Description

用于将橡胶条带对接以供应挤出机的系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于向挤出机供给多个橡胶条带的供给系统。更具体地,本发明涉及一种用于供给挤出机的系统,所述系统连续地将橡胶对接,从而避免供给间隙。
背景技术
在轮胎的制造中,有必要使轮胎表现出各种不同的性能方面(例如,低滚动阻力、改善的耐磨性、在干湿条件下相当的抓地力、预计的里程等)。因此,轮胎由具有对轮胎自身功能必不可少的特性的不同类型的橡胶混合物组成。为了确保商用轮胎具有预期的性能,橡胶混合物可以选自多种橡胶混合物,每种橡胶混合物具有以不同量混合并且源自多种生产顺序的不同成分。
橡胶混合物通常以之字形或摇摆形条带的形式被输送到挤出机。通常将两种或更多种不同的橡胶混合物手动引入挤出机的进料部分(如本文所用,术语“挤出机”是指各种已知的挤出机,包括但不限于螺杆挤出机、具有鱼雷头的挤出机和其它等效的挤出机)。挤出机的最佳操作取决于橡胶材料的组合物的一致性和该组合物所经受的供给操作的一致性。美国专利9,919,468公开了一种用于供给挤出机的自动化系统的示例。
尽管在轮胎生产工艺中设想了多种类型的橡胶混合物,但仍存在用于以自动化方式供给挤出机的设备的最佳布局。必须通过保持基本自动的操作并且不损害所得橡胶条带的均匀性来满足均匀供给的需求。此外,形成橡胶环(并因此形成缓冲存储)的可能性使得可以在输送机不关闭太长时间的情况下将产品对接。因此,所公开的发明提出了一种系统,该系统以受控且均匀的方式实现两个或更多个橡胶条带的组装,而且不会刺入橡胶条带。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种将根据预定的橡胶混合物配方所选的两个或更多个橡胶条带对接的系统,以向至少一个挤出机供给对接的橡胶条带所制成的复合橡胶材料条带。该系统包括:至少一个输送机,其将橡胶条带从系统的入口输送到对接系统的出口;以及框架,其运行地支撑输送机,以允许连续输送橡胶条带,并且还允许同时将供给至系统的橡胶条带对接。该系统还包括辊系统,所述辊系统在不刺入的情况下将橡胶条带对接,所述辊系统具有至少一个上辊和一个下辊,每个辊具有辊的旋转轴线延伸穿过的中心,并且每个辊具有预定直径的圆柱体,所述圆柱体相对于支撑所述辊系统的框架垂直地延伸并围绕其旋转轴线旋转;两个辊被布置成使得两个旋转轴线保持在同一平面中,其中轴线彼此平行;所述上辊具有带齿表面,当第一橡胶条带穿过所述辊系统时,沿着所述带齿表面在供给的第一橡胶条带与所述带齿表面之间确立接触长度,所述带齿表面具有沿着公共轴线连续地布置的多个齿部,所述公共轴线是相对于所述上辊的圆柱体的两个相对端部限定的。
在系统的某些实施方案中,下辊具有光滑表面,当第二橡胶条带穿过辊系统时,沿着所述光滑表面在供给的第二橡胶条带与所述光滑表面之间确立接触长度,所述光滑表面具有圆周表面,所述圆周表面具有在所述下辊的圆柱体的两个相对端部之间的支承表面。
在系统的某些实施方案中,下辊包括互补性带齿表面,当第二橡胶条带穿过辊系统时,沿着所述互补性带齿表面在供给的第二橡胶条带与下辊的带齿表面之间确立接触长度,所述互补性带齿表面具有相对于上辊的齿部以互补的方式沿着公共轴线连续地布置的多个齿部,所述公共轴线是相对于所述下辊的圆柱体的相对端部限定的。
在系统的某些实施方案中,两个辊在上辊的带齿表面与下辊的表面之间保持可调节的间隙。
在系统的某些实施方案中,输送机包括入口输送带和出口输送带,所述入口输送带在系统的入口处引入橡胶条带,所述出口输送带将对接的橡胶条带从系统的出口输送到系统的下游的一个或多个装置。
在系统的某些实施方案中,该系统还包括进料入口,在所述进料入口处,橡胶条带相对于支撑所述进料入口的框架被供应至该系统。
本发明还涉及一种通过所公开的系统执行的用于将橡胶条带对接的方法。所述方法括以下步骤:
供应至少一个第一橡胶条带和一个第二橡胶条带的步骤,每个橡胶条带具有根据所选橡胶混合物配方而选择的材料特性;
使上辊和下辊沿相反的方向旋转的步骤;
使输送机进行操作的步骤;
将输送机上的两个橡胶条带供给至系统的入口的步骤;
将两个橡胶条带对接以形成复合条带的步骤,该步骤包括使两个橡胶条带同时在上辊与下辊之间穿过的步骤,以保持第一橡胶条带的相对表面与第二橡胶条带的相对表面之间的均匀接触而且不刺入彼此;以及

