背景技术
向日葵作为我国重要的油料作物之一,也是我国最早的食用作物之一,距今约5000~6000年的历史记载,被广泛应用于医药化工和食品等领域。其产油量仅次于大豆,栽培面积仅次于大豆和油菜,位列第三,果实葵花籽除用作榨油外亦可长期食用,具有非常好的保健功能。目前向日葵油的榨取早已实现工业化生产,但副产物如向日葵盘、葵花籽壳和饼粕等仍然利用不足。

为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种向日葵盘提取物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将向日葵去籽后晒干研磨成粉,得葵花粉原料;
步骤2:将干燥的葵花粉原料倒入反应釜,料水比1:10进行搅拌去泥沙;
步骤3:用天燃气将去泥沙后的料水混合物加热至93℃保持30分钟,然后输送到压榨机压榨;
步骤4:滤饼水分含量60~70%,然后去渣,液体输到储缸;
步骤5:液体自流入高速离心机纯化处理,纯化结果符合灰分指标;
步骤6:纯化后液体输送到浓缩机进行常温浓缩至固体含量2%时输送到喷雾器喷雾干燥,干燥后产品质量在200目以上。

Claims (5)
1.一种向日葵盘提取物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将向日葵去籽后晒干研磨成粉,得葵花粉原料;
步骤2:将干燥的葵花粉原料倒入反应釜,料水比1:10进行搅拌去泥沙;
步骤3:用天燃气将去泥沙后的料水混合物加热至93℃保持30分钟,然后输送到压榨机压榨;
步骤4:滤饼水分含量60~70%,然后去渣,液体输到储缸;
步骤5:液体自流入高速离心机纯化处理,纯化结果符合灰分指标;
步骤6:纯化后液体输送到浓缩机进行常温浓缩至固体含量2%时输送到喷雾器喷雾干燥,干燥后产品质量在200目以上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种向日葵盘提取物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2中反应釜设备要求双阀门,一个作为原料混合输出口,另一个用于排出泥沙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种向日葵盘提取物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3中压榨机的压力为10吨。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种向日葵盘提取物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4中去掉的渣回收后用于生产糖化饲料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种向日葵盘提取物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述喷雾器的进风温度180~200℃,出风温度90~100℃,转速每分钟3800~4000转。
