技术领域
本发明涉及一种内胎硫化模具,直接涉及气动式硫化机内胎硫化模具。
背景技术
目前,在内胎制造行业中,丁基内胎硫化模具多采用气动式硫化机安装硫化,上模通过固定孔安装到上硫化机,上硫化机一般有三个孔距,最小的一般为410mm,这就要求硫化模具外直径最小不能低于450mm,下模安装到下硫化机圆柱体上进行固定,这个对硫化模具外径没有特殊要求。目前市场平衡车小轮径内胎需求越来越大,小轮径系列产品的内胎硫化模具外径一般在300mm以下,为了能够固定到上硫化机必须加大模具直径,一般企业该类型的内胎上下模具整体外径统一,造成制造成本浪费,而且模具笨重操作困难。为此,我们研制一种小轮径丁基内胎气动硫化机倒工字型硫化模具。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要提供一种小轮径丁基内胎气动硫化机倒工字型硫化模具解决了小轮径内胎产品硫化模具笨重的问题,节约制造成本。该装置结构简单、安装方便,便于生产操作。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种小轮径丁基内胎气动硫化机倒工字型硫化模具,具有硫化内胎上模具(1)、硫化内胎下模具(2)、上模具固定孔(3)、下模具固定孔(4)、硫化内胎模具模腔(5),其特征是:硫化内胎上模具(1)和硫化内胎下模具(2)合并一起形成硫化内胎模具模腔(5),通过一定的压力、温度、时间硫化内胎半成品,硫化内胎上模具(1)通过上模具固定孔(3)固定在气动硫化机上模盖上,硫化内胎下模具(2)通过下模具固定孔(4)安装到气动硫化机下模圆柱体上进行固定,硫化内胎上下模具合模呈倒工字型。
