Abstract
本发明提供了一种鼓刹改进结构:在鼓刹外壳内安装了一对刹车蹄片,而刹车蹄片的一端转动定位在外壳内,另一端的端隙之间设有由刹车摇臂组件驱动旋转的腰形柱状刹车齿轮,腰形柱状刹车齿轮与两侧的刹车蹄片端面之间各啮合有滚柱齿轮,滚柱齿轮的转轴安装在连接片的腰型孔内并可在其中转动和移动,而连接片则被用铆钉铆固在一对刹车蹄片上。当刹车摇臂组件驱动腰形柱状刹车齿轮转动时,腰形柱状刹车齿轮则驱动两只滚柱转动和移动,进而带动一对刹车蹄片形成开合运动,从而具备刹车功能。而与滚柱齿轮抵接的刹车蹄片的抵接面为外凸的齿形面和内凹的圆弧面的组合,外凸的齿形面用以与滚柱齿轮啮合,内凹的圆弧面用以与滚柱齿轮滚动接触。

技术领域
本发明属于摩托车及电动车刹车器件技术领域。
背景技术
鼓刹作为刹车部件应用在摩托车及电动车上面已经有近一个世纪的历史了,其结构一般由外壳、一对刹车蹄片、刹车凸轮、刹车摇臂以及弹性复位元件等组成。制动时,刹车摇臂带动刹车凸轮转动,刹车凸轮迫使刹车蹄片扩张并与外壳接触,产生摩擦进而实现刹车。制动结束后,依靠弹性复位元件将刹车蹄片拉回原位。制动过程中,除了刹车蹄片与外壳之间产生磨损外,刹车凸轮与刹车蹄片之间同样会产生磨损,而且该磨损始终集中在刹车凸轮的几个点或面上,大大缩短了刹车凸轮的使用寿命,此外,现有的鼓刹还存在制动力矩小,制动效果差、车辆制动滑行距离大的缺点。本发明旨在对其进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种鼓刹改进结构,改变原有鼓刹采用凸轮直接驱动刹车蹄片扩张的工作方式,有效改善现有鼓刹制动效果差、车辆制动滑行距离大、刹车凸轮易磨损的缺点。为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种鼓刹改进结构,包括外壳(1)、设于外壳(1)内的一对刹车蹄片(2)、连接在该对刹车蹄片(2)之间的弹性复位元件(3)、刹车摇臂组件(4)、滚柱齿轮(5)、连接片(6)、铆钉(7),所述一对刹车蹄片(2)的一端转动定位在外壳(1)内,其特征在于:刹车摇臂组件(4)上装有腰形柱状刹车齿轮(41),腰形柱状刹车齿轮(41)的两侧分别与一只滚柱齿轮(5)啮合,滚柱齿轮(5)又各自与一只刹车蹄片(2)抵接,一对刹车蹄片(2)靠近腰形柱状刹车齿轮(41)的侧面上具有凹坑(21),用于安装连接片(6),在该连接片(6)上设有腰型孔(62),滚柱齿轮(5)的轴(51)被安装在该腰型孔(62)内并可在腰型孔(62)内转动和移动,连接片(6)上还开有圆孔(61),用铆钉(7)穿入圆孔(61)内将连接片(6)铆固在一对刹车蹄片(2)的凹坑(21)内,当刹车摇臂组件(4)驱动腰形柱状刹车齿轮(41)转动时,进而驱动两只滚柱齿轮(5)转动和移动,滚柱齿轮(5)再带动一对刹车蹄片(2)形成开合运动,从而具备刹车功能。进一步地,与滚柱齿轮(5)抵接的刹车蹄片(2)的抵接面由外凸的齿形面(22)和内凹的圆弧面(23)组成,其中内凹的圆弧面(23)的半径与外凸的齿形面(22)的齿根圆半径相等且相切,外凸的齿形面(22)用以与滚柱齿轮(5)啮合,内凹的圆弧面(23)用以与滚柱齿轮(5)滚动接触。

如附图1、附图2所示,在外壳(1)内安装有一对刹车蹄片(2),弹性复位元件(3)连接在刹车蹄片(2)之间,一对刹车蹄片(2)的一端转动定位在外壳(1)内,另一端的端隙之间设有由刹车摇臂组件(4)驱动的腰形柱状刹车齿轮(41),腰形柱状刹车齿轮(41)与两侧的刹车蹄片(2)端面之间各啮合一只滚柱齿轮(5),铆钉(7)将连接片(6)固接在一对刹车蹄片(2)的凹坑(21)内,滚柱齿轮(5)的轴(51)安装在连接片(6)的腰型孔(62)内并可在其中转动和移动。当刹车摇臂组件(4)驱动腰型柱状刹车齿轮(41)转动时,腰型柱状刹车轮(41)则驱动两只滚柱齿轮(5)转动和移动,滚柱齿轮(5)又带动一对刹车蹄片(2)形成开合运动,从而具备刹车功能。进一步地,与滚柱齿轮(5)抵接的刹车蹄片(2)的抵接面由外凸的齿形面(22)和内凹的圆弧面(23)组成,其中内凹的圆弧面(23)的半径与外凸的齿形面(22)的齿根圆半径相等且相切,外凸的齿形面(22)用以与滚柱齿轮(5)啮合,内凹的圆弧面(23)用以与滚柱齿轮(5)滚动接触。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是,以齿轮啮合机构取代原有的凸轮结构,使刹车机构操作更省力、制动力矩增大、制动效果更好,同时还解决了原有的刹车凸轮容易磨损的问题。

1.一种鼓刹改进结构,包括外壳(1)、设于外壳(1)内的一对刹车蹄片(2)、连接在该对刹车蹄片(2)之间的弹性复位元件(3)、刹车摇臂组件(4)、滚柱齿轮(5)、连接片(6)、铆钉(7),所述一对刹车蹄片(2)的一端转动定位在外壳(1)内,其特征在于:刹车摇臂组件(4)上装有腰形柱状刹车齿轮(41),腰形柱状刹车齿轮(41)的两侧分别与一只滚柱齿轮(5)啮合,滚柱齿轮(5)又各自与一只刹车蹄片(2)抵接,一对刹车蹄片(2)靠近腰形柱状刹车齿轮(41)的侧面上具有凹坑(21),用于安装连接片(6),在该连接片(6)上设有腰型孔(62),滚柱齿轮(5)的轴(51)被安装在该腰型孔(62)内并可在腰型孔(62)内转动和移动,连接片(6)上还开有圆孔(61),用铆钉(7)穿入圆孔(61)内将连接片(6)铆固在一对刹车蹄片(2)的凹坑(21)内,当刹车摇臂组件(4)驱动腰形柱状刹车齿轮(41)转动时,进而驱动两只滚柱齿轮(5)转动和移动,滚柱齿轮(5)再带动一对刹车蹄片(2)形成开合运动,从而具备刹车功能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鼓刹改进结构,其特征在于:与滚柱齿轮(5)抵接的刹车蹄片(2)的抵接面由外凸的齿形面(22)和内凹的圆弧面(23)组成,其中内凹的圆弧面(23)的半径与外凸的齿形面(22)的齿根圆半径相等且相切,外凸的齿形面(22)用以与滚柱齿轮(5)啮合,内凹的圆弧面(23)用以与滚柱齿轮(5)滚动接触。
