本发明公开了一种牛仔布柔性经纱上浆浆料及上浆方法,浆料包括底浆和补浆,底浆原料包括质量比为1.2~1.3:1淀粉和多元胶料,此外还包括蜡油、软脂酸和水,蜡油、软脂酸和多元胶料的质量比为3‑4:4‑6:100,浆出的纱线浆膜光滑完整,有弹性,均匀度高,耐磨性好,浆液物性能稳定,不结皮,不分层,粘度稳定,赋予纱线良好的毛羽贴伏状态,易分绞,有着特有的抗静电能力,降低了经纱断头,提高了织造效率;且浆出的纱线织出的牛仔面料颜色靓,光泽度好,布面干净,手感柔软且持久,且减少了牛仔浆染过程中纱线染色水洗后的烘干工序,从而节省烘干的蒸汽消耗。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种牛仔布柔性经纱上浆浆料及上浆方法。
背景技术:
浆纱工序在牛仔布生产过程中起着关键作用,经纱上浆既可增强纱线的强力、降低纱线运行的摩擦力、使纱线顺利通过棕眼、钢筘,开口容易,减少织造的断头率,从而提高生产效率和产品质量,改善织物表面的光泽性能,又可保持纱线的弹性和伸长;由于浆纱可使纱线毛羽服帖,因此可改善织物纹路的清晰度。CN 103966849 B公开了一种牛仔布经纱上浆浆料,所述浆料按照重量份数计算,由DSC-14淀粉120份、PVA 10份、LMA-95合成浆料25份、乳化油16份和平滑剂3份配制而成。使用所述上浆浆料及工艺使浆纱耐磨性能有了很大的提高,织机的织造效率有所提高但成本偏高,且使用了难以生物降解的PVA,不够环保。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种牛仔布柔性经纱上浆浆料及上浆方法,浆出的纱线浆膜光滑完整,有弹性,均匀度高,耐磨性好,浆液物性能稳定,不结皮,不分层,粘度稳定,赋予纱线良好的毛羽贴伏状态,易分绞,有着特有的抗静电能力,降低了经纱断头,提高了织造效率;且浆出的纱线织出的牛仔面料颜色靓,光泽度好,布面干净,手感柔软且持久,且减少了牛仔浆染过程中纱线染色水洗后的烘干工序,从而节省烘干的蒸汽消耗。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
一种牛仔布柔性经纱上浆浆料,包括底浆和补浆,底浆原料包括质量比为1.2~1.3:1淀粉和多元胶料,此外还包括蜡油、软脂酸和水,蜡油、软脂酸和多元胶料的质量比为3-4:4-6:100,底浆制备方法包括如下步骤:加水,搅拌中加淀粉、多元胶料、蜡油、软脂酸,搅拌升温至60℃,并搅拌5-8分钟,然后继续升温至95℃-98℃,加够工艺剩余水量,浆料含固量为6%-14%保持温度搅拌20分钟即可使用;所述补浆原料包括质量比为1.1~1.2:1淀粉和多元胶料,此外还包括蜡油、软脂酸和水,蜡油、软脂酸和多元胶料的质量比为2-3:3-4:100,补浆制备方法包括如下步骤:加水、淀粉、蜡油、软脂酸搅拌升温至60℃,继续搅拌补足工艺所需要的水,浆料含固量为12%-28%,保持10分钟即可使用。
按质量份数,所述多元胶料由羧甲基纤维素CMC 1-3份,尿素1-3份,白糖1-3份,黄原酸酯淀粉18份进行复配后58-90℃搅拌制备得到,该多元组合胶料可降解,具有糊化温度低,糊化快,糊透明度高,膜坚韧,平滑,富有弹性,稳定性强等特点。因为膜更坚韧及富有弹性,能够大大降低摩擦系数,耐磨性好,更具光泽度,所以可以大提高织布的效率。
所述经纱包括工艺纱、环锭纱、赛洛纺。
一种牛仔布柔性经纱上浆方法,包括以下步骤:煮纱→多缸染色氧化→多次洗水→上浆→烘干→分纱→卷轴成品,其中上浆温度为95℃,浆槽容积1100L。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明的浆料易降解,可完全代替或部分代替难以生物降解的PVA和聚丙烯酸类浆料,因此有利于环境保护。
2、本发明的浆料性能稳定,不结皮,不分层,粘度稳定,赋予纱线良好的毛羽贴伏状态,易分绞,有着特有的抗静电能力,降低了经纱断头,提高了织造效率,本发明浆出的纱线浆膜光滑完整,有弹性,均匀度高,耐磨性好。
3、本发明浆出的纱线织出的牛仔面料颜色靓,光泽度好,布面干净,手感柔软且持久,与传统的浆纱工艺相比,明显提高了牛仔面料的档次,尤其适合现在的女装牛仔面料。
4、本发明可降低退浆的工艺要求,退浆率高,退浆节能节水、降耗减排。
