As shown in fig. 14, in the apple sorting bagging apparatus of the present invention, the feeding mechanism 8 includes a plurality of fixing plates 801, two arc plates 803 are disposed between the fixing plates 801, a feeding pipe 802 is disposed between the two arc plates 803, one end of the feeding pipe 802 is overlapped outside the feeding mechanism 3, and the other end is located on the rotation track of the input end of the receiving mechanism 6.
The qualified apples screened by the screening mechanism 1 are firstly fed between the two arc-shaped plates 803 under the action of the rolling brush 110 and then are fed into the input end of the material receiving mechanism 6 through the feeding pipe 802.
As shown in fig. 1, in the apple sorting bagging device of the present invention, the number of the screening mechanisms 1 is plural, and each screening mechanism 1 is correspondingly provided with a feeding bin 2, a mesh bag conveying mechanism 5, a material receiving mechanism 6 and a collecting box 7; the driving gears 107 in the sieving mechanisms 1 are in belt transmission fit with each other.
The screening of apples of different sizes is realized by adjusting the distance between the rolling brush 110 and the conveying mechanism 3 in each screening mechanism 1, and apples of different sizes are sequentially subjected to the corresponding feeding bin 2, mesh bag conveying mechanism 5, material receiving mechanism 6 and collecting box 7 to complete the mesh bag 508 and are separately collected.
As shown in fig. 1, in the apple sorting sleeve bag of the present invention, a final material receiving bin 10 is disposed at the lower end of the conveying mechanism 3, a final material collecting box 9 is disposed below the final material receiving bin 10, a mesh bag conveying mechanism 5 and a rotatable material receiving mechanism 6 are correspondingly disposed at the side portion of the frame 4 near the final material collecting box 9, the output end of the final material receiving bin 10 is located on the rotation track of the material receiving mechanism 6, and the output end of the mesh bag conveying mechanism 5 and the final material collecting box 9 are located on the rotation track of the output end of the material receiving mechanism 6.
The final material collecting bin 10 collects apples which are too small, the apples sequentially pass through the corresponding feeding bin 2, the mesh bag transmission mechanism 5 and the material receiving mechanism 6 to complete the mesh bag loading 508, and finally fall into the final material collecting bin 9 to be collected in a centralized mode.
Therefore, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: (1) according to the apple sorting and bagging device, apples with different size requirements can be automatically screened, so that net bags can be sequentially and respectively sleeved according to different requirements, and manual screening is not needed; (2) according to the apple sorting and bagging device, automatic bagging of apples can be completed through the matching of the material receiving mechanism and the mesh bag transmission mechanism, the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the apple sorting and bagging device has a good market popularization and use prospect.

Claims (10)

1. An apple sorting and bagging device is characterized by comprising a rack (4); a feeding bin (2), a conveying mechanism (3) and a screening mechanism (1) are arranged on the upper side of the rack (4), and the feeding bin (2) and the screening mechanism (1) are sequentially arranged along the conveying mechanism (3) from top to bottom; a feeding mechanism (8), a mesh bag conveying mechanism (5) and a rotatable material receiving mechanism (6) are arranged on the side portion of the rack (4), the input end of the feeding mechanism (8) is arranged beside the side, close to the feeding bin (2), of the screening mechanism (1) and is also lapped on the outer side of the conveying mechanism (3), the output end of the feeding mechanism (8) is located on the rotating track of the input end of the material receiving mechanism (6), and the output end of the mesh bag conveying mechanism (5) is located on the rotating track of the output end of the material receiving mechanism (6); a collecting box (7) is arranged below the rack (4), and the collecting box (7) is positioned on the rotating track of the output end of the material receiving mechanism (6).

The apple sorting bagging device according to claim 1, wherein the feeding bin (2) comprises two first supports (201) arranged on the rack (4), a bin body (203) is arranged between the two first supports (201), a driving shaft (202) is rotatably arranged in the bin body (203), a plurality of sparse blades (204) are arranged on the driving shaft (202), a first motor (205) is arranged on the outer side of any one first support (201), and the driving end of the first motor (205) is in transmission fit with one end of the driving shaft (202).

The apple sorting and bagging device according to claim 2, wherein the conveying mechanism (3) comprises two transmission shafts (302), the two transmission shafts (302) are rotatably arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the rack (4) respectively, a transmission belt (303) is arranged on the two transmission shafts (302), one end of the transmission shaft (302) at the upper end of the rack (4) is in transmission fit with a second motor (301), and the second motor (301) is arranged on the rack (4); both sides portion of frame (4) all is provided with the spout, and the both ends that are located transmission shaft (302) of frame (4) lower extreme all are provided with nut (304) in every spout in stretching into the corresponding spout respectively, screw thread assembly has adjusting bolt (306) in nut (304), has placed first slider (305) between transmission shaft (302) and nut (304).

