Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the present invention.
The invention provides a modularized complete processing device for rhizome vegetables, which comprises a brush cleaning and peeling machine 1, a lifting machine 2, a selecting and conveying all-in-one machine 3, a multifunctional vegetable cutter 4, a vortex cleaning and vibrating draining machine 5, a vegetable air dryer 6 and a turnover machine 7, wherein the brush cleaning and peeling machine 1 comprises a spiral auger 15, a brush roller 23 and a spray pipe 28, when the modularized complete processing device works, a motor drives the brush roller 23 and the spiral auger 15 to rotate, the spray pipe 28 sprays water for cleaning, and cleaned vegetables fall into a hopper 33 of the lifting machine 2 through a discharge hole I13; the vegetable is lifted to a sorting and conveying part 50 of the selecting and conveying all-in-one machine 3 by the lifter 2, the vegetable is sorted manually at two sides of the sorting table and is placed on a sorting conveying belt 74, the vegetable enters the multifunctional vegetable cutter 4 through a material guide plate and a material outlet into a hopper II 119, is processed into threads, slices or blocks through a combined cutter head 120 and falls onto the conveying belt of the selecting and conveying all-in-one machine 3, and then falls into the vortex cleaning machine through a lifting conveying belt 98; the cleaned vegetables are conveyed forwards to a net chain 220 of the vegetable air dryer 6 through a vibrating screen outlet 182, the vegetables on the net chain 220 are conveyed forwards, the fan 204 blows strong wind to the net chain 204 through an air outlet cover 205, and the vegetables are subjected to surface moisture removal under the action of the strong wind; the step motor 245 of the turnover machine 7 drives the driving chain wheel 246 to rotate, the driving shaft II 249, the basket pulling chain 235 and the driven chain wheel II 253 are driven to rotate through the chain IV 247, the turnover box 237 is conveyed to the metering and weighing part 239 to stop rotating, the intelligent control seven 236 sends a linkage signal to the vegetable air dryer 6, the loading mechanism 210 is opened, and the vegetable air dryer 6 loads vegetables into the turnover box 237.

The brush cleaning and peeling machine 1 comprises a cleaning tank, a first motor speed reducer 8, a first water receiving tank 9, a first frame 11, a second motor speed reducer 14, a spiral auger 15, a brush roller 23, a water spraying pipe 28 and a first intelligent control 27, wherein a left frame plate 12 and a right frame plate 16 are welded on the first frame 11, the eight brush rollers 23 distributed in a U shape are arranged between the left frame plate 12 and the right frame plate 16, a brush roller chain wheel 20 is arranged at the right end of each brush roller 23, and the brush rollers are driven to drive the brush rollers through a fifth chain 26 and a first speed reducer chain wheel 24 of the first motor speed reducer 8; the spiral auger 15 is fixed on the left/right frame plate through a bearing seat 17, and the left end of the spiral auger 15 is connected with a motor reducer II 14 to drive the spiral auger 15 to rotate; an upper baffle plate 29, a window cover 30 and front and rear baffle plates 31 are welded at the top of the cleaning tank, a water spray pipe 28 is installed at the upper part of the first rack 11, and one end of the water spray pipe 28 can be connected with a tap water pipe through a hose; a first water receiving groove 9 is also arranged between the first left frame plate 12 and the first right frame plate 16; a supporting wheel 25 and a medium chain wheel 18 are arranged on the right frame plate 16, the chain wheels are connected in series by a chain five 26, and the chain five 26 is tensioned by adjusting the supporting wheel 25; one side of the first rack 11 is provided with an intelligent control 27, and the intelligent control 27 can adjust the rotating speed of the spiral auger 15 and the rotating speed of the brush roller 23, so that continuous discharging or intermittent discharging is realized, and the requirements of different users are met.

The elevator 2 comprises a left support 35, a right support 35, a rack II 38, a driving roller I44, a motor reducer III 41, a driven roller I39, a conveyor belt I40, a hopper 33 and an intelligent control II 36, wherein the left support 35 and the right support 35 are installed on the rack II 38, the driving roller I44 is installed on the left support 35 through a bearing II 37 and a bearing III 43 and is connected with the motor reducer III 41 installed on the rack II 38 through a coupling 42 to transmit power, the driven roller I39 is installed at the left end of the left support 35 through a bearing I32 and can adjust the position of the driven roller I39 through a screw rod; the first conveying belt 40 is wound on the first driving roller 44 and the first driven roller 39, and the hopper 33 is arranged at the first driven roller 39; the second intelligent control 36 is installed on one side of the second rack 38, and can adjust the rotating speed of the first conveying belt 40 to adapt to different conveying capabilities.

