Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of feed additives, in particular to a disease-resistant and growth-promoting maggot protein feed additive for adult eels, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The American eels (Anguilla prostrata) are one of three varieties of eels cultured in China, have tender and delicious meat quality and rich nutrition, have the effects of nourishing and strengthening the body, are regarded as 'ginseng in water' by people, and are one of important agricultural products for earning foreign exchange in export of China. However, with the increasing of the culture intensification degree, the occurrence of eel diseases is more frequent, the disease death rate is increased year by year, and the direct economic loss is up to 10 hundred million yuan each year. In order to control diseases, culturists have to adopt chemical drugs such as antibiotics for prevention and treatment, and although the method plays a positive role in improving cultivation survival rate, reducing disease loss and the like, the method also brings problems of drug residue, environmental pollution, bacterial drug resistance and the like, so that the application of the method is limited. Therefore, the active search for safe, reliable, pollution-free and residue-free disease prevention and control technology and method has become a problem to be solved urgently in the eel breeding industry in China at present. The research and development of green disease-resistant growth-promoting additives for regulating and controlling fish nutrition and immune function have become the subject of current attention of scholars at home and abroad.
Because the American eels have larger difference in nutrition requirements at different growth and development stages, in the American eel breeding, different raw materials of the artificial compound feed are scientifically mixed to form different artificial compound feeds according to different breeding stages. The American eels have important points of stress resistance and immunity to the outside in addition to the indexes of growth and survival rate in terms of nutritional requirements.
In the prior art, immune performance of the American eels is promoted by adding immune polysaccharide or Chinese herbal medicine preparation into feed, but the problems of high cost, low content of polysaccharide in natural products, difficult separation and extraction, incomplete production technology, difficult quality standard control, complex components, difficult determination of molecular structure and the like exist. Therefore, it is urgent to find a new feed additive which can satisfy the nutritional requirement and enhance the immune function by reducing the excessive dependence on immune polysaccharide.

relative weight gain (%) [ (test end mass-test initial mass)/test initial mass ] × 100
Specific growth rate (%/day) [ (ln test end average weight-ln test initial average weight)/test day ] × 100
Feed coefficient ═ feed intake mass/(test end mass-test initial mass)
Survival (%) (number of survivors at end of test/initial total number of test) × 100
2) Non-specific immune index
Randomly taking 10 eels from each test group, collecting blood with tail vein of 1mL syringe, placing the collected blood in 2mL sterilized centrifuge tube, standing at 4 deg.C for 8 hr, 3000rpm for 10min, collecting supernatant, and storing at-80 deg.C for use.
