大曝光间隔,例如使曝光间隔变成正常曝光间隔的两倍,从而在视频摄像机1b的位置处很暗时增加感光性。在此情况下,曝光间隔控制电路26控制存储器31以正常发送间隔两倍的间隔把视频数据发送到网络,从而减少网络2中的话务量。曝光间隔控制电路26可依据来自时间数据产生电路29的时间数据来控制曝光间隔,因为时间数据报告了夜晚和白天。在夜晚时,曝光间隔控制电路26增大曝光间隔。
图6A到6C是示出曝光间隔改变操作的本实施例的时序图。
如图6A所示,在白天,以每一场按一个间隔T从CCD成像器22中读取视频信号。另一方面,以每一场按一个间隔2T从CCD成像器22中读取视频信号。即,白天的曝光时间间隔为T,夜晚的为2T。相应地,如图6B所示,在夜晚,每单位亮度的视频信号电平(2A)为白天的视频信号电平(A)的两倍。
控制服务器5还包括名称表,该名称表表示了地址与摄像机单元1的名称之间的关系,以每当加电时动态地分配物理地址。即,当控制服务器5接通时,控制服务器5广播响应请求。摄像机单元1、数据存储终端4和显示终端4中的每一个响应于此并连续发送域名。控制服务器5把由控制服务器5管理的实际地址分配给摄像机单元1、数据存储终端4和显示终端4。即,控制服务器5存储域名及相关的物理地址作为名称表72。然后,控制服务器5报告摄像机单元1、数据存储终端4和显示终端的物理地址。然后,每个摄像机单元1可使用域名和物理地址。如上所述,数据存储终端3和显示终端4监视通过网络发送的目的地地址,如果该地址在网络监视视频摄像机系统内时,则数据存储终端3和显示终端4获取视频数据和其它数据。此外,操作人员可命令要显示哪个图像。即,操作人员通过输入一摄像机单元1的域名来操作键盘46显示来自这一摄像机单元1的图像。此外,操作人员可通过操作键盘46再现来自数据存储终端3的图像。
包括送话器54的摄像机单元1可获得视频和声音数据并如下发送此视频数据和声音数据:
摄像机单元1使用网络域格式产生不同的视频和声音数据的文件,并把声音数据文件和视频数据文件独立地发送到显示终端4。控制服务器5单独地控制每个摄像机单元1的用于声音数据和视频数据的地址。即,控制服务器5表面上以域名控制地址,在内部以动态分配的IP地址来控制系统。
Claims (9)
1.一种使用网络的网络监视视频摄像机系统,其特征在于包括:
多个视频摄像机单元,每个单元具有不同的地址并产生视频数据,每个单元包括用于从所述视频数据中检测图像的运动的运动检测器以及用于与所述网络进行通信以发送所述视频数据以及所述运动检测器的输出的通信装置;其中,至少一个所述摄像机单元进一步包括用于存储所述视频数据的存储器,以及话务检测装置,所述话务检测装置用于检测所述网络的话务量,并且将所述话务量与基准相比较且在所述话务量超过所述基准时仅把有关所述运动检测器检测到所述运动的一部分所述视频数据进行发送;
具有不同的地址以及与所述网络进行通信的通信装置的存储装置,所述存储装置用于通过所述网络接收和存储来自所述视频摄像机单元的视频数据;
具有不同的地址以及与所述网络进行通信的通信装置的显示装置,所述显示装置用于显示来自所述存储装置和所述视频摄像机单元的视频数据;以及
耦合到所述网络的具有不同地址的控制服务器,所述服务器自动地与所述网络进行通信,以控制所述视频摄像机单元、所述存储装置和所述显示装置的所述地址。
2.如权利要求1所述的网络监视视频摄像机系统,其特征在于至少一个所述视频摄像机单元还包括用于产生声音数据的送话器,并且在所述话务量超过所述基准时,所述话务检测装置把所述声音数据发送到所述显示装置而禁止发送所述视频数据,所述显示装置还包括用于再现所述声音数据的扬声器。