The selecting and conveying integrated machine 3 comprises a sorting table rack 55, an upper conveying rack 56, a lower conveying rack 56, a sorting conveying part 50, a finished product processing and conveying 57, a lifting conveying 47 and an intelligent control third 48, wherein the sorting table rack 55 and the upper conveying rack 56 are installed in parallel, and the sorting conveying part 50 is fixed on the upper parts of the sorting table rack 55 and the upper conveying rack 56; finished product processing and conveying 57 is mounted at the lower part of the upper and lower conveying frames 56 and staggered with the finished product processing and conveying 57 in the left-right position, and the lifting and conveying 47 is connected with the finished product processing and conveying 57 through the conveying frame 45.

The sorting and conveying part 50 comprises a sorting driving roller 70, a sorting fixing frame 72, a left sorting support 73, a sorting conveying belt 74, a sorting adjusting bolt 75, a left sorting support 76 and a right sorting support 78, one end of the sorting driving roller 70 is fixed on the right sorting support 78, the other end of the sorting driving roller penetrates through a sorting speed reducing motor 62 and is fixed on the left sorting support 73, the driven sorting roller 76 is installed on the left sorting support 73 and the right sorting support 78, the sorting conveying belt 74 surrounds the sorting driving roller 70 and the driven sorting roller 76, and the tightness of the sorting conveying belt 74 is adjusted through the sorting adjusting bolt 75; the sorting and conveying device is characterized in that one end of the sorting and conveying part 50 is provided with a first feeding hopper 54, a guide plate fixing frame 52, two three discharging holes 51, a support 49 and a guide plate I63, the guide plate fixing frame 52 is provided with a guide plate II 64 and a guide plate III 65, two sides of the sorting and conveying part 50 are respectively provided with two left sorting tables 66 and right sorting tables 67, a waste hopper 53 is arranged between the two sorting tables, the guide plate II 64 and the guide plate III 65 are arranged on the guide plate fixing frame 52, the left end of the sorting and conveying part 50 is provided with a sorting speed reducing motor 62, finished product processing and conveying parts 57 arranged at the lower parts of the upper conveying frame 56 and the lower conveying frame 56 are connected with the finished product processing and conveying parts 57 and are arranged on a lifting and conveying frame 45, and an intelligent control part 48 is arranged on the support 49.

The finished product processing and conveying device 57 comprises a first conveying driving roller 81, a second sealing ring 82, a gland II 88, a conveying fixing frame 83, a second conveying belt 84, a left conveying support 85, a conveying adjusting bolt 86, a driven conveying roller 87 and a right conveying support 89, wherein the first conveying driving roller 81 and the driven conveying roller 87 are fixed on the left conveying support 85 and the right conveying support 89, the second conveying belt 84 surrounds the first conveying driving roller 81 and the driven conveying roller 87, and the tightness of the conveying belts is adjusted through the conveying adjusting bolt 86; and a finished product conveying chain wheel 59 is arranged on a conveying driving roller I81 at the left end of the finished product processing and conveying device 57 and is connected by a chain six 60.

the cutter shaft assembly 126 comprises a leaf vegetable cutter assembly 107, a cutter 124 is mounted at the end of the leaf vegetable cutter assembly, a leaf vegetable shell assembly 108 and a door plate 125 are mounted on the outer side of the cutter 124, the leaf vegetable shell assembly 108 is fixed at the end of the rack III 102, a feeding hole is formed in one side, close to the conveying part 106, of the leaf vegetable shell assembly, and a discharging hole is formed in the lower portion of the door plate 125.
The vegetable pressing part 109 is fixed on the third rack 102 and is matched with the conveying part 106 to realize pressing and convey vegetables; the intelligent control IV 114 can change the rotating speed and the conveying speed of the cutter, so as to realize the processing of vegetables with different lengths;
the bulbous part comprises a motor II 115, a motor wheel II 116, an inclined material port 117, a connected cover 118, a feeding hopper II 119, a large grooved wheel 123, a combined cutter head 120, a bulbous shell combination 121 and a main shaft 122; the motor II 115 is fixed on the rack III 102, the motor wheel II 116 is mounted on the motor II 115, the motor wheel II 116 is connected with the large grooved pulley 123 through a V belt, the main shaft 122 is fixed on the ball root shell through a spacer bush, a retainer ring, a bearing and bolts, the left end of the main shaft is provided with the large grooved pulley 123, the right end of the main shaft is provided with the combined cutter head 120, the ball root shell is fixed on the rack III 102 through bolts and is connected with the connecting cover 118 through a hinge shaft 135 and a buckle, the upper surface of the connecting cover 118 is provided with a spiral feeding hole, the middle of the connecting cover is provided with an inclined feeding hole 117, and the lower part of the connecting cover is provided with a discharging hole; the combined cutter head 120 can realize replacement of various cutter heads, and cut vegetables into various shapes such as slices, shreds, dices and the like.

