本申请实施例提供一种玉米纤维处理系统及应用其的玉米湿磨淀粉加工系统,所述玉米纤维处理系统包括:压力曲筛组、纤维洗涤槽组、酶制剂添加装置和外接酶反应罐,其中,所述外接酶反应罐用于接收来自中间级压力曲筛的筛上物或中间级纤维洗涤槽中的纤维浆料并提供酶反应场所,从而提高酶参与的反应时间。此外,可通过调控外接酶反应罐中的纤维干物浓度,进一步提高酶制剂的反应效率。
