In order to facilitate the fixing and installation of the first fixing plates 683, a step surface 6813 is provided at the joint of the tapered hole portion 6811 and the rectangular hole portion 6812, two first fixing plates 683 are placed on the step surface 6813 in parallel, and the first fixing plates 683 are fixedly connected with the step surface 6813 by screws,
two ends of the blade 682 are provided with right-angled insertion parts 6823, and the insertion parts 6823 are inserted into the first fixing plate 683.
The pressing seat 67 is provided with a sliding sleeve and a rectangular pressing block 671, the slitting frame 41 is provided with a guide post, the sliding sleeve is sleeved on the guide post, and the pressing block 671 on the pressing seat 67 is matched with the rectangular hole part 6812 on the slitting seat 681. The pressing block 671 can better press fruits and vegetables on the blade.
When the cleaning mechanism 1 is used for cleaning fruits and vegetables, the cleaned fruits and vegetables are conveyed to the slitting mechanism 4, and the slitting mechanism 4 is used for slitting the fruits and vegetables.
The cleaning mechanism 1 realizes the transportation and the unloading of the fruits and the vegetables through a motor, the slitting mechanism 4 realizes the transportation and the slitting of the fruits and the vegetables through a motor, the transportation and the cutting of the fruits and the vegetables are realized through the mechanical mutual linkage, and the structure is simple.

After wiper mechanism 1 washs fruit vegetables, can not flow into more washing water during the collection of fruit vegetables, avoid water to get into along with fruit vegetables and collect the structure through structural design, excellent in use effect.
The pressing seat and the blade unit in the slitting mechanism are reasonable in structural design, and fruit and vegetable slitting is convenient to realize better.