The vortex cleaning vibration draining machine 5 comprises a frame four 137, a large water tank 154, an ozone system 141, a roller scrap removing part 152, an upper spraying and flushing system 155, a lower spraying and flushing system 142, a vibration discharging part 150, a slag discharging part 146 and an intelligent control five 151, wherein the large water tank 154 is fixed on the upper part of the frame four 137, the roller scrap removing part 152 is arranged on the upper part of the large water tank 154, the upper spraying and flushing system 155 is arranged in the middle of the front part of the large water tank, and the lower spraying and flushing system 142 is arranged in the middle of the rear part of the large water tank; the lower part of the big water tank 154 is provided with a water leakage hopper 140, and the water leakage hopper 140 is provided with a drain pipe 139 and a water inlet pipe 138; the vibrating discharging part 150 comprises a water tank 145, a vibrating screen 182, a vibrating spring 183 and a vibrating motor 184, the vibrating discharging part 150 is fixed on a vibrating rack 144, a slag discharging part 146 is mounted on the water tank 145, a water receiving groove II 148 is mounted on the vibrating rack 144 above the slag discharging part 146, the vibrating discharging part 150 is mounted above the water receiving groove II 148, and a water inlet joint 147 and a spraying device 149 are mounted above the left of the vibrating rack 144; the two sides of the vibration discharging part 150 are provided with vibration springs 183 which are connected with the vibration rack 144; a water pump of the upper and lower spraying system 155 is connected with a water tank 145 of the vibration draining part through a connecting pipe I143; the scrap pool 156 is connected with the water tank 145 of the vibration draining part by a connecting pipe III 158; a discharge port of the vortex cleaning part big water tank 145 extends into a feeding port of the vibration discharging part 150; and the intelligent control five 151 is arranged at the upper part of the rack four 137.
The ozone system 141 is arranged in the middle of the rack IV 137, a silicon hose is connected with an inlet of the water pump I168, and generated ozone gas enters water. The roller scrap removing part 152 comprises a roller 164, a roller shaft 163, a roller support 165, a paddle 167, a bearing six 161, a bearing chamber I162, a roller fixing frame 153 and a motor speed reducer five 166. The paddle 167 and the roller support 165 are mounted on the roller shaft 163, the roller 164 is fixed on the roller support 165, one end of the roller shaft 163 is fixed at one end of the roller fixing frame 153 through the bearing six 161 and the bearing chamber 162, the other end of the roller shaft 163 penetrates through the motor speed reducer five 166, the motor speed reducer five 166 is fixed at the other end of the roller fixing frame 153, and the paddle 167 and the roller shaft 163 are mounted at an angle of 18 degrees. The motor reducer five 166 drives the roller 164 to rotate, and when vegetables pass through the roller 164, the scraps among the vegetables are separated out through the small holes of the roller 164 under the buoyancy of water and flow into the scrap pool 156 in the direction of the blades 167. The upper spraying system 155 comprises a water pump I168, a regulating valve I169, a water spraying pipeline 170, a water outlet pipe 172, a water outlet elbow I171 and a handle combination 173. The water pump I168 is mounted on the frame four 137, the water inlet is connected with the water tank 145 of the vibration draining part through the connecting pipe I143, the water outlet is connected with the water spraying pipeline 170, one end of the water outlet pipe 172 is firmly welded with the water outlet elbow I171, the other end of the water outlet pipe is fixed with the handle combination 173, and the angle of the water outlet elbow I171 can be adjusted by rotating the handle combination 173. The lower spraying and flushing system 142 comprises a water pump II 178, a regulating valve II 176, a lower water spraying pipeline 174, a water outlet elbow II 175, a regulating valve III 179, a rear water spraying pipeline 180 and a water spraying nozzle 181.
