背景技术
肠道微生物是生活在我们机体肠道中的微生物菌群,这类特殊的微生物对机体营养物质代谢、机体发育、免疫力以及多种疾病的发生等方面都非常重要。近些年来,很多科学家都发现肠道菌群或许会通过一种特殊的肠-脑轴来影响机体的大脑结构以及很多大脑相关疾病的发生,益生菌市场得到了快速的发展和普及,且呈现多元化。
现有研究表明,孕产妇食用益生菌、益生元或者含有益生菌的产品,可增加母乳中的益生菌和免疫因子的含量,进而有助于婴儿肠道微生态的建立,并最终促进婴幼儿免疫和代谢系统的发育。
目前孕产妇功能性乳制品主要集中在补充孕期或哺乳期营养,而不在于调节乳汁成分。虽然现有的部分孕产妇奶粉中加入了益生菌,但添加的主要是对改善婴儿过敏有益的鼠李糖乳杆菌和乳双歧杆菌,种类较少(仅1-2种)或含量很低(105CFU/100g),对孕产妇效果有限,且很难进一步调节母乳成分从而改善子代健康。

对原料乳进行预杀菌,验收;按照上述配方进行投料,投料时加入除益生菌之外的所有配料;使用均质机进行均质,均质压力4-18Mpa;85-97℃下杀菌,浓缩;喷雾干燥得粉末;在得到的粉末中加入益生菌,混合即得。奶粉生产采用湿法工艺,益生菌的添加采用干法混入,最大限度地保证了混合均匀度和保留了营养成分。
产品营养指标、理化指标、微生物指标及感官指标的检测严格按照食品安全国家标准孕妇及乳母营养补充食品(GB 31601-2015)指定的检测项目及检验方法进行。

(1)本发明实施例中提供的孕产妇奶粉,通过添加六种安全、稳定、高效的益生菌,以及一种能够有效促进双歧杆菌增殖并抑制有害菌增殖的益生元FOS,协同促进益生菌对人体健康作用的最大化,能够有效抑制孕产妇肠道有害菌的增殖、促进肠道微生态健康、提高免疫、缓解产后抑郁等。
本发明添加的一定量的6种益生菌,其相互之间协同作用,可更有效地抑制有害菌感染、促进肠道微生态健康、提高免疫、缓解产后抑郁、减缓便秘等。
其中,两岐双歧杆菌能够显著缓解便秘。瑞士乳杆菌和鼠李糖乳杆菌能产生胞外多糖,以减少氧化应激、粘附和屏障作用;并能够提高人体肠上皮细胞IEC的粘附力;抑制病原菌如鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌、空肠弯曲杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等有害菌;具有免疫调节租用,可提高IgM,IgG含量。嗜酸乳杆菌具有抗菌性,可预防酵母或细菌感染;并可帮助乳糖不耐受试者消化乳糖;还具有免疫调节作用,可使异常免疫参数正常化;可治疗炎症性肠道疾病。长双歧杆菌可改善总体焦虑和抑郁,尤其是躯体症状、抑郁、易怒的症状。动物双歧杆菌可调节炎症反应,降低过敏反应,减少IgE和循环嗜酸红细胞;具有免疫支持作用,可增加白介素12水平,促进免疫应答,刺激T细胞生长和功能,增加干扰素产生。

以下实施例中,所用的益生菌菌株瑞士乳杆菌Rosell 52、鼠李糖乳杆菌Rosell11、嗜酸乳杆菌Rosell 418、长双歧杆菌Rosell 175、动物双歧杆菌Lafti B94和两岐双歧杆菌R71均为市售商品。
实施例1
1、一种含益生菌和益生元的孕产妇奶粉,每100g所述孕产妇奶粉中,包括:益生菌1×108CFU,低聚果糖3g;烟酸5.6mg,叶酸986μg,维生素A 600μg,维生素D 6.0μg,维生素K40.0μg,维生素B1 1mg,DHA 37.0mg;其中,益生菌包括CFU比为30:35:5:15:10:5的瑞士乳杆菌Rosell 52、鼠李糖乳杆菌Rosell 11、嗜酸乳杆菌Rosell 418、长双歧杆菌Rosell175、动物双歧杆菌Lafti B94和两岐双歧杆菌R71。
2、上述孕产妇奶粉的制备方法包括下述步骤:
选择合格的供应商确定原料乳来源后进行验收;净乳后按照上述配方,投入除益生菌之外的所有配料,使用均质机进行均质,均质压力15Mpa,打碎大的脂肪球;90℃下杀菌,浓缩达到规定浓度;经过高压泵(210-230bar)泵入喷雾塔在塔内进行蒸发干燥成均匀粉末;加入益生菌,混合,包装成成品。
上述孕产妇奶粉的营养成分见表1。

