The mould probably needs to use more buckle at the in-process of installation, and the buckle is mostly formed through injection moulding's technology processing, and at the in-process of moulding plastics, lubricating oil or machine oil in the injection molding machine extremely easily pollute the buckle, still can receive other pollutions simultaneously, so the plastic mold buckle often need clean before using.
At present, the cleaning of the plastic mold buckle is generally carried out by soaking and cleaning in a container filled with a cleaning agent. This method requires a large amount of detergent, which not only wastes the detergent, but also makes the detergent highly volatile and harmful to human body.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a cleaning device for a plastic mold buckle, and solves the problems that in the prior art, when the plastic mold buckle is cleaned, the requirement for a cleaning agent is large, and the cleaning agent is volatile and causes damage to a human body.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a plastic mold buckle cleaning device which comprises a box body, wherein a feeding hole is formed in the top of the box body, a conveying belt is arranged in the box body and comprises a driving wheel, and a motor for controlling the driving wheel to rotate is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the box body; the conveying belt is provided with a plurality of material containing boxes, transverse plates are fixedly connected in the material containing boxes, cavities are formed between the transverse plates and the bottoms of the material containing boxes, water inlets are formed in the transverse plates, magnetic sliders with the same size as the water inlets are arranged in the water inlets in a sliding mode, first springs are fixedly connected between the magnetic sliders and the bottoms of the material containing boxes, the side walls and the bottom walls of the material containing boxes are cavities, discharge ports are formed in two opposite side walls of each material containing box, and baffle plates are connected in the discharge ports in a sliding mode; the side wall of the box body is rotatably connected with a closed round wheel, a belt is connected between the closed round wheel and the output shaft of the motor, a plurality of through holes are uniformly formed in the periphery of the closed round wheel along the circumference, a plurality of second springs are fixedly connected to the side wall of a wheel shaft of the closed round wheel, arc claws which correspond to the through holes one by one are fixedly connected to the tail ends of the second springs, magnet blocks which are magnetically repelled from the opposite surfaces of the magnetic sliding blocks are arranged on the arc claws, and a semi-annular block is fixedly mounted above the closed round wheel; the conveyer belt is equipped with the swash plate along the end of direction of motion, the one end fixed mounting who keeps away from the conveyer belt on the swash plate has the dog.

The material containing box slides downwards on the inclined plate under the action of gravity and finally abuts against the stop block. The baffle at the discharge port on the side wall of the material containing box is opened, and the buckle in the material containing box is discharged from the discharge port.
Has the advantages that: 1. the cleaning agent in the second cavity is sprayed to the fastener in the material containing box by the design of the arc-shaped claw and the second spring, and meanwhile, the cleaning agent can be collected by the first cavity arranged in the material containing box, so that the waste of the cleaning agent and the pollution to the device are effectively avoided; 2. the arc-shaped claw can block the through hole when the closed round wheel rotates, so that the detergent is prevented from flowing out, and when the arc-shaped claw leaves the through hole, the arc-shaped claw has the function of stirring the buckle, so that the buckle in the material containing box is washed more thoroughly by the detergent; 3. only one power source of the motor is utilized to drive the closed round wheel to rotate and the conveyor belt to move, so that the investment of resources is effectively saved. According to the technical scheme, the problem that cleaning plastic mold buckles in the prior art are harmful to human bodies due to the fact that the cleaning agent is large in demand and easy to volatilize is effectively solved, and the whole device is simple in structure, good in cleaning effect and high in practicability.
In the first preferred scheme, as further optimization of the basic scheme, grooved wheels are coaxially connected to the driving wheel, four sliding grooves are uniformly distributed on the grooved wheels, a driving dial is coaxially connected to an output shaft of the motor, and a round pin matched with the sliding grooves is fixedly connected to the driving dial; the grooved wheel is matched with the driving drive plate to move, so that the conveying belt can move intermittently, and the plastic mold buckle in the material containing box is more comprehensively and uniformly washed by the cleaning agent.

In the preferable scheme five, as a further optimization of the preferable scheme four, a water outlet is formed in the bottom end of the material containing box; the arrangement of the water outlet facilitates the collection of the cleaning agent in the material containing box.

The closed circular wheel 11 drives the arc claw 13 to move continuously, and when the arc claw 13 is contacted with the semi-annular block 14, the arc claw 13 compresses the second spring 12 to move towards the second chamber and block the through hole under the extrusion action of the semi-annular block 14.
The round pin rotates into the grooved pulley 26 again, the conveyor belt 3 continues to move, the material containing box 5 moves away from the closed round wheel 11 towards the inclined plate 15, at the moment, the magnetic slide block 8 is restored to the initial position under the action of the first spring 9, the water inlet 7 is opened, and the cleaning agent in the material containing box 5 flows into the cavity.
