Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of Chinese herbal medicine additives for livestock, in particular to a Chinese herbal medicine additive for improving pork quality and a using method thereof.
Background
The pig industry is the main industry of animal husbandry in China, and the proportion of pork in the total meat amount in China accounts for about two thirds. China is not only a pig raising country but also a pork consumption country, and the pork consumption proportion is nearly 28 percent higher than the world average level. With the rapid improvement of the living standard of people and the increasing enhancement of health care consciousness, the pursuit of pork products by people gradually changes from quantity to quality, namely, the pursuit of quality. The lean meat percentage and the growth speed of the pork are greatly improved by selection of genetic breeding, improvement of nutrition level and control of environmental conditions, but the improvement is at the cost of reduction of the pork quality.
The Chinese herbal medicines are plants with characteristic effects, and the Chinese herbal medicines of different types have various effects, are purely natural substances which are taken out of nature and keep the natural structures and the biological activities of the plants, are essence substances naturally endowed to human beings, and are intelligent crystals developed and utilized by the human beings. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of pork, a breeding idea of adding Chinese herbal medicine additives into pig feed is provided in the modern breeding industry.
