Claims (8)

1. A method for preparing efficient and environment-friendly expanded compound feed for mandarin fish is characterized by comprising the following steps:
mixing dry and wet components: pouring the dry raw materials into a wall breaking machine for crushing, wherein the rotating speed of blades of the wall breaking machine is 600 plus 800rpm, breaking the wall for 30min, and obtaining powdery dry raw materials after wall breaking, meanwhile, pouring the wet raw materials and a certain amount of purified water into a machine with heating and stirring functions, wherein the heating temperature is constant at 55-65 ℃, and the stirring rotating speed is 90-150 rpm;
dry-wet blending: heating and stirring for 30min, controlling the heating temperature of the machine to be reduced to 40 ℃, pouring the powdery dry raw material obtained after wall breaking into the machine, controlling the stirring speed of the machine to be increased to 180-210rpm, continuing heating and stirring for 30min, taking the mixed material out of the machine, and cooling to normal temperature;
and (3) puffing and forming: and (2) feeding the mixed material cooled to the normal temperature into a dehydrator for dehydration, wherein the water content of the dehydrated mixed material is 7-11%, feeding the dehydrated mixed material into puffing equipment for puffing to obtain granular feed, feeding the feed to a shady and cool ventilating place for storage, standing for 2 hours, and performing operations such as ultraviolet sterilization, bagging and the like on the granular feed to obtain the expanded compound feed for the mandarin fish.

The method for preparing the high-efficiency environment-friendly expanded compound feed for mandarin fish as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step of mixing the dry and the wet components, the proportion of the wet raw materials to the purified water is 1: 0.3-0.4.
