Description

Medicated food for people with high uric acid content
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medicated diet, in particular to a medicated diet for people with high uric acid content.
Background
Hyperuricemia is the persistent abnormal increase of blood uric acid level caused by excessive uric acid production and/or reduced excretion in the body, and is the fourth highest in metabolic diseases in China at present. The clinical characteristics of hyperuricemia caused by increased synthesis or decreased excretion of uric acid are that hyperuricemia and urate crystallization, repeated acute arthritis caused by deposition, tophus deposition, tophaceous chronic arthritis, severe patients with joint deformity and dysfunction are caused, chronic interstitial nephritis and uric acid urinary calculus caused by kidney involvement are often caused, and the life quality of the patients is seriously influenced.
First, Chinese traditional treatment
High uric acid belongs to the categories of arthralgia, gout and the like in traditional Chinese medicine, and is mainly caused by congenital deficiency, dysfunction of spleen and kidney, improper diet (sexual overstrain and alcohol drinking to hurt the spleen), emotional internal injury, exogenous pathogenic factors and the like. Hyperuricemia is a syndrome of deficient origin with marked excess, and is marked by liver and kidney deficiency, spleen failure in transportation and transportation, and cold, damp and heat, turbid phlegm, blood stasis and obstruction of channels. Phlegm, dampness, stasis, heat, and weakness are risk factors for hyperuricemia.
The treatment of high uric acid is based on different clinical manifestations, or dispelling wind and eliminating dampness, or clearing heat and dispelling cold, or removing phlegm and removing blood stasis, or regulating and nourishing liver and kidney, dredging collaterals and relieving pain, and the treatment is carried out according to different syndromes.
1. Accumulation of damp-heat
The syndrome is characterized in that: the inflammation and pain of local joints, acute onset, and the symptoms of one or more joints are accompanied by fever, aversion to wind, thirst, irritability, headache, sweating, scanty and yellow urine, red tongue with yellow coating, yellow greasy coating, and wiry, smooth and rapid pulse.
Therapeutic method: clear heat and remove dampness, dredge collaterals and relieve pain.
2. Arthralgia due to wind-cold-dampness
The syndrome is characterized in that: a swollen and painful joint with difficulty in flexion and extension or subcutaneous nodules
A ganglion or a tophus. When wind pathogen prevails, the joints will wander and feel painful, or the joint will be averted to wind and generate heat; when the pathogenic cold prevails, the joint is severely cold and pain is localized; when the damp pathogen is excessive, the limbs and joints are heavy and painful, the pain is localized, and the skin is numb and numb. A thin, white or white and greasy coating on the tongue, and a wiry, tense or soft and slow pulse.
Therapeutic method: dispel wind and cold, remove dampness and dredge collaterals.
3. Phlegm-stasis obstructing the arthralgia
The syndrome is characterized in that: the arthralgia repeatedly attacks, and is not cured for a long time, light and heavy, or stabbing pain, immobility, arthrocele, even rigidity and deformity, difficult flexion and extension, subcutaneous nodules, or unchanged skin color, or purple dark skin color, or ulceration into fistulas, wiry or deep pulse, pale and fat or purple dark tongue, and thin and white or white and greasy tongue.
Therapeutic method: promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, eliminating phlegm and dredging collaterals.
4. Deficiency of liver and kidney
The syndrome is characterized in that: arthralgia and myalgia, swelling or stiffness and deformation, difficulty in flexion and extension, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, cold joints, aversion to cold, red tongue, white and thin coating and deep and weak pulse.
Therapeutic method: tonifying liver and kidney, eliminating arthralgia and dredging collaterals.
Other treatments
The Chinese patent medicine comprises: gout treating capsule, Simiao pill, cold-damp arthralgia treating granule, etc.
The traditional Chinese medicine has good curative effect on reducing blood uric acid in the intermittent and chronic gout attack periods, and has few toxic and side effects. However, some traditional Chinese medicine researches do not adopt a strict random control method, and can not strictly carry out the inclusion and the exclusion of cases and the evaluation of curative effect according to the recognized standard, so that the repeatability is poor, and the clinical significance is lacked.
Second and western medicine treatment
The Western medicine considers that the hyperuricemia is an important mark of gout, and the hyperuricemia can cause the increase of the blood uric acid concentration when the uric acid generation is increased or (and) the uric acid discharge is reduced.
Medical treatment
1. The common drugs for acute phase treatment are colchicine, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and glucocorticoid.
2. For intermittent and chronic treatments, the common uric acid lowering drugs are divided into two categories: one is a uricosuric agent and the other is an inhibitory uricogenic agent.
1) Uricosuric agents: probenecid, sulindac, benzbromarone, and the like;
2) uric acid production-inhibiting drugs: allopurines, and the like.
At present, the risk of kidney damage is increased by taking the medicine for a long time in western medicine treatment, and serious toxic and side effects are caused, so that the application of the western medicine is greatly limited.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems of the traditional Chinese medicine and the western medicine in treating the hyperuricemia disease, the invention provides the medicated diet which is eaten by people with hyperuricemia.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows:

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention is composed of chicory, tuckahoe, gardenia, lily, mulberry leaf, kudzu root, lophatherum gracile, hawthorn, lalang grass rhizome and other edible and medicinal substances, and the combination of the products has the functions of regulating and nourishing liver and kidney, clearing heat and promoting diuresis, clearing liver and benefiting gallbladder, promoting qi circulation and removing blood stasis, and dredging collaterals and relieving pain; the white gourd, the red yeast rice, the moringa oleifera leaves, the celery seeds and the like form an accurate nutrition strengthening part, and the white gourd, the red yeast rice, the moringa oleifera leaves, the celery seeds and the like can eliminate phlegm, promote urination, reduce swelling, reduce the synthesis of uric acid, control the uric acid level, improve the inflammatory cytokine level in peripheral tissues and relieve the structural damage of the liver and the oxidative stress.
Clinical verification for over ten years proves that the medicinal diet for people with high uric acid can eliminate the risk factors causing hyperuricemia, reduce the synthesis of uric acid and reduce the incidence of hyperuricemia complications.
In addition, the edible and medicinal substances and the nutrition-enriched substances used in the invention are safe and have no toxic or side effect.
