支架及具有该支架的警示牌
技术领域
本发明涉及一种支架及具有该支架的警示牌。
背景技术
在高速公路上紧急停车后需要放置三角警示牌。为方便移动,很多警示牌的支架设置有滚轮。当风速较大或者后方来车产生的风压容易吹动警示牌,使其产生移动。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种不易被吹动的支架及具有该支架的警示牌。
一种支架,包括主体及多个滚轮,所述支架还包括止动组件,所述止动组件包括支撑件、安装件及弹性件,所述支撑件连接于所述主体,所述安装件可动地装设于所述支撑件,多个所述滚轮分别装设于所述安装件与所述主体上,所述弹性件弹性抵持所述支撑件与所述安装件,所述支撑件受向下力作用时,所述支撑件抵持于地面使所述支架停止滑动。
进一步地,所述止动组件还包括止动件,所述止动件设于所述支撑件底部,所述止动件设有凸出部,所述凸出部用于插入地面中。
进一步地,所述止动件包括固定部及多个凸出部,多个所述凸出部分别设于所述固定部两侧。
进一步地,所述止动组件还包括套筒,所述套筒固定于所述支撑件中,所述套筒设有收容腔,所述安装件包括第一安装部与第二安装部,所述第一安装部可动地设于所述收容腔中,一所述滚轮可转动地套设于所述第二安装部上,所述弹性件设于所述收容腔中并抵持所述第一安装部。
进一步地,所述套筒设有导向槽,所述第二安装部可滑动地穿设于所述导向槽。
进一步地,所述主体包括连接件、第一延伸件、第二延伸件及第三延伸件,所述第一延伸件连接于所述连接件中部,所述第二延伸件及所述第三延伸件分别连接于所述连接件两端,所述支撑件连接于所述第一延伸件。
一种警示牌,包括警示件及支架,所述支架为如上所述的支架。
所述支架通过受向下力作用时,将所述支撑件抵持于地面使所述支架停止滑动。

请参见图1,本发明的一实施例提供一种警示牌100。所述警示牌100包括支架10及设于所述支架10上的警示件30。
所述支架10包括主体11、多个滚轮13及至少一个止动组件15。所述主体11连接所述警示件30。所述止动组件15设于所述主体11上用于吹风时停止所述支架10。
请参见图2至图4,所述止动组件15包括支撑件151、安装件152及弹性件153。所述支撑件151连接于所述主体11。所述安装件152可动地装设于所述支撑件151。所述安装件152连接一滚轮13。所述弹性件153弹性抵持所述支撑件151与所述安装件152以将所述安装件152朝向地面方向推动。所述支撑件151受向下力作用时,所述支撑件151底部抵持于地面使所述支架10保持静止。
在图示实施例中,所述止动组件15还包括止动件154。所述止动件154设于所述支撑件151底部。所述止动件154设有凸出部1541。所述凸出部1541用于插入地面中进行固定。具体地,所述止动件154包括固定部1542及多个凸出部1541。多个所述凸出部1541分别设于所述固定部1542两侧。
在图示实施例中,所述止动组件15还包括套筒155。所述套筒155固定于所述支撑件151中。所述套筒155设有收容腔1551。所述弹性件153设于所述收容腔1551中。所述安装件152包括相垂直的第一安装部1521与第二安装部1523。所述第一安装部1521可动地设于所述收容腔1551中并接触所述弹性件153。所述滚轮13可转动地套设于所述第二安装部1523上。
所述套筒155设有导向槽1552,所述第二安装部1523可滑动地穿设于所述导向槽1522。
请参见图1及图2,所述主体11包括连接件112、第一延伸件114、第二延伸件116及第三延伸件118。所述连接件112连接所述警示件30。所述第一延伸件114、第二延伸件116及第三延伸件118连接于所述连接件112上。所述第一延伸件114连接于所述连接件112的中部。所述第二延伸件116及第三延伸件118连接于所述连接件112的两端。所述第二延伸件116及第三延伸件118与所述第二延伸件116分别设于所述连接件112的相对两侧。
所述第二延伸件116及第三延伸件118的末端分别连接滚轮13。所述第一延伸件114的末端连接所述止动组件15。
可以理解,在其他实施例中,所述第二延伸件116及第三延伸件118也可以连接止动组件15。在其他实施例中,所述主体11也可以是其他结构,只要其能够安装止动组件15即可。
在图示实施例中,所述警示件30为三角牌。可以理解,在其他实施例中,所述警示件30可以为其他标志。
所述警示牌100在使用时,可以正常拖动。所述警示牌100在放置后,遇到风吹等外力作用时:所述警示件30在歪斜后,风力被部分转化为向下的作用力。在向下力作用下,所述第一延伸件114带动所述支撑件151向下移动并使所述弹性件153被压缩。所述止动件154插入地面中进行固定。当风力消失后,弹性件153驱动支撑件151复位。
可以理解,在其他实施例中,所述止动组件15的数量可以按照需要设置为多个并设置于所述第二延伸件116、第三延伸件118等其他部位上。
所述警示牌100的支架10通过将支撑件151作用于地面,使其保证停止状态,避免移动。
可以理解的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变与变形,而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种支架,包括主体及多个滚轮,其特征在于:所述支架还包括止动组件,所述止动组件包括支撑件、安装件及弹性件,所述支撑件连接于所述主体,所述安装件可动地装设于所述支撑件,多个所述滚轮分别装设于所述安装件与所述主体上,所述弹性件弹性抵持所述支撑件与所述安装件,所述支撑件受风力作用时,所述支撑件抵持于地面使所述支架停止滑动,所述止动组件还包括止动件,所述止动件设于所述支撑件底部,所述止动件设有凸出部,所述凸出部用于插入地面中。
2.如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于:所述止动件包括固定部及多个凸出部,多个所述凸出部分别设于所述固定部两侧。
3.如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于:所述止动组件还包括套筒,所述套筒固定于所述支撑件中,所述套筒设有收容腔,所述安装件包括第一安装部与第二安装部,所述第一安装部可动地设于所述收容腔中,一所述滚轮可转动地套设于所述第二安装部上,所述弹性件设于所述收容腔中并抵持所述第一安装部。
4.如权利要求3所述的支架,其特征在于:所述套筒设有导向槽,所述第二安装部可滑动地穿设于所述导向槽。
5.如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于:所述主体包括连接件、第一延伸件、第二延伸件及第三延伸件,所述第一延伸件连接于所述连接件中部,所述第二延伸件及所述第三延伸件分别连接于所述连接件两端,所述支撑件连接于所述第一延伸件。
6.一种警示牌,包括警示件及支架,所述警示件设于所述支架上,其特征在于:所述支架为如权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的支架。
