In actual use, the roller body 2 rotates, and simultaneously, the stirring of the materials is realized under the action of the scraping plate 8 and the stirring piece 9, so that the materials can move from the feeding end 3 to the discharging end 4 of the roller body 2, and the stirring of the materials is realized while the roller rotates; at this time, hot air is discharged into the roller from the air pipe, so that the purpose of oxygenation is achieved; meanwhile, the internal water vapor is discharged through the arranged exhaust pipe, and the tail gas treatment is realized through the arranged tail gas treatment device 30.
In practical use, a plurality of scrapers 8 are uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the first fermentation chamber in an inclined manner so as to facilitate the transfer of materials; the stirring sheets 9 are in a plurality of L-shaped bending structures, and the stirring sheets 9 are arranged on the inner wall of the first fermentation chamber in an inclined manner; when the roller main body 2 rotates, the scraping plate 8 and the stirring piece 9 can turn over the materials, and the scraping plate 8 pushes the materials towards the direction of the second fermentation chamber; the stirring sheet 9 is of an L-shaped bending structure, so that materials can be transferred to the top of the stirring main body when being stirred, and the materials are sprayed down after moving to the highest position, so that the purpose of full stirring is realized, meanwhile, the materials can be exposed in the air, the purpose of oxygenation is realized, the oxygen in the air can be better absorbed by the strain, and the strain can work better; meanwhile, the purpose of heating is also realized. More importantly, the scraper 8 and the stirring blade 9 are arranged in an inclined mode, so that the material is ensured to be turned and simultaneously moved towards the direction of the second fermentation chamber when the material is scattered from the upper part. The drum main body 2 does not need to be additionally provided with other stirring devices, and the structure of the invention is simpler.
In the fermentation process, the organic waste is not more than 75% of the total volume of the roller main body 2, and if fertilizer is discharged in three days, the daily loading amount is 1/3 of the total volume of the roller main body 2; the fertilizer is discharged in four days, and the daily charging amount is 1/4 of 75 percent of the total volume of the roller main body 2. The daily output of the organic fertilizer is 60% -70% of the daily loading amount, and the fertilizer output is slightly different according to the different water contents of the manure in the feeding.
The roller main body 2 comprises an inner layer and an outer layer, a gap is formed between the inner layer and the outer layer, the inner layer and the outer layer are connected through a framework, and the gap is filled with a heat-insulating asbestos material to form a heat-insulating layer; the housing is made of a metallic material. The roller body 2 has good heat insulation performance, prevents internal heat loss, and ensures fermentation.
In practical use, the water content of the organic waste to be fermented is controlled to be 60-65%, and when the water content is lower than 40%, the capability of microorganisms for extracting nutrients in water is reduced, and the organic matters are slowly decomposed; when the water content is higher than 65%, water fills gaps among material particles, air channels are blocked, fermentation is converted from an aerobic state to an anaerobic state, and odorous H2S and other intermediate products are formed as a result, so that the degradation effect of organic matters is influenced, and the fertilizer efficiency is influenced. Therefore, the water content of the organic waste to be fermented is controlled to be 60-65%, which is beneficial to fermentation.
The fermentation temperature in the drum main body 2 is 50-60 ℃, so that the verified fermentation temperature can be provided for the strains, and eggs, pathogenic bacteria, parasites and the like in the organic wastes can be rapidly and thoroughly killed, the eggs and the parasites are killed completely, secondary diseases and insect pests are not generated in the produced fertilizer, and the safety and the reliability of recycling the organic wastes back to the land are ensured on the basis of environment-friendly cultivation.

Claims (8)

1. Horizontal aerobic fermentation treatment equipment of organic waste, including the base frame, its characterized in that still includes:
the rotary drum body is rotatably arranged on the base frame, one side of the rotary drum body is a feeding end, the other side of the rotary drum body is a discharging end, the middle part of the rotary drum body is a first fermentation chamber, one side close to the feeding end is a feeding chamber, one side close to the discharging end is a second fermentation chamber, and scraping plates and stirring plates for stirring are respectively arranged in the first fermentation chamber and the second fermentation chamber;
the driving assembly is arranged on the base frame and is used for driving the roller body to rotate;
a first seal end cap assembly mounted at the feed end of the drum body and adapted to seal the feed end of the drum body;
the second sealing end cover assembly is arranged at the discharge end of the roller body and is used for sealing the discharge end of the roller body;
the feeding assembly is arranged at the feeding end of the roller body and is used for feeding materials into the roller body;
the discharging assembly is arranged at the discharging end of the roller main body and is used for discharging fermented materials in the roller main body;
the heating device is arranged on the roller main body and is used for heating materials in the roller main body;
the right side of the base frame is provided with a first bracket, the first sealing end cover assembly comprises a first connecting plate, a first rotary sealing ring, a first end cover, a plurality of first springs and a plurality of first guide rods, a first mounting hole is formed in the middle of the first connecting plate, a first limiting plate connected with the first connecting plate is arranged in the first mounting hole, and a first clamping groove is formed in the first limiting plate;
the edge of the first end cover is provided with a second limiting plate, the second limiting plate is provided with a second clamping groove, the first rotary sealing ring is arranged in the first clamping groove, and the other end of the first rotary sealing ring is clamped with the second clamping groove; the first guide rods are arranged on the first end covers, each first guide rod is sleeved with a first spring, the first bracket is provided with a first guide hole matched with the first guide rod, and under the action of the first springs, the first end covers tightly press the first rotary sealing rings on the first limiting plates;
the feeding component is arranged on the first end cover and the first bracket; the roller body is rotatably mounted on the base frame by a riding wheel.

the other air outlet is connected with at least one air pipe, two ends of the air pipe are fixedly arranged on a first end cover in the first sealing end cover assembly and the second sealing end cover assembly, a plurality of air outlet holes are formed in the air pipe, during fermentation, the air pipe is covered by materials, an exhaust pipe is arranged on the first end cover in the first sealing end cover assembly or the second sealing end cover assembly, and the exhaust pipe is connected with an exhaust gas treatment device;
the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe are respectively arranged on the first end cover in the first sealing end cover assembly and the second sealing end cover assembly.
