Abstract
本发明提供了一种鼓刹改进结构:在鼓刹外壳内安装了一对刹车蹄片,而刹车蹄片的一端转动定位在外壳内,该对刹车蹄片之间连接在有弹性复位元件,另一端的端隙之间设有刹车凸轮,刹车凸轮与两侧的刹车蹄片端面之间各抵接一只轴承,轴承用转轴安装于一对刹车蹄片的轴孔内。当刹车摇臂组件驱动刹车凸轮转动时,则驱动两只轴承转动和移动,进而带动一对刹车蹄片形成开合运动,从而具备刹车功能。而所述刹车凸轮的外轮廓面由两对曲面和4条连接圆柱面构成,其中一对曲面的横截面线为外凸的圆的渐开线,另一对曲面为内凹的圆柱面,在两对曲面形成的4个角处均用一段同时与两曲面相切的外凸的圆柱面进行连接。

技术领域
本发明属于摩托车及电动车刹车器件技术领域。
背景技术
鼓刹作为刹车部件应用在摩托车及电动车上面已经有近一个世纪的历史了,其结构一般由外壳、一对刹车蹄片、刹车凸轮、刹车摇臂以及弹性复位元件等组成。制动时,刹车摇臂带动刹车凸轮转动,刹车凸轮迫使刹车蹄片扩张并与外壳接触,产生摩擦进而实现刹车。制动结束后,依靠弹性复位元件将刹车蹄片拉回原位。制动过程中,除了刹车蹄片与外壳之间产生磨损外,刹车凸轮与刹车蹄片之间同样会产生磨损,而且该磨损始终集中在刹车凸轮的几个点或面上,大大缩短了刹车凸轮的使用寿命,此外,现有的鼓刹还存在制动力矩小,制动效果差、车辆制动滑行距离大的缺点,本发明旨在对其进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种鼓刹改进结构,改变原有鼓刹采用凸轮直接驱动刹车蹄片扩张的工作方式,有效改善现有鼓刹制动效果差、车辆制动滑行距离大、刹车凸轮易磨损的缺点。为解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案如下:一种鼓刹改进结构,包括外壳(1)、设于外壳(1)内的一对刹车蹄片(2)、连接在该对刹车蹄片(2)之间的弹性复位元件(3)、轴(11)、转轴(4)、刹车摇臂组件(5)、轴承(6),一对刹车蹄片(2)的一端转动定位于轴(11)上,而轴(11)是外壳(1)的一部分构造,其特征在于:位于一对刹车蹄片(2)另一端的端隙间安装有刹车摇臂组件(5)的元件:刹车凸轮(51),刹车凸轮(51)的两侧分别与一只轴承(6)抵接,轴承(6)由转轴(4)过盈穿过其内孔并过盈安装于一对刹车蹄片(2)的轴孔22内,轴承(6)的抵接面凸出于刹车蹄片(2)的端面之外,当刹车摇臂组件(5)驱动刹车凸轮(51)转动时,刹车凸轮(51)则驱动两侧的轴承(6)转动与移动,进而带动一对刹车蹄片(2)形成开合运动,从而具备刹车功能。而所述刹车凸轮(51)横截面的外轮廓线由两对曲线和4条连接圆弧线构成,其中一对曲线(511)为外凸的圆的渐开线,另一对曲线(512)为内凹的圆弧线,在两对曲线形成的4个角处均用一段同时与两曲线相切的外凸的圆弧线进行连接。
此外,本发明为使轴承(6)有合适的安装位置,在一对刹车蹄片(2)上还开有槽口(21)。
至于本发明的轴承(6),可以是各类滚动轴承,也可以是滑动轴承。

实施例
如附图1和附图2所示,在外壳(1)内安装有一对刹车蹄片(2),弹性复位元件(3)连接在刹车蹄片(2)之间,一对刹车蹄片(2)的一头各自具有半圆弧面,并被安装在轴(11)上,且可绕轴(11)转动,而轴(11)是外壳(1)的一部分构造;一对刹车蹄片(2)的另一头的间隙中安装有刹车摇臂组件(5)的元件:刹车凸轮(51),刹车凸轮(51)的两侧分别与一只轴承(6)抵接,轴承(6)由转轴(4)过盈穿过其内孔并过盈安装于一对刹车蹄片(2)的轴孔22内,当刹车摇臂组件(5)驱动刹车凸轮(51)转动时,刹车凸轮(51)则驱动两侧的轴承(6)转动与移动,进而带动一对刹车蹄片(2)形成开合运动,从而具备刹车功能。而所述刹车凸轮(51)横截面的外轮廓线由两对曲线和4条连接圆弧线构成,其中一对曲线(511)为外凸的圆的渐开线,另一对曲线(512)为内凹的圆弧线,在两对曲线形成的4个角处均用一段同时与两曲线相切的外凸的圆弧线进行连接。
此外,本发明为使轴承(6)有合适的安装位置,在一对刹车蹄片(2)上还开有槽口(21)。
至于本发明的轴承(6),可以是各类滚动轴承,也可以是滑动轴承。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是,采用渐开线与圆弧线组合的凸轮结构,驱动轴承滚动和移动,进而带动刹车蹄片作开合运动,使刹车机构操作更省力、制动力矩增大、制动效果更好,同时还解决了原有的刹车凸轮容易磨损的问题。
Claims (4)
1.一种鼓刹改进结构,包括外壳(1)、设于外壳(1)内的一对刹车蹄片(2)、连接在该对刹车蹄片(2)之间的弹性复位元件(3)、轴(11)、转轴(4)、刹车摇臂组件(5)、轴承(6),一对刹车蹄片(2)的一端转动定位于轴(11)上,而轴(11)是外壳(1)的一部分构造,其特征在于:位于一对刹车蹄片(2)另一端的端隙间安装有刹车摇臂组件(5)的元件:刹车凸轮(51),刹车凸轮(51)的两侧分别与一只轴承(6)抵接,轴承(6)由转轴(4)过盈穿过其内孔并过盈安装于一对刹车蹄片(2)的轴孔22内,轴承(6)的抵接面凸出于刹车蹄片(2)的端面之外,当刹车摇臂组件(5)驱动刹车凸轮(51)转动时,刹车凸轮(51)则驱动两侧的轴承(6)转动与移动,进而带动一对刹车蹄片(2)形成开合运动,从而具备刹车功能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鼓刹改进结构,其特征在于:所述刹车凸轮(51)横截面的外轮廓线由两对曲线和4条连接圆弧线构成,其中一对曲线(511)为外凸的圆的渐开线,另一对曲线(512)为内凹的圆弧线,在两对曲线形成的4个角处均用一段同时与两曲线相切的外凸的圆弧线进行连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种鼓刹改进结构,其特征在于:为使轴承(6)有合适的安装位置,在一对刹车蹄片(2)上还开有槽口(21)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种鼓刹改进结构,其特征在于:轴承(6)可以是各类滚动轴承,也可以是滑动轴承。