在方法的某些实施方案中,对接步骤包括在不中断输送机的情况下将第一橡胶条带的端部对接至第二橡胶条带的起始部,使得在第一橡胶条带的端部与第二橡胶条带的起始部之间进行的接合不刺入第一橡胶条带或第二橡胶条带。
在方法的某些实施方案中,该方法还包括调节上辊与下辊之间的间隙的步骤。
在方法的某些实施方案中,该方法还包括检测离开辊系统的复合条带的厚度的步骤。

具体实施方式
现在参考附图(其中相同的附图标记表示相同的元件),图1示出向至少一个挤出机(未示出)供给两个或更多个橡胶材料条带的对接系统(或“系统”)10的实施方案。挤出机可以选自可商购获得的已知螺杆挤出机。系统10可以包括用于生产轮胎的系统的装置。
条带是根据预定的橡胶混合物配方由不同的橡胶材料制得的。每个橡胶条带可以由包含二烯橡胶(即至少部分源自二烯单体的任何弹性体)的已知橡胶组合物制得。该二烯弹性体可以选自聚丁二烯(BR)、天然橡胶(NR)、合成聚异戊二烯(IR)、丁二烯共聚物、异戊二烯共聚物和这些弹性体的共混物,这样的共聚物选自丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SBR)、异戊二烯-丁二烯共聚物(BIR)、异戊二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SIR)和异戊二烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SBIR)。
选择用于橡胶条带的橡胶组合物可以包含一种或多种二烯弹性体和一种或多种通常用于橡胶基质(其旨在用于轮胎制造)中的添加剂。这样的填料以非限制性的方式包括炭黑、二氧化硅、偶联剂、抗老化剂、抗氧化剂、增塑剂、增量油、具有高玻璃化转变温度(高于30℃)的增塑树脂、促进未处理状态下的组合物的加工性的试剂、增粘树脂、抗硫化返原剂、亚甲基受体和供体、增强树脂、已知的金属盐类型的促粘体系、以及交联或硫化体系。当制备两个或更多个橡胶条带的共混物时,本领域技术人员知晓如何调节橡胶组合物的配方以得到特定轮胎所需的特性。
每个橡胶条带均以成型产品的连续元件(意指具有预定宽度和厚度的通常长型的橡胶元件,旨在用于轮胎和轮胎产品,例如内衬、侧壁、胎体、胎面等)的形式制成。通过一种或多种手动或自动手段(例如一个或多个机器人操纵器)(未示出),将橡胶条带供应于一个或多个已知的货盘(未示出)和/或供给至系统10。
系统10包括至少一个输送机,所述输送机将橡胶条带从系统的入口12输送到系统的出口14。举例而言,设置一种代表性的输送机,其包括入口输送带12a和出口输送带14a,所述入口输送带12a将橡胶条带输入到系统10中,所述出口输送带14a将对接的橡胶条带从系统输送到一个或多个下游装置(例如一个或多个挤出机和/或其它混合器)。入口输送带12a和出口输送带14a可以包括借助已知的辊16进行连续运动的一个输送带或多个输送带。将理解的是,可以使用其它等效的输送机(例如一个或多个带式或辊式输送机或者其已知的等效物)。
再次参考图1,框架18运行地支撑输送带12a、14a,以允许连续输送橡胶条带,并且还允许同时将供给至系统10的橡胶条带对接。框架18与输送带12a、14a一起支撑辊系统20,所述辊系统20将所选的橡胶条带对接。框架18还可以支撑任选的进料入口50,在所述进料入口50处将橡胶条带供应到系统10。在具有进料入口22的系统的实施方案中,橡胶条带通过入口输送带12a被引导至辊系统20。
再次参考图1并且还参考图2至图4,在本发明的一个实施方案中,辊系统20包括上辊22和下辊24。将理解的是,具有辊22、24的辊系统是以示例的方式给出的,并且辊系统20能适应于在现有的对接系统中使用。
上辊22包括预定直径的圆柱体22a,所述预定直径是根据橡胶条带的特性(以非限制性方式包括橡胶条带的厚度和材料特性)来选择的。上辊22具有带齿表面22b,当橡胶条带穿过辊系统20时,沿着所述带齿表面22b在供给的橡胶条带与所述带齿表面之间确立一定长度的接触。带齿表面22b具有固定在圆柱体22a的两个相对端部22a’和22a”之间的多个齿部22b’。齿部22b’沿着相对于相对端部22a’、22a”所限定的公共轴线连续地布置。带齿表面22b的接触长度可以根据橡胶条带的宽度来调整。这种配置可以采取小齿轮的形式,其具有在不撕裂橡胶条带的情况下在橡胶条带的表面上形成压痕的优点。
