本发明公开了一种改善宠物异味的微生态制剂及其制备,所述微生态制剂包含植物乳杆菌1×108~1×1011cfu/g、粪肠球菌1×108~1×1011cfu/g、酿酒酵母1×108~1×1010cfu/g、枯草芽孢杆菌1×108~1×1011cfu/g、地衣芽孢杆菌1×108~1×1011cfu/g、凝结芽孢杆菌1×108~1×1011cfu/g;所述粪肠球菌保藏号CCTCC NO.M 20191139、凝结芽孢杆菌保藏号CCTCC NO.M 2019529。本发明的显著效果在于:所述微生态制剂降低饲养环境有害物质的同时,可明显消除宠物身上异味,降低异味所带来的感官刺激。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种微生态制剂及其在改善宠物异味中的应用,属于微生物技术领域。
背景技术
越来越多的家庭会养猫、狗等宠物。宠物已逐渐成为家庭中重要的一员。在带来乐趣的 同时,宠物也给来人们的日常生活带来一些困扰,最为直观的便是宠物异味。宠物的个体气 味主要来源于气味腺、唾液、尿和粪便等,与细菌、寄生虫、病毒接触会直接影响气味物质 的形成,使宠物产生臭味。
除了经常替宠物洗澡,宠物除臭剂也被广泛使用。目前,宠物除臭剂主要有物理除臭剂、 化学除臭剂、生物除臭剂、植物除臭剂等几个类型。物理除臭剂是通过多孔物质的物理吸附 将臭气去除,缺点是时间长、消臭速度较慢。化学除臭剂的作用原理是将恶臭成分与消臭成 分经过氧化、还原、加成、缩合等化学反应,转化成无臭物质,彻底将臭气成分分解。生物 除臭剂是利用微生物菌群代谢或其代谢产物,有效降解臭味因子。植物除臭剂是萃取植物根、 茎、叶、花、果实等部位的有效成分,与臭味分子基团发生化学反应,最后生成无味、无毒 的物质(王金平,张咪,宠物臭味及除臭剂应用的研究,中国洗涤用品工业,2019(12):67-71)。 基于上述原理的宠物除臭产品,列举如下:
(1)CN202010194691.9提供了一种由复合酶制剂、水溶性除臭锌盐、表面活性剂、稳 定剂、分散剂、防腐剂、pH调节剂、去离子水复配而成的高效宠物除味喷剂。所述高效宠物 除味喷剂可在空气中形成均匀雾状,亦可在与宠物接触的家具用品表面形成防护膜,起到持 续除味抗菌抑菌作用。宠物异味祛除实验表明,产品1h除臭率为77.95%-92.36%。
(2)CN201910033091.1提供了一种包含微生态制剂和植物提取物的宠物用生物除臭喷 剂。其中,微生态制剂包括:枯草芽孢杆菌菌液、地衣芽孢杆菌菌液、凝结芽孢杆菌菌液、 嗜酸乳杆菌菌液、肠球菌菌液、以及酿酒酵母菌液中的一种或几种;植物提取物包括:丝兰 提取物,芦荟提取物,藿香提取物,金银花提取物,银杏叶提取物,以及茶多酚中的一种或 几种。实验例1提供了产品应用效果:犬舍氨气浓度由2.89±0.25mg/m3下降至1.87±0.31 mg/m3,硫化氢浓度由1.64±0.42mg/m3下降至0.85±0.35mg/m3,细菌总数指标由1.36±0.18 ×104cfu/m3下降至0.75±0.21×104cfu/m3。
(3)CN201811171361.7提供了一种由桧木芬多精、桧木精油、阿拉伯胶、抗氧化剂、香精、防腐剂复配而成的宠物专用天然除味剂。该除味剂能够理顺动物毛发,养护毛发,使得宠物毛发有一定的光泽,不仅可以杀灭宠物身上的有害细菌,还能达到去除异味的效果。在除味效果测试中,实施例5表现出宠物无任何异味,且在较长时间仍然保持无异味。
(4)CN201810490855.5提供了一种含微生态制剂减少宠物排泻物异味的宠物营养组合 物。该宠物营养组合物包括组分A和组分B。所述组分A包括乳酸乙醋和麦芽糊精,所述组 分B包括乳酸杆菌、猪血蛋白肽、陈皮提取物、单甘脂和菜籽油。有益效果在于:提高宠物机体免疫力,改善口腔及肠道微生态环境,从而改善宠物健康状况,宠物排泄物中的污染气体明显减低,从根本上减少臭味的产生,减少对环境的污染。饲喂试验提供了产品的应用情况:粪中氨气产生量由35.02±0.24mg/m3下降至20.15±0.32mg/m3,犬舍内氨气浓度由82%下降至41%,饲粮转化率由67%提升至75%。
(5)CN201610754181.6提供了一种宠物专用生物菌除味护理剂的制作方法。其有益效 果在于:①通过护理剂中益生菌菌株之间的协同作用,从根本上降解宠物身上的有害有机污 染物,使其皮毛保持自清洁和无异味;②通过益生菌对宠物身上有害细菌的消灭作用,起到 消毒和除臭的双重功效;③益生菌经宠物舔舐,进入宠物口腔和肠道后,能进一步维持宠物 的口腔健康和肠道菌群平衡,提高食物的利用率,增强爱宠免疫力,有效降低爱宠口腔及排 泄物异味并预防蛀牙,起到很好的保健作用。采用该生物菌除味护理剂处理小狗尿液,感观 效果非常明显,12h臭味已经明显下降,臭气快速被清楚;24h后氨气、硫化氢、甲硫醇去除 率分别为72.1%、82.3%和86.1%。
上述产品对去除宠物饲养环境中的氨气、硫化氢等物质有良好效果。但宠物异味成分较 为复杂,包括氮化物(氨气、甲胺)、硫化物(硫化氢、甲基硫醇)、脂肪族化合物(吲哚、 丙烯醛、粪臭素、甲烷等)(王金平,张咪,宠物臭味及除臭剂应用的研究,中国洗涤用品工 业,2019(12):67-71)。相关产品的实施例未能反映其在消除宠物异味感官刺激上的效果。