5、牛仔浆染工艺流程一般为煮纱→染色(多缸染色氧化)→洗水(多次)→烘干→上浆→烘干→分纱→卷轴(成品),采用本发明牛仔布柔性经纱上浆浆料减少了牛仔浆染过程中纱线染色水洗后的烘干工序,从而节省烘干的蒸汽消耗,最后一道洗水为高温洗85℃左右(也可常温洗水),此处高温洗水只是为提高纱线的温度,挥发一部分水分,浆纱最后一道压浆辊调整到尽可能降低压力,此处目的是增加带浆率,浆辊压力0.05-0.1公斤/cm左右。
6、采用本发明经纱上浆方法减少了一道烘干工序,经纱可以避免高温对纱线的损伤,以及经纱在烘筒间的挤压作用力,从而最大限度地保持纱线的内应力与纱线的圆柱状形态,从而更具柔软性与光泽度,从而可以使面料提升档次。
总之,本发明可降低牛仔加工成本,提高产品质量、档次和附加价值。
具体实施方式:
以下是对本发明的进一步说明,而不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1:
纱线品种:忠华纱厂中超纺织968,颜色:SG特深蓝,纱支9.8S忠华竹节,总头份4400,总长度15300m,车速25.8米/分钟。
工艺流程为煮纱→多缸靛蓝染色氧化→多次洗水→上浆→烘干→分纱→卷轴(成品)。其中多缸靛蓝染色氧化中采用两浸两轧方式上浆,即染色然后轧干,再染色再轧干,重复两次。上浆温度:95℃,浆槽容积1100L。
底浆1100L,原料包括135kg淀粉和109.5kg多元共聚胶料,此外还包括蜡油4KG、软脂酸6KG和水,底浆制备方法包括如下步骤:加工艺要求1/2的水,搅拌中加淀粉、多元共聚胶料、蜡油、软脂酸,搅拌升温至60℃,并搅拌5-8分钟,然后继续升温至95℃-98℃,加够工艺剩余水量,保持温度搅拌20分钟即可使用。
补浆包括300kg淀粉和258kg多元共聚胶料,此外还包括蜡油6KG、软脂酸8KG和水1000KG,补浆制备方法包括如下步骤:加水、淀粉、蜡油、软脂酸搅拌升温至60℃,继续搅拌补足工艺所需要的水,保持10分钟即可使用。
对比例1:
参考实施例1,不同之处在于,底浆和补浆中没有多元胶料,只有普通淀粉。
工艺流程为煮纱→多缸靛蓝染色氧化→多次洗水→烘干→上浆→烘干→分纱→卷轴(成品)
实施例2:
参考实施例1,不同之处在于纱线颜色为蓝灰色。
工艺流程为煮纱→多缸染色氧化→多次洗水→上浆→烘干→分纱→卷轴(成品)。
参考中国印刷技术协会团体标准T/PTAC 005-2020,对实施例1与对比例1所织的牛仔面料进行柔软度测试,柔软性测试数据对比见表1:

其中,GGY771-1为实施例1柔性浆纱(凹槽10MM,75MM*75MM),GY771-2为对比例1正常烘干浆纱,数值越小,说明柔软度越高。表1中实施例1和对比例1比较可知,本发明的浆纱手感柔软且持久,明显提高了牛仔面料的档次,尤其适合现在的女装牛仔面料。

由表2可知,实施例1较对比例1毛羽数减少了一部分,变异系数更小,更均匀,由于超柔纱的浆料,使纱线变得柔软抚平了一定的毛羽,使得毛羽数减少,条干更均匀。同时断裂拉伸强力减小,断裂伸长率增加,这是由于超柔纱的浆料,使得纱线变得柔软,略微松散,因此断裂拉伸强力减小,断裂伸长率增加。从侧面反映了本发明的纱线更柔软。
此外,实施例1和对比例1对比可知,本发明可节省60%的浆料用量,每万米节约蒸汽2.8吨。
浆纱出浆槽的轧余率为100%,超柔浆纱出浆槽的轧余率也为100%;对比例1常规的出浆槽含水接近为零,实施例1的出浆槽含水接近75wt%。
由于实施例1要有水带入浆槽,所以补浆配方的浓度要高于底浆2-4倍。
Claims (2)
1.一种牛仔布柔性经纱上浆浆料,其特征在于,包括底浆和补浆;底浆原料包括质量比为1.2~1.3:1淀粉和多元胶料,还包括蜡油、软脂酸和水,蜡油、软脂酸和多元胶料的质量比为3-4:4-6:100;补浆原料包括质量比为1.1~1.2:1淀粉和多元胶料,还包括蜡油、软脂酸和水,蜡油、软脂酸和多元胶料的质量比为2-3:3-4:100;
所述经纱包括环锭纱或赛络纺;所述多元胶料由羧甲基纤维素1-3份,尿素1-3份,白糖1-3份,黄原酸酯淀粉18份进行复配后58-90℃搅拌制备得到;
底浆制备方法包括如下步骤:加水,搅拌中加淀粉、多元胶料、蜡油、软脂酸,搅拌升温至60℃,并搅拌5-8分钟,然后继续升温至95℃-98℃,加够工艺剩余水量,浆料含固量为6%-14%,保持温度搅拌20分钟即可使用;
补浆浆料含固量为12%-28%,补浆的浓度高于底浆的浓度2-4倍。
2.一种牛仔布柔性经纱上浆方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤组成:煮纱→多缸染色氧化→多次洗水→上浆→烘干→分纱→卷轴成品,其中上浆温度为95℃,所述上浆是采用权利要求1所述牛仔布柔性经纱上浆浆料。
