Abstract
本发明提供一种适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物,涉及益生菌组合物技术领域。该一种适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物,包括:益生菌组、不饱和脂肪酸组、植物多糖组、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、维生素组。通过亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸组成不饱和脂肪酸组协同益生菌组,起到促进血液循环和降低血液中的胆固醇含量的功效,通过鼠李糖、岩藻糖、甘露糖、糖醛酸组成的植物多糖组协同益生菌组,提高机体巨噬细胞的吞噬指数,并可刺激抗体的产生,从而增强人体的免疫功能,通过维生素K1和维生素U组成的维生素组以及蛋白酶、脂肪酶协同益生菌组,不仅能抗胃部溃疡、保护并修复胃黏膜组织,还可以保持胃部细胞活跃旺盛,降低病变的几率。

技术领域
本发明涉及益生菌组合物技术领域,具体为一种适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物。
背景技术
生菌是通过定殖在人体内,改变宿主某一部位菌群组成的一类对宿主有益的活性微生物。通过调节宿主黏膜与系统免疫功能或通过调节肠道内菌群平衡,促进营养吸收保持肠道健康的作用,从而产生有利于健康作用的单微生物或组成明确的混合微生物。
现代人的生活节奏快、工作压力大,饮食不规律,膳食结构不合理,都会导致肠胃出问题,影响人体健康,目前市面上的益生菌类调理肠胃的产品仅含有一种或几种益生菌成分,功效单一,效果并不理想。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物,解决了目前市面上的益生菌类调理肠胃的产品功效单一,效果并不理想的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物,包括:益生菌组、不饱和脂肪酸组、植物多糖组、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、维生素组,且益生菌、不饱和脂肪酸、植物多糖、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、维生素的质量比为(25~30):(1.5~2):(2.5~3):(0.3~0.5):(0.3~0.5):(0.2~0.3)。
优选的,所述益生菌组包括酪酸梭菌、乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌,且酪酸梭菌、乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌的质量比为(6~8):(3~5):(8~10):(4.5~6):(5.5~7)。
优选的,所述不饱和脂肪酸组包括亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸,且亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸的质量比为(2~4):(1.5~2):(3.5~5)。
优选的,所述植物多糖组包括鼠李糖、岩藻糖、甘露糖、糖醛酸,且鼠李糖、岩藻糖、甘露糖、糖醛酸的质量比为(4~5):(2.5~4):(7~9):(1~3)。
优选的,所述维生素组包括维生素K1和维生素U,且维生素K1和维生素U的质量比为(1~1.5):(0.5~1)。
优选的,一种适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.原料配制
①.将酪酸梭菌、乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌按比例混合得到益生菌组备用;
②.将亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸按比例混合得到不饱和脂肪酸组备用;
③.将鼠李糖、岩藻糖、甘露糖、糖醛酸按比例混合得到植物多糖组备用;
④.将维生素K1和维生素U按比例混合得到维生素组备用;
S2.杀菌处理
将S1中得到的不饱和脂肪酸组和植物多糖组在95~99℃的温度下灭菌30~40min;
S3.原料混合
将S2中灭菌处理过的不饱脂肪酸组和植物多糖组与S1中得到的益生菌组和维生素组进行混合,并在混合的过程中按配比加入蛋白酶、脂肪酶,最终得到适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物;
S4.存储与运输
S3中的得到的适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物成品需要在2~6℃的温度进行存储和运输。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物。具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明中,通过在酪酸梭菌、乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌组合的乳酸菌组具有促进营养物质的消化吸收合维持肠道菌群结构平衡的功效,通过亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸组成不饱和脂肪酸组协同益生菌组,能够起到促进血液循环和降低血液中的胆固醇含量的功效,对于高血压或患者具有一定辅助治疗作用。
2、本发明中,通过鼠李糖、岩藻糖、甘露糖、糖醛酸组成的植物多糖组协同益生菌组,提高机体巨噬细胞的吞噬指数,并可刺激抗体的产生,从而增强人体的免疫功能,并且还具有降低机体乳酸脱氢酶活性的作用,可使肝糖原含量显著增加而提高机体的运动能力,并使机体在运动后各项指标迅速恢复正常,因而具有抗疲劳作用。
3、本发明中,通过维生素K1和维生素U组成的维生素组以及蛋白酶、脂肪酶协同益生菌组,不仅能抗胃部溃疡、保护并修复胃黏膜组织,还可以保持胃部细胞活跃旺盛,降低病变的几率。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一:
本发明实施例提供一种适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物,包括:益生菌组、不饱和脂肪酸组、植物多糖组、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、维生素组,且益生菌、不饱和脂肪酸、植物多糖、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、维生素的质量比为25:1.5:2.5:0.3:0.3:0.2。
益生菌组包括酪酸梭菌、乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌,且酪酸梭菌、乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌的质量比为6:3:8:4.5:5.5。
不饱和脂肪酸组包括亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸,且亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸的质量比为2:1.5:3.5。
