When the fruit is completely cleaned, the water pump 113 is turned off.
Because the fruit washing device further comprises the washing device 12, the washing device 12 comprises a first bearing seat 121, a rotating shaft 122, bristles 123 and a first motor 124, the first bearing seat 121 is installed on the upper portion of the right side of the washing box 6 in an embedded manner, the first bearing seat 121 is located above the opening 8, the rotating shaft 122 is installed in the first bearing seat 121, the rotating shaft 122 is connected with a bearing in the first bearing seat 121 in an interference connection manner, the rotating shaft 122 is located in the washing box 6, the bristles 123 are installed on the rotating shaft 122 at even intervals, the bristles 123 are located between the spray head 115 and the conveyor belt 104, the first motor 124 is installed on the upper portion of the outer right side of the washing box 6 in a bolt connection manner, the first motor 124 is horizontally arranged, the first motor 124 is located on the right side of the first bearing seat 121, an output shaft of the first motor 124 is connected with the right end of the rotating shaft 122 through a coupler, when the conveyor belt, first motor 124 rotates and drives pivot 122 to rotate, and pivot 122 rotates and drives the brush hair 123 and rotate, and then when fruit is carrying, and water when the shower nozzle 115 blowout, brush hair 123 rotates and scrubs fruit, and then makes fruit cleaner. When the fruit is completely transported into the collecting frame 3, the first motor 124 is switched off. So, can make fruit cleaner through brush hair 123, the cleaning performance is better.
Because the fruit cleaning machine further comprises a rotating device 13, the rotating device 13 comprises a second bearing seat 131, a first gear 132, a second motor 133 and a second gear 134, the second bearing seat 131 is installed on the right side of the top of the bottom plate 1 in a bolt connection mode, the bottom end of the vertical rod 2 can be connected with a bearing in the second bearing seat 131 in an interference connection mode, the first gear 132 is installed in the middle of the vertical rod 2 in a bolt connection mode, the second motor 133 is installed on the right side of the top of the bottom plate 1 in a bolt connection mode, the second motor 133 is vertically arranged, the second motor 133 is located on the left side of the second bearing seat 131, an output shaft of the second motor 133 is connected with the second gear 134 through a coupling, the second gear 134 is located on the left side of the first gear 132, the second gear 134 is meshed with the first gear 132, when all cleaned fruits are located in the collecting frame 3, the second, second motor 133 rotates and drives second gear 134 and rotate, and second gear 134 rotates and drives first gear 132 and rotate, and first gear 132 rotates and drives montant 2 and rotate, and then drives and collect frame 3 and rotate, collects frame 3 and rotates and drive fruit and rotate, and then throws away the water on the fruit. After all the water on the fruit is thrown away, the first motor 124 is turned off, and the fruit can be taken out. Therefore, water on the fruits is thrown away, and the fruits can be taken out by people more conveniently.
Because still including third motor 14 and baffle 15, collect frame 3 outer right flank upper portion and install third motor 14 through bolted connection's mode, third motor 14 is vertical setting, third motor 14's output shaft has baffle 15 through coupling joint, baffle 15 is the level setting, baffle 15 and the cooperation of collecting frame 3, when fruit is whole to be located collects frame 3, operating personnel can start third motor 14 and rotate, third motor 14 rotates and drives baffle 15 and rotate, when baffle 15 rotates to collect frame 3 directly over, can close third motor 14, can get rid of the water on the fruit. When the fruit needs to be taken out, the third motor 14 is started again to rotate, so that the baffle 15 is not positioned right above the collecting frame 3. Thus, when the water on the fruit is thrown away, the fruit can be prevented from flying out of the collecting frame 3 when rotating.
Because still including apron 16 and handle 17, 7 tops of lower hopper are equipped with apron 16, 16 bottom left sides of apron are connected with 7 left sides tops of lower hopper through pin joint's mode, apron 16 cooperates with lower hopper 7, install handle 17 through bolted connection's mode in the middle of the 16 tops of apron, when needs pour fruit into washing case 6 in through lower hopper 7, operating personnel opens apron 16 through handle 17, can pour fruit into washing case 6 in through lower hopper 7, when fruit is whole to be located washing case 6, can close apron 16. Therefore, foreign matters can be prevented from falling into the cleaning box 6 through the discharging hopper 7 and being conveyed together with the fruits.
Because still including strengthening rib 18, be connected with strengthening rib 18 between washing the outer bottom of case 6 and the extension board 4 right flank lower part, strengthening rib 18 is the slope setting, 18 wherein one end of strengthening rib is through bolted connection's mode and wash the outer bottom intermediate junction of case 6, 18 other ends of strengthening rib pass through bolted connection's mode and extension board 4 right flank sub-unit connection, strengthening rib 18 has strengthened the bearing capacity who washs case 6, and then when water is located and washs in the case 6, it is more firm to enable to wash case 6, and then do not influence the washing to fruit.
Because the material of bottom plate 1 is Q235 steel, Q235 steel's bearing capacity is strong, and acid-resistant corrosion-resistant has increased bottom plate 1's life.
