Abstract
An effervescent granule composition is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: the active ingredient A40-60 parts, the active ingredient B40-60 parts and the manufacturing process of an effervescent granule composition are adopted, and the effervescent granule composition obtained by adopting the formula and the method is mainly used for activating the potential of crops, enhancing the activity of crop enzymes, improving the immunity of crops in the growth process, promoting the germination of seeds, improving the germination rate, enhancing the photosynthetic intensity, increasing the chlorophyll content, promoting the development of root systems, activating the potential of the crops, supplementing organic nutrition, improving the effective absorption and utilization of the crops on fertilizers, enhancing the stress resistance, delaying senescence, further improving the drought resistance and cold resistance of plants, enhancing the disease and insect resistance, improving the quality of the crops, increasing the yield and increasing the income.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agriculture, in particular to an effervescent granule composition and a manufacturing process thereof.
Background
The fertilizer is a substance which provides one or more nutrient elements necessary for plants, improves the soil property and improves the soil fertility level, and is one of the material bases of agricultural production. Mainly comprises ammonium phosphate fertilizer, macroelement water-soluble fertilizer, secondary element fertilizer, biological fertilizer, organic fertilizer, multi-dimensional field energy concentrated organic fertilizer and the like.
In practical production and application, how to improve the disease and insect resistance, and the fertilizer can promote the growth of plants and improve the immunity of crops to a certain extent is a topic worthy of research.
The invention solves a series of problems of unreasonable formula, complex operation process, high labor cost, high transportation cost and the like of the traditional fertilizer, and effectively solves the problems through a unique effervescent process. Meanwhile, the carbon dioxide generated by the unique water-entering disintegration phenomenon in the use of the effervescent process further improves the photosynthetic products of the crops due to natural factors such as insufficient illumination and the like, improves the yield and the quality of the crops, and is suitable for vigorous popularization.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to provide an effervescent granule composition and a manufacturing process thereof to solve the problems set forth in the above background art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
an effervescent granule composition is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of active ingredient A and 40-60 parts of active ingredient B.
As a further technical scheme of the invention: the active component A is a medium-trace element mixture, and the medium-trace element mixture is a mixture of any two or more of calcium oxide, magnesium sulfate, chelated iron, chelated manganese, chelated boron, chelated zinc and chelated molybdenum.
As a further technical scheme of the invention: the active component B is one or more compounds selected from ethanol, food pigment additive, humic acid, seaweed, chitin, antibacterial peptide, allantoin, glucosamine, mannitol, sugar alcohol, amino acids, vitamins, active enzyme and synthetic protein.
As a further technical scheme of the invention: the sugar alcohol is one or more of peptidoglycan, glycoprotein and cholesterol.
As a further technical scheme of the invention: the amino acid is free amino acid aC, protein amino acid L, neutral amino acid, small molecular peptide or multi-molecular peptide.
As a further technical scheme of the invention: the vitamin is one or more of an oligomerizing enzyme, riboflavin B2 and an endoglin.
As a further technical scheme of the invention: the active enzyme is one or more of a purification factor, lysozyme, a detergent, a repairing agent and a biological membrane.
As a further technical scheme of the invention: the synthetic protein is one or more of hypersensitive protein, fibrin and adenin lecithin.
As a further technical scheme of the invention: the food pigment additive is limited to white, yellow, red, blue, green and purple and the related colors are formed by matching and matching.
A process for the manufacture of an effervescent granule composition comprising the steps of:
(1) weighing the active ingredient A and the active ingredient B according to the proportion, and uniformly collecting and processing;
(2) pouring the materials weighed according to the proportion into a unified container for grinding and mixing treatment;
(3) fully and uniformly stirring the mixture, then adding a proper amount of ethanol and food pigment additives with different colors in proportion, and then stirring and mixing again;
(4) the particle size of the effervescent granules which are pressed by a food-grade dry extrusion granulator is (1.00 mm-4.75 mm) and is more than or equal to 90 percent;
