Preferably, the mulberry leaf water vapor distillate comprises 98.0-99.5 wt% of mulberry leaf water vapor distillate, 0.0-0.5 wt% of caprylyl hydroximic acid, 0.0-0.5 wt% of ethyl hexyl glycerol, 0.1-1 wt% of hexylene glycol and 0.03-0.05 wt% of EDTA disodium.
Preferably, the mulberry leaf water vapor distillate comprises 99.0-99.5 wt% of mulberry leaf steam distillate, 0.0-0.1 wt% of caprylyl hydroximic acid, 0.0-0.2 wt% of ethyl hexyl glycerol, 0.1-0.5 wt% of hexylene glycol and 0.03-0.05 wt% of EDTA disodium.
Preferably, the mulberry leaf steam distillate is obtained by the following method:
(1) picking new leaves at 2-5 th positions on branches of mulberry leaves, wherein the picking time is in the later stage of spring silkworms or before frost fall; drying picked fresh mulberry leaves in the shade at room temperature, and storing in a dry environment for later use; the mulberry leaf is Hu mulberry, namely the mulberry is in a mulberry-based fishpond planting environment;
(2) boiling by a water distillation method, condensing and collecting steam distillate of mulberry leaves:
adding 1 kg of dried mulberry leaves into an extraction tank with a condensing device, adding 10-30 kg of water, fully soaking the mulberry leaves and the water, checking smoothness of condensed cooling water and a pipeline, heating in sections, boiling, condensing steam and collecting 6-12 kg of volatile oil water; the heating step is to heat the mixture to 70-85 ℃, and when the temperature reaches 70-85 ℃, the mixture is heated to boiling and kept constant.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide the application of the mulberry leaf volatile oil-water mixture in skin care products, which has the advantages of diminishing inflammation and removing acnes.
The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the application of the mulberry leaf volatile oil-water mixture in skin care products is provided.
Preferably, the skin care product adopts a face cleaning cream which comprises 10 wt% of the mulberry leaf volatile oil-water mixture, 3 wt% of butanediol, 4 wt% of glycerol, 45 wt% of amino acid surfactant and 38 wt% of water.
The technical effects of the invention are mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1. has effects of tranquilizing skin, remarkably improving itching symptom of inflamed skin, and relieving skin redness.
2. The mulberry leaf volatile oil extract can be applied to common formulas of skin care products, and has the effects of diminishing inflammation and removing acnes. The active ingredients in the mulberry leaf volatile oil can relieve the inflammation of the skin surface layer and reduce the release of inflammatory factors, thereby playing the role of diminishing inflammation and removing acnes.
3. The invention also regulates the variety, the part and the picking time of the mulberry leaves, and ensures the uniqueness and the efficacy of the finished product.
