Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for improving reproductive performance of sows and active ingredients
Technical Field
The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for improving the reproductive performance of sows, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for improving the reproductive performance of sows and an effective component, belonging to the field of medicines for improving the reproductive performance of sows.
Background
In the production practice of sows, diseases such as postpartum agalactia, hypogalactia, constipation, oestrus failure, metritis, vaginitis and the like generally exist, and traditional Chinese medicine considers that qi and blood are the most basic substances forming the bodies of human beings and livestock and maintaining the life activities of the human beings and the livestock, if the qi and the blood are not harmonious, all diseases are generated, and in the production of livestock and poultry, the health of the livestock and poultry is seriously affected, so that the dysfunction of viscera, the reduction of the production performance of animals and even the occurrence of diseases are caused. At present, sows in China generally have qi and blood deficiency, Chinese veterinary medicines are green medicines generally regarded as having development prospects in recent years, and research and development of application of classical qi and blood tonifying formulas in the pig raising industry has important significance for solving the problems of the sows at present.
Disclosure of Invention
One of the purposes of the invention is to provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition for effectively improving the reproductive performance of sows;
the second purpose of the invention is to provide an effective component for effectively improving the reproductive performance of sows;
in order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention comprises the following steps:
the invention firstly provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for improving the reproductive performance of sows, which consists of angelica sinensis, ligusticum wallichii, radix paeoniae alba and prepared rehmannia root.
In order to achieve better technical effects, the weight parts of the components are preferably as follows: 9-15 parts of angelica, 9-20 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 9-15 parts of radix paeoniae alba and 9-20 parts of prepared rehmannia root.
Wherein the improvement of the reproductive performance of the sow comprises any one or more indexes from the following (1) to (6):
(1) improving the healthy litter size, the newborn litter weight of piglets, the number of weaned heads of piglets in 21 days, the number of weaned litter in 21 days and the daily lactation capacity;
(2) shortening the birth process and farrowing interval of the sow;
(3) increasing the levels of estrogen and prolactin in the postpartum serum of a lactating sow;
(4) increasing hemoglobin and NO levels in lactating sows;
(5) the content of milk protein and milk fat in the colostrum of the lactating sow is improved;
(6) improving the contents of insulin growth factor, epidermal growth factor and immunoglobulin G in the colostrum of the sow.
The invention adopts LC-MS coupling technology to identify the chemical components of the Chinese medicinal composition entering milk, and the result determines that 5 components of the Chinese medicinal composition entering blood, namely sedanolide, oxypaeoniflorin, catechin, albiflorin and ligustilide, are effective components of the compound Chinese medicinal composition, thereby playing a role in improving the reproductive performance of sows.
Therefore, the invention further provides an effective component for effectively improving the reproductive performance of sows, and the effective component is selected from any one or more than one of sedanolide, oxypaeoniflorin, catechin, albiflorin or ligustilide according to any proportion; preferably, the effective components for improving the reproductive performance of sows consist of sedanolide, oxypaeoniflorin, catechin, albiflorin and ligustilide.
The invention further provides a method for improving the reproductive performance of sows by applying the traditional Chinese medicine composition, which comprises the following steps: pulverizing all the components of the compound traditional Chinese medicine composition, uniformly mixing and adding the pulverized components into a basal ration of a sow; for reference, the addition amount of the compound traditional Chinese medicine composition added to the basal diet of the sow can be 0.05-2 wt%, and preferably 0.2 wt%;