植物多糖组包括鼠李糖、岩藻糖、甘露糖、糖醛酸,且鼠李糖、岩藻糖、甘露糖、糖醛酸的质量比为4:2.5:7:1。
维生素组包括维生素K1和维生素U,且维生素K1和维生素U的质量比为1:0.5。
一种适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物的制备方法:包括以下步骤:
S1.原料配制
①.将酪酸梭菌、乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌按比例混合得到益生菌组备用;
②.将亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸按比例混合得到不饱和脂肪酸组备用;
③.将鼠李糖、岩藻糖、甘露糖、糖醛酸按比例混合得到植物多糖组备用;
④.将维生素K1和维生素U按比例混合得到维生素组备用;
S2.杀菌处理
将S1中得到的不饱和脂肪酸组和植物多糖组在95℃的温度下灭菌30min;
S3.原料混合
将S2中灭菌处理过的不饱脂肪酸组和植物多糖组与S1中得到的益生菌组和维生素组进行混合,并在混合的过程中按配比加入蛋白酶、脂肪酶,最终得到适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物;
S4.存储与运输
S3中的得到的适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物成品需要在2℃的温度进行存储和运输。
实施例二:
本发明实施例提供一种适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物,包括:益生菌组、不饱和脂肪酸组、植物多糖组、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、维生素组,且益生菌、不饱和脂肪酸、植物多糖、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、维生素的质量比为30:2:3:0.5:0.3:0.2。
益生菌组包括酪酸梭菌、乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌,且酪酸梭菌、乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌的质量比为8:5:10:6:7。
不饱和脂肪酸组包括亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸,且亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸的质量比为4:2:5。
植物多糖组包括鼠李糖、岩藻糖、甘露糖、糖醛酸,且鼠李糖、岩藻糖、甘露糖、糖醛酸的质量比为5:4:9:3。
维生素组包括维生素K1和维生素U,且维生素K1和维生素U的质量比为1.5:1。
一种适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物的制备方法:包括以下步骤:
S1.原料配制
①.将酪酸梭菌、乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌按比例混合得到益生菌组备用;
②.将亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸按比例混合得到不饱和脂肪酸组备用;
③.将鼠李糖、岩藻糖、甘露糖、糖醛酸按比例混合得到植物多糖组备用;
④.将维生素K1和维生素U按比例混合得到维生素组备用;
S2.杀菌处理
将S1中得到的不饱和脂肪酸组和植物多糖组在99℃的温度下灭菌40min;
S3.原料混合
将S2中灭菌处理过的不饱脂肪酸组和植物多糖组与S1中得到的益生菌组和维生素组进行混合,并在混合的过程中按配比加入蛋白酶、脂肪酶,最终得到适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物;
S4.存储与运输
S3中的得到的适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物成品需要在6℃的温度进行存储和运输。

Claims (6)
1.一种适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物,其特征在于:包括:益生菌组、不饱和脂肪酸组、植物多糖组、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、维生素组,且益生菌、不饱和脂肪酸、植物多糖、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、维生素的质量比为(25~30):(1.5~2):(2.5~3):(0.3~0.5):(0.3~0.5):(0.2~0.3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物,其特征在于:所述益生菌组包括酪酸梭菌、乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌,且酪酸梭菌、乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌的质量比为(6~8):(3~5):(8~10):(4.5~6):(5.5~7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物,其特征在于:所述不饱和脂肪酸组包括亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸,且亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸的质量比为(2~4):(1.5~2):(3.5~5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物,其特征在于:所述植物多糖组包括鼠李糖、岩藻糖、甘露糖、糖醛酸,且鼠李糖、岩藻糖、甘露糖、糖醛酸的质量比为(4~5):(2.5~4):(7~9):(1~3)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物,其特征在于:所述维生素组包括维生素K1和维生素U,且维生素K1和维生素U的质量比为(1~1.5):(0.5~1)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于肠胃的益生菌组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1.原料配制
①.将酪酸梭菌、乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌按比例混合得到益生菌组备用;
②.将亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸按比例混合得到不饱和脂肪酸组备用;
③.将鼠李糖、岩藻糖、甘露糖、糖醛酸按比例混合得到植物多糖组备用;
④.将维生素K1和维生素U按比例混合得到维生素组备用;
S2.杀菌处理
将S1中得到的不饱和脂肪酸组和植物多糖组在95~99℃的温度下灭菌30~40min;