所述微生态制剂由微生物菌剂与辅料复配而成;其中,微生物菌剂组成及含量为植物乳 杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)1×108~1×1011cfu/g、粪肠球菌(Enterococcusfaecalis)1×108~1 ×1011cfu/g、酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)1×108~1×1010cfu/g、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)1×108~1×1011cfu/g、地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis)1×108~1×1011cfu/g、凝结 芽孢杆菌(Bacillus coagulans)1×108~1×1011cfu/g;所述粪肠球菌于2019年12月31日保藏 于中国典型培养物保藏中心(CCTCC),地点为中国·武汉·武汉大学,保藏号为CCTCC NO.M 20191139;所述凝结芽孢杆菌于2019年7月8日保藏于中国典型培养物保藏中心(CCTCC), 地点为中国·武汉·武汉大学,保藏号为CCTCC NO.M 2019529。
本发明的显著效果在于:所述微生态制剂在降低宠物饲养环境中有害物质的同时,可明 显消除宠物身上的异味,降低宠物异味所带来的感官刺激。
具体实施方式
实施例1
微生物制剂由微生物菌剂与辅料复配而成。微生物菌剂组成及含量为植物乳杆菌1× 108~1×1011cfu/g、粪肠球菌1×108~1×1011cfu/g、酿酒酵母1×108~1×1010cfu/g、枯草芽 孢杆菌1×108~1×1011cfu/g、地衣芽孢杆菌1×108~1×1011cfu/g、凝结芽孢杆菌1×108~1× 1011cfu/g。植物乳杆菌、酿酒酵母、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌均为市售产品。粪肠球菌 和凝结芽孢杆菌为自行发酵制备,粪肠球菌菌种保藏号CCTCC M 20191139、凝结芽孢杆菌 菌种保藏号CCTCC NO.M 2019529。辅料为葡萄糖、麦芽糊精、沸石粉、绢云母粉中一种或 多种。表1提供了一些产品配方。

微生物制剂使用方法:猫或者犬按照每千克体重每次摄入10-50亿cfu菌量,每日1-2次,可拌 料或者加入饮水。
实施例2
将微生态制剂用于宠物犬饲养。宠物犬种类、体重、年龄信息如下:1号为萨摩耶犬、25.8kg、 8.3周岁;2号为拉布拉多寻回犬、26.3kg、7.2周岁;3号为杜宾犬、33.5kg、10.5周岁;4号为法国 斗牛犬、11.7kg、9.7周岁;5号为柯基犬、9.8kg、6.8周岁;6号为杜宾犬、31.4kg、9.6周岁;7号 为拉布拉多寻回犬、28.1kg、8.4周岁。1号-5号使用实施例1中的剂量组1微生态制剂,每公斤体重 每次摄入10亿cfu菌量,每日1次,拌料;6号-7号使用市售宠物用微生态制剂,用量及用法同上。 检测指标包括犬舍环境的氨气、硫化氢、异味和宠物异味。其中,犬舍环境中的氨气检测按GB/T 18204.2-2014执行、硫化氢检测按GB 11742-1989执行;犬舍异味强度和宠物异味强度采用SHINYEI 气味检测仪OXM-ADM进行检测,显示范围2.5-5,数值越大,异味越明显。检测数值如表2。

使用微生态制剂后,1号-5号宠物犬的主人均认为家中异味消除非常明显,宠物犬身上基本无异 味;6号-7号宠物犬的主人认为家中异味略有减轻,宠物犬身上依然有异味。
Claims (2)
1.一种改善宠物异味的微生态制剂及其制备方法;其特征在于:所述微生态制剂包含植物乳杆菌1×108~1×1011cfu/g、粪肠球菌1×108~1×1011cfu/g、酿酒酵母1×108~1×1010cfu/g、枯草芽孢杆菌1×108~1×1011cfu/g、地衣芽孢杆菌1×108~1×1011cfu/g、凝结芽孢杆菌1×108~1×1011cfu/g。
2.如权利要求1所述,粪肠球菌具体为粪肠球菌CCTCC NO.M 20191139、凝结芽孢杆菌具体为凝结芽孢杆菌CCTCC NO.M 2019529。
