Experimental example 3: security patch test
Dripping 20 μ L of the solution to be detected into a spot tester, wherein the control hole is blank control (pure water); the spot tester with the tested object is attached to the bent side of the forearm of the tested person, and the tested person is lightly pressed by the palm to be uniformly attached to the skin for 24 hours; the skin irritation and sensitization were observed as in table 3 after 30min, 24 hours, and 48 hours, respectively, after removal of the test article plaque test device, and the observation results were recorded.

The experimental results are as follows: the results of the human skin patch tests on compositions 5, 9, 13 are shown in table 4. The result of the skin patch test of the human body shows that 20 people have no adverse reaction to the skin.

Experimental example 4:
A-H was prepared according to the formulation of Table 5 by a conventional method and tested for stability, anti-dandruff antipruritic properties, and anti-alopecia ability.

The anti-dandruff performance test adopts a mode of volunteer sensory evaluation, namely please refer to two groups of 20 volunteers, the volunteers wash hair according to the same method when using the pre-washing milk, and the anti-dandruff effect after using is evaluated in a sensory mode according to the amount and the size of dandruff. The evaluation period is 2 weeks, the evaluation is divided into 6 points, the 6 points are the highest points, the 1 point is the lowest point, and the higher the point is, the better the effect is. The results are shown in Table 6.

Sensory evaluation results show that the scalp care composition prepared by the invention has an obvious anti-dandruff function, and the effect is improved to a certain extent compared with that of the composition which is independently added with plant extracts or common anti-dandruff agents.
Evaluation of stability
The formulations a and D were placed in an environment of-7, 4,25,27,45 ℃ and light for 3 months and the appearance was observed, and the results are shown in table 7, with the degree of change indicated by 0-3, 0 being no significant change, 1 being an acceptable slight change, 2 being an unacceptable change, and 3 being a severe change.

Evaluation of anticreep Effect
Selecting 50 volunteers, wherein 40 male patients and 10 female patients are aged 30-55 years, severe alopecia is 10, 25 moderate patients and 15 mild patients, randomly dividing the 50 patients into 5 groups including blank control groups and experimental groups, respectively using the formulas A, B, D, E and H, and each group has 10 patients, and the ages and alopecia conditions have no significant difference.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: before using the shampoo to clean hair, the volunteers apply the sample on the scalp, slightly massage the scalp for 5min, then wash the scalp with clear water, then use the shampoo to clean the hair once a day, and after insisting on using the shampoo for one month, evaluate the hair loss amount in a sensory mode. And (5) scoring by 1-5 points. The results are shown in Table 8, in which 1 is no effect, 2 is slight effect, 3 is effective, 4 is significant effect, 5 is excellent

Sensory evaluation results show that the scalp care composition prepared by the invention has obvious functions of preventing hair loss and strengthening hair.
The details not described in the specification of the present application belong to the common general knowledge of those skilled in the art.

Claims (10)

1. A composition for preventing hair loss, fixing hair, removing dandruff and controlling oil is characterized by comprising extracts of calamus, houttuynia cordata and aloe, 17 type collagen and a solvent acceptable in the field of cosmetics;
wherein the extracts of the calamus, the houttuynia cordata and the aloe are ethanol extracts of the bulk drugs of the calamus, the houttuynia cordata and the aloe;
the mass ratio of the 17 type collagen to the raw medicines of the calamus, the houttuynia cordata and the aloe is (0.0001-5): 10-50);
the cosmetically acceptable solvent includes polyhydric alcohols; the polyalcohol comprises one or more of 1, 3-butanediol, 1, 2-propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol and glycerol.
2. The composition of claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the 17 type collagen to the drug substance of acorus calamus, houttuynia cordata and aloe is (0.001-3): 10-30: (10-30): 10-30), preferably 0.002:30:30:30 or 0.002:20:30:30 or 0.002:30:20: 20; the polyol comprises 30% of 1, 2-propylene glycol and 70% of glycerol by mass.
3. The composition of claim 2, wherein the composition is obtained by:
1) pulverizing rhizoma Acori Calami, herba Houttuyniae and Aloe respectively, drying, sieving, weighing at a certain ratio, and mixing;
2) adding ethanol, extracting for 1-3 times at 45-60 deg.C, and collecting extractive solution;
3) cooling the extracting solution obtained in the step 2) to 20-30 ℃, and filtering to obtain primary filtrate;
4) centrifuging the primary filtrate obtained in the step 3), and filtering to obtain secondary filtrate;
5) concentrating the secondary filtrate obtained in the step 4) under reduced pressure to obtain an extract, adding the polyalcohol and the 17-type collagen powder, uniformly mixing, and filtering to obtain the composition.
4. The composition of claim 3, wherein the drying of step 1) is low temperature drying, including but not limited to one or a combination of oven drying, freeze drying, and vacuum drying.
5. The composition according to claim 3, wherein in step 2), the mass fraction of ethanol is 30-70%, more preferably 35%; the mass ratio of the total mass of the raw medicines of the calamus, the houttuynia cordata and the aloe to the ethanol is 1:10-1:30, and the adopted extraction method is the combination of microwave and ultrasonic; the microwave time is 1-3min, and the ultrasonic time is 20-30 min.
6. The composition as claimed in claim 3, wherein the centrifugation time in step 4) is 20-60min and the rotation speed is 5000-10000 rpm.
7. The composition of claim 3, wherein in step 5), the amount of the polyhydric alcohol added is 10-30 times of the mass of the extract.
8. The composition of claim 3, wherein step 1) is performed by passing through a 60 mesh screen; filtering by using 100-200-mesh gauze in the step 3); filtering by using a 0.5 mu m microfiltration membrane in the step 4); filtering with a 0.5 mu m microfiltration membrane in the step 5).
9. A cosmetic comprising the composition according to any one of claims 1 to 9; the cosmetics include but are not limited to shampoo, hair conditioner, scalp essence, scalp lotion.
10. The cosmetic according to claim 9, comprising the following components, all by mass: 0.5-5% of the composition, 0.02% of EDTA-2Na, 4-8% of polyhydric alcohol, 2-4% of fatty alcohol, 0.5-2% of fatty acid, 3-5% of an emulsifier, 35-40% of grease and 0.2-0.4% of a thickening agent.