3、安全检测
将上述孕产妇奶粉委托北京市海淀区产品质量监督检验所按照食品安全国家标准孕妇及乳母营养补充食品(GB 31601-2015)的要求进行逐项检验,产品各项指标达到国家标准,产品合格。
对上述孕产妇奶粉进行益生菌检测,结果见表2。

实施例2
1、一种含益生菌和益生元的孕产妇奶粉,每100g所述孕产妇奶粉中,包括:益生菌0.5×108CFU,低聚果糖2g;烟酸5.0mg,叶酸950μg,维生素A 500μg,维生素D 5.0μg,维生素K 35.0μg,维生素B1 0.9mg,DHA 30.0mg;其中,益生菌包括CFU比为20:20:1:10:10:1的瑞士乳杆菌Rosell 52、鼠李糖乳杆菌Rosell 11、嗜酸乳杆菌Rosell 418、长双歧杆菌Rosell175、动物双歧杆菌Lafti B94和两岐双歧杆菌R71。
2、上述孕产妇奶粉的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
1、一种含益生菌和益生元的孕产妇奶粉,每100g所述孕产妇奶粉中,包括:益生菌5×108CFU,低聚果糖5g;烟酸6.0mg,叶酸1000μg,维生素A 650μg,维生素D 6.0μg,维生素K40.0μg,维生素B1 1.2mg,DHA 40.0mg;其中,益生菌包括CFU比为40:40:10:20:20:10的瑞士乳杆菌Rosell 52、鼠李糖乳杆菌Rosell 11、嗜酸乳杆菌Rosell 418、长双歧杆菌Rosell175、动物双歧杆菌Lafti B94和两岐双歧杆菌R71。
2、上述孕产妇奶粉的制备方法同实施例1。
与现有奶粉相比,本发明实施例提供的孕产妇奶粉含有特定的六种益生菌和FOS益生元,可以更好地抑制有害菌的增殖、促进肠道微生态健康、提高免疫、环节产后抑郁等效果。

Claims (4)

1.一种孕产妇奶粉,其特征在于,每100g所述孕产妇奶粉中,包括:益生菌1×108 CFU,低聚果糖1-10g;
其中,益生菌包括CFU比为30:35:5:15:10:5的瑞士乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌、动物双歧杆菌和两岐双歧杆菌;
所述孕产妇奶粉通过包括下述步骤的制备方法制得:
对原料乳进行预杀菌,验收;根据配方进行投料,投料时加入除益生菌之外的所有配料;使用均质机进行均质,均质压力4-18 Mpa;85-97℃下杀菌,浓缩;喷雾干燥得粉末;在得到的粉末中加入益生菌,混合即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的孕产妇奶粉,其特征在于,每100g所述孕产妇奶粉中,包括低聚果糖2-5g。
3.根据权利要求2所述的孕产妇奶粉,其特征在于,每100g所述孕产妇奶粉中,还包括:
烟酸5-6mg,叶酸950-1000μg,维生素A 500-650μg,维生素D 5.0-6.0μg,维生素K35.0-40.0μg,维生素B1 0.9-1.2mg,二十二碳六烯酸30-40mg。
4.根据权利要求3所述的孕产妇奶粉,其特征在于,每100g所述孕产妇奶粉中,还包括:烟酸 5.6mg,叶酸 986μg,维生素A 600μg,维生素D 6.0μg,维生素K 40.0μg,维生素B11mg,二十二碳六烯酸37mg。