The apple sorting and bagging device according to claim 3, wherein the screening mechanism (1) comprises two third brackets (102), the two third brackets (102) are arranged at two sides of the machine frame (4), a rolling brush (110) is rotatably arranged between the two third brackets (102), each third bracket (102) is internally provided with a limiting groove, the inner side of each limiting groove is provided with a pair of first sliding rails (111), a connecting piece (108) is sleeved between the pair of first sliding rails (111) in a sliding way, a driven gear (105) and a driving gear (107) which are meshed with each other are inserted into the connecting piece (108) in a vertically rotatable way, one end of the rolling brush (110) is connected with a driven gear (105), the driving gear (107) is in transmission fit with the driving end of a third motor (106), and the third motor (106) is arranged on the rack (4); the top of connecting piece (108) is provided with stopper (109), and the top screw thread of third support (102) is equipped with stop bolt (101), the cover is equipped with compression spring (103) on stop bolt (101), the lower extreme of compression spring (103) with stopper (109) are connected, and the lower extreme and stopper (109) screw thread assembly of stop bolt (101).
5. Apple sorting bagging device according to claim 4, wherein scale values (104) are provided on the third rack (102).

The apple sorting bagging device according to claim 4, wherein the material receiving mechanism (6) comprises a sleeve (601), a plurality of upper connecting seats (602) are arranged on the outer edge of the upper end of the sleeve (601), a plurality of lower connecting seats (606) are arranged on the outer edge of the lower end of the sleeve (601), the side portion of the sleeve (601) is connected to the driving end of a fourth motor (609), the fourth motor (609) is arranged on the side portion of the frame (4), a plurality of second sliding rails (608) are uniformly distributed on the outer wall of the sleeve (601) along the axial direction, a second sliding block (610) is sleeved on each second sliding rail (608), a tension spring (607) is arranged on each second sliding block (610), one end of each tension spring (607) is fixed on the corresponding upper connecting seat (602), a middle connecting seat (603) is arranged on the side portion of each second sliding block (610), and two adjacent second sliding blocks (610) are connected through an arc-shaped member (611), two sections of connecting rods (604) are hinged between the lower connecting seat (606) and the corresponding middle connecting seat (603), and the lower ends of the two sections of connecting rods (604) are hinged with arc-shaped clamping jaws (605) which bend inwards.

The apple sorting and bagging device according to claim 6, wherein the mesh bag conveying mechanism (5) comprises a case (501), a fifth motor (510) is arranged on the outer side of the case (501), a reel (509) and a guide rail (505) are arranged in the case (501), two pairs of compression rollers (506) are further rotatably arranged in the case (501), the two compression rollers (506) in each pair of compression rollers (506) are in transmission fit, a mesh bag (508) is wound on the reel (509), one end of the mesh bag (508) sequentially penetrates through the compression rollers (506), the driving end of the fifth motor (510) is connected with a crank (502), a driving rod (503) is hinged to a non-central position of the crank (502), one end of the driving rod (503) is hinged to a knife handle (504), and the knife handle (504) is arranged in the guide rail (505), the lower end of the cutter handle (504) is provided with a cutter (507), and the cutter (507) is positioned between the two pairs of compression rollers (506); the driving end of the fifth motor (510) is in belt transmission fit with any one of the pressing rollers (506), and any two pressing rollers (506) of the two pairs of pressing rollers (506) are in belt transmission fit with each other.

The apple sorting and bagging device according to claim 7, wherein the feeding mechanism (8) comprises a plurality of fixing plates (801), two arc-shaped plates (803) are arranged between the fixing plates (801), a feeding pipe (802) is arranged between the two arc-shaped plates (803), one end of the feeding pipe (802) is overlapped outside the conveying mechanism (3), and the other end of the feeding pipe is located on a rotation track of an input end of the receiving mechanism (6).

The apple sorting and bagging device according to claim 8, wherein the screening mechanisms (1) are multiple in number, and each screening mechanism (1) is correspondingly provided with a feeding bin (2), a mesh bag conveying mechanism (5), a material receiving mechanism (6) and a collecting box (7); the driving gears (107) in the screening mechanisms (1) are in belt transmission fit.
