背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们越来越追求高品质的生活质量。日常生活中所用的物品也不再单纯满足于其使用的价值,还要求具有观赏价值。目前,在日用陶瓷外观装饰方面,已经有釉上贴花、浮雕、釉上彩、釉下彩、颜色釉及其综合装饰等一系列装饰。为了满足人们高品质的生活需求,作为艺术瓷装饰的花釉应用于日用陶瓷——花釉日用陶瓷应运而生,越来越受到人们的喜爱,市场前景非常好。
所谓花釉,就是通过配方研究,以石英、长石为主要原料,在釉料中加入着色氧化物,采用不同的施釉方式与烧成制度,随着窑炉温度、气氛的微妙变化,使釉中各着色氧化物在高温下相互交融反应,形成五光十色、变化万千的各种色釉,在釉面产生一些意想不到的奇特装饰效果,但是目前花釉产品呈色还处于单一维度,艺术展示方式及效果还不够丰富。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种制备工艺简单、成本低廉、层次分明、性能稳定的长石质瓷装饰用立体花釉及其应用方法。

所述面釉的重量百分比组成为:钾长石10~15%、锂长石15~20%、瓶玻璃粉5~10%、钛白粉2~5%、白土20~25%、苏州土5~10%、氧化锌5~10%、锂辉石10~15%、着色氧化物2~5%。
所述着色氧化物为Co2O3、Fe2O3、MnO2、CuO、Cr2O3中的一种。
上述长石质瓷装饰用立体花釉的应用方法,其特征在于依照以下步骤:
步骤一:分别按面釉和底釉配方进行配料、球磨、过筛、除铁工序获得底釉料和面釉料;
步骤二:将底釉料施在长石质瓷的素坯表面,然后置于窑炉内低温烧制、自然冷却、出窑;
步骤三:将面釉料施在步骤二制得的釉坯表面,然后置于窑炉内高温烧制、自然冷却、出窑、获得立体花釉装饰的瓷体。
所述步骤一中底釉的过筛目数为250目,筛余为0.2%,浓度为45波美度;面釉的过筛目数为200目,筛余为0.2%,浓度为35波美度。
所述步骤二中底釉通过浸釉法进行施釉,釉层厚度为0.4~0.6mm,低温烧制的温度为1000~1050℃。
所述步骤三中面釉通过喷釉法进行施釉,釉层厚度为1.5~1.8mm,高温烧制的温度为1230~1280℃,最高温度保温30min。
所述步骤三中高温烧制过程中根据着色氧化物的发色效果选择不同的烧制气氛。

所述步骤三中面釉通过喷釉法进行施釉,釉层厚度为1.8mm,高温烧制的温度为1280℃,最高温度保温30min。
所述步骤三中高温烧制过程中的烧制气氛为还原气氛。
所述步骤二中长石质瓷素坯的化学百分比组成为:SiO2 56%、Al2O3 37%、Fe2O30.3%、K2O 4%、Na2O 2%、TiO2 0.5%、CaO 0%、MgO 0.2%。
实施例4
一种长石质瓷装饰用立体花釉,其特征在于:包括底釉和面釉,
所述底釉的重量百分比组成为:钠长石13%、锂长石17%、瓶玻璃粉13%、钛白粉7%、白土28%、氧化锌3%、碳酸锶8%、锂辉石7%、MnO2 4%;
所述面釉的重量百分比组成为:钾长石13%、锂长石21%、瓶玻璃粉7%、钛白粉2%、白土24%、苏州土11%、氧化锌7%、锂辉石11%、Cr2O3 4%。
所述长石质瓷装饰用立体花釉的应用方法,其特征在于依照以下步骤:
步骤一:分别按面釉和底釉配方进行配料、球磨、过筛、除铁工序获得底釉料和面釉料;
步骤二:将底釉料施在长石质瓷的素坯表面,然后置于窑炉内低温烧制、自然冷却、出窑;
步骤三:将面釉料施在步骤二制得的釉坯表面,然后置于窑炉内高温烧制、自然冷却、出窑、获得立体花釉装饰的瓷体。
所述步骤一中底釉的过筛目数为250目,筛余为0.2%,浓度为45波美度;面釉的过筛目数为200目,筛余为0.2%,浓度为35波美度。
所述步骤二中底釉通过浸釉法进行施釉,釉层厚度为0.57mm,低温烧制的温度为1050℃。
所述步骤三中面釉通过喷釉法进行施釉,釉层厚度为1.7mm,高温烧制的温度为1260℃,最高温度保温30min。
所述步骤三中高温烧制过程中的烧制气氛为氧化气氛。
所述步骤二中长石质瓷素坯的化学百分比组成为:SiO2 57%、Al2O3 36%、Fe2O30.2%、K2O 4%、Na2O 2%、TiO2 0%、CaO 0.5%、MgO 0.3%。
Claims (3)
1.一种长石质瓷装饰用立体花釉的制备方法,其特征在于:包括底釉和面釉,
所述底釉的重量百分比组成为:钠长石10~15%、锂长石15~20%、瓶玻璃粉10~15%、钛白粉5~10%、白土25~30%、氧化锌2~5%、碳酸锶5~10%、锂辉石5~10%、着色氧化物2~5%;
所述面釉的重量百分比组成为:钾长石10~15%、锂长石20~25%、瓶玻璃粉5~10%、钛白粉2~5%、白土20~25%、苏州土10~15%、氧化锌5~10%、锂辉石10~15%、着色氧化物2~5%;
所述长石质瓷装饰用立体花釉的制备方法,依照以下步骤:
步骤一:分别按面釉和底釉配方进行配料、球磨、过筛、除铁工序获得底釉料和面釉料;
步骤二:将底釉料施在长石质瓷的素坯表面,然后置于窑炉内低温烧制、自然冷却、出窑;
步骤三:将面釉料施在步骤二制得的釉坯表面,然后置于窑炉内高温烧制、自然冷却、出窑、获得立体花釉装饰的瓷体;
所述步骤一中底釉的过筛目数为250目,筛余为0.2%,浓度为45波美度;面釉的过筛目数为200目,筛余为0.2%,浓度为35波美度;
所述步骤二中底釉通过浸釉法进行施釉,釉层厚度为0.4~0.6mm,低温烧制的温度为1000~1050℃;
所述步骤三中面釉通过喷釉法进行施釉,釉层厚度为1.5~1.8mm,高温烧制的温度为1230~1280℃,最高温度保温30min;
所述步骤二中长石质瓷素坯的化学百分比组成为:SiO2 55~60%、Al2O3 35~40%、Fe2O30.2~0.3%、K2O 3~4%、Na2O 1~2%、TiO2 0~0.5%、CaO 0~0.5%、MgO 0.1~0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的长石质瓷装饰用立体花釉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述着色氧化物为Co2O3、Fe2O3、MnO2、CuO、Cr2O3中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的长石质瓷装饰用立体花釉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中高温烧制过程中根据着色氧化物的发色效果选择不同的烧制气氛。