3.如权利要求1所述的网络监视视频摄像机系统,其特征在于至少一个所述视频摄像机单元还包括用于接收传感器信号的传感器输入装置以及用于通过增大所述视频数据的块单位的尺寸来减少所述存储器中的所述视频数据量以把经减少的所述视频数据发送到所述网络的稀疏装置。
4.如权利要求1所述的网络监视视频摄像机系统,其特征在于每个所述视频摄像机单元包括:
用于接收传感器信号的传感器输入装置;以及
报警信号产生装置,响应于所述传感器信号和所述运动检测器来产生报警数据,以把所述报警数据以及把包括所述传感器信号的有关所述报警数据的数据发送到所述控制服务器,所述控制服务器还包括:
用于存储所述报警数据和有关所述报警数据的数据的集合的数据库;以及
用于输入关键字数据和标记数据的输入装置;
依据所述关键字来搜索所述数据库中的所述报警数据的搜索装置,
其中响应于所述输入装置存储与所述报警数据的所述集合中的一个集合对应的所述标记数据,以禁止所述搜索装置搜索对应于所述标记数据的所述报警数据的所述集合中的一个集合。
5.如权利要求1所述的网络监视视频摄像机系统,其特征在于每个所述视频摄像机单元还包括:
依据控制数据改变所述视频摄像机的光轴的旋转单元;
用于产生所述旋转单元的位置数据的位置数据产生装置;
用于产生时间数据的时间数据产生装置;
响应于传感器信号的报警装置,所述运动检测器用于产生报警数据和报警类型数据并发送所述报警数据、所述报警类型数据、包括所述位置数据和所述时间数据的报警子数据以及所述视频摄像机单元的所述地址,所述控制服务器还包括:
用于存储所述视频摄像机单元的地址与所述视频摄像机单元的安装位置数据之间关系的表;以及
控制装置,用于接收来自所述视频摄像机单元的所述报警数据、获得发送所述报警数据的所述视频摄像机单元的所述位置数据和所述安装地点数据并把所述报警数据、所述报警类型数据、所述视频摄像机单元的所述安装地点数据、包括所述位置数据和所述时间数据的报警子数据以及所述摄像机单元的所述地址发送到所述显示装置。
6.如权利要求1所述的网络监视视频摄像机系统,其特征在于至少一个所述视频摄像机单元还包括用于接收所述每个视频摄像机单元周围的声音信号并从所述声音信号中产生声音数据的送话器、用于把所述声音数据的声级与基准相比较的比较器、用于在所述声级超过基准时产生报警数据的报警装置以及用于把所述报警数据发送到所述网络或者不把所述报警数据发送到所述网络的开关。
7.如权利要求1所述的网络监视视频摄像机系统,其特征在于至少一个所述视频摄像机单元包括用于以曝光间隔连续产生所述视频数据的CCD成像器以及用于检测亮度级的亮度级检测装置以及曝光控制装置,所述曝光控制装置用于把所述曝光间隔从第一曝光间隔变到比所述第一曝光间隔长的第二曝光间隔,并把所述视频数据的发送间隔从第一间隔变到比所述第一间隔长的第二间隔,以防止所述视频摄像机单元在所述亮度级小于基准亮度级时把视频数据的同一个场或帧发送两遍。
8.如权利要求1所述的网络监视视频摄像机系统,其特征在于所述控制服务器产生所述多个视频摄像机单元的地址表并把所述地址表发送到所述存储装置,所述存储装置还包括用于接收和存储所述地址表的存储器以及用于监视所述网络接收和存储来自所述网络监视视频摄像机系统内的所述视频摄像机单元的所述视频数据的监视装置,为所述多个视频摄像机单元中的每个单元唯一地分配所述地址表中的一个地址,并且在所述控制服务器的控制下进行更新。
9.如权利要求1所述的网络监视视频摄像机系统,其特征在于所述控制服务器产生所述多个视频摄像机单元的地址表并把所述地址表发送到所述显示装置,所述显示装置还包括用于接收和存储所述地址表的存储器以及用于监视所述网络接收和显示来自所述网络监视视频摄像机系统内的所述视频摄像机单元的所述视频数据的监视装置,为所述多个视频摄像机单元中的每个单元唯一地分配所述地址表中的一个地址,并且在所述控制服务器的控制下进行更新。
