Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of Chinese herbal medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating alopecia and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, most of the existing traditional Chinese medicine preparations for preventing and treating alopecia in the market directly or indirectly act on hair by taking traditional methods such as oral administration, soaking, smearing and the like as administration routes, however, all the known traditional Chinese medicines and health care products for treating alopecia have some defects of the traditional Chinese medicines and the health care products, particularly the defects of inaccurate curative effect, troublesome use, large side effect, high recurrence rate and the like, and part of patients are always worried about preventing and treating alopecia or lose confidence.
The theory of traditional Chinese medicine considers that the alopecia is closely related to the kidney, the liver and the spleen, the liver, the kidney and the spleen are used as the main factors, the rheumatism heat pulsation is used as the target, the syndromes are mixed with deficiency and excess, and the pathogenesis is complicated; the western medicine considers that the alopecia is the result of multifactorial combined action and relates to infection, hormone level, immunoregulation, cell factors, growth factors, stress, heredity and the like, and the pathogenesis of the alopecia is directly related to the dysfunction of the endocrine-immune-nervous system of a human body. From the perspective of modern medicine, alopecia, regardless of complex causes, is caused by a decrease or interruption of the local blood supply around the hair follicle. Besides genetic or traumatic scars, many other factors such as infection, gland blockage, neuropsychiatric factors, hyperpyrexia, endocrine abnormalities, etc. Therefore, the main symptoms of alopecia belong to exterior deficiency in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Herbs with actions of breaking qi, ascending qi and pungent-heat are contraindicated for exterior deficiency syndrome.
With the development of the health industry of traditional Chinese medicine, mucosal administration becomes a supplement of the traditional administration method due to a novel administration way and good patient adaptability, and has good application prospect. However, at present, extensive and intensive research into dosage forms, methods, techniques and the like of Chinese and western medicines administered by nasal mucosa in clinical medicine at home and abroad has been carried out, and certain progress has been made, such as nasal spray, nasal drip irrigation, nasal cavity patch and the like. Not only is complicated, but also can not ensure whether the effective components can be separated out efficiently in the preparation process, and the like, and has problems.