下辊24具有预定直径的圆柱体24b,所述预定直径是根据橡胶条带的特性(以非限制性方式包括橡胶条带的厚度和材料特性)来选择的。下辊24具有光滑表面24b,当橡胶条带穿过辊系统20时,沿着所述光滑表面24b在供给的橡胶条带与所述光滑表面之间确立一定长度的接触。光滑表面24b具有圆周表面,所述圆周表面具有在圆柱体24a的两个相对端部24a’和24a”之间的支承表面。光滑表面24b的接触长度可以根据橡胶条带的宽度来调整。光滑表面24b的接触长度也可以根据上辊22的带齿表面22b的接触长度来调整。
每个辊22、24具有辊的旋转轴线延伸穿过的中心。每个辊22、24相对于支撑辊系统20的框架18垂直地延伸并围绕其旋转轴线旋转。辊22、24被布置成使得两个旋转轴线保持在同一平面中,其中轴线彼此平行。辊22、24相对于框架18的位置是能够根据待对接的橡胶条带的特性来调节的。
上辊22和下辊24保持在上辊22的带齿表面22b与下辊24的光滑表面24b之间的预定间隙E20。该间隙可以根据系统10的对接方法的周期中待对接的橡胶条带的材料特性和厚度来调节。在图1中示出了调节装置30,所述调节装置30包括用于进行该间隙调节的已知手段(例如,通过线性致动,该线性致动可以通过气缸-活塞部件或通过其它已知的致动器来实现)。
在系统10执行的将橡胶条带对接的方法中,一个或多个驱动电机(在图1中以电机40示出)使两个辊22、24沿相反的方向(每个辊的旋转方向由图4中的箭头A指示)旋转。每个辊22、24可以由相应的可编程驱动电机来驱动,所述驱动电机控制每个辊的旋转速度(例如,可以是移动橡胶条带的速度)。在一种变体形式中,常用的驱动系统(例如齿轮或输送带或等效系统)可以控制两个辊的旋转。在将橡胶条带对接的周期中,每个辊的各自速度确保了离开辊系统20的对接的橡胶条带的厚度大致恒定,同时有利于被供给到系统10的橡胶条带的对齐和粘合。
再次参考图1至图4,特别是参考图4,描述了根据本发明的对接方法的周期的示例,其使用具有辊22、24的系统10。在开始将橡胶条带对接的方法的周期时,对接方法包括供应至少一个第一橡胶条带B1和一个第二橡胶条带B2的步骤。将理解的是,两个条带B1、B2是以示例的方式使用的,在该步骤期间可以将两个或更多个橡胶条带引入系统10中。两个橡胶条带B1、B2的特性不同,并且这些特性是根据所选的橡胶混合物配方来选择的。将理解的是,橡胶条带可以被供应到(例如,通过RFID代码、通过条形码、通过自学习手段和/或通过其它已知的等效手段)识别每个橡胶条带的材料特性的相应货盘(或其它等效手段)上。
对接方法还包括使辊22、24旋转(参见图4中的箭头)的步骤。该步骤可以包括使入口输送带12a和/或出口输送带14a进行输送操作的步骤。在系统10的所有实施方案中,每个辊的旋转速度可以在周期中是可变的。
对接方法还包括以下步骤:将两个橡胶条带B1、B2供给到已经处于输送操作(参见图1中的箭头B)状态的入口输送带12a上。在包括进料入口50的系统10的实施方案中,进料入口允许将橡胶条带引到进入辊系统20的入口输送带12a上。第一橡胶条带B1包括支承表面B1a,所述支承表面B1a将被引入到辊系统20中,使得在将两个橡胶条带对接的过程中上辊22的带齿表面22b与支承表面B1a接合。第二橡胶条带B2包括支承表面B2a,所述支承表面B2a将被引入到辊系统20中,使得在将两个橡胶条带对接的过程中下辊24的光滑表面24b与支承表面B2a接合。每个橡胶条带B1、B2包括相应的相对表面B1b、B2b,所述相对表面将被引入到辊系统中,使得在该供给步骤期间两个相对表面面向彼此。每个橡胶条带B1、B2具有在支承表面B1a、B2a与相对应的相对表面B1b、B2b之间限定的各自的预定厚度。
对接方法还包括将两个橡胶条带B1、B2对接的步骤。该步骤包括同时将两个橡胶条带B1、B2朝向上辊22的带齿表面22b与下辊24的光滑表面24b之间的间隙E20传送的步骤。在将橡胶条带B1、B2对接的步骤中,上辊22使第一橡胶条带B1沿着切线接触线,其中第一橡胶条带的支承表面B1a在第一橡胶条带不被刺入的情况下与齿部22b’接合。在将橡胶条带B1、B2对接的步骤中,下辊24使第二橡胶条带B2沿着切线接触线,其中第二橡胶条带的支承表面B2a与光滑表面24b接合。在将橡胶条带B1、B2对接的步骤中,两个相应的橡胶条带的相对表面B1b、B2b保持为沿着接触线,以使得两个橡胶条带可以沿着相对的表面接合而不会刺入彼此。
在对接步骤中,系统10在不中断输送机的情况下将第一橡胶条带B1的端部对接至第二橡胶条带B2的起始部。将理解的是,可以对共用货盘的橡胶条带和/或相继货盘的橡胶条带进行对接。在第一橡胶条带的端部与第二橡胶条带的起始部之间进行的接合不刺入第一条带或第二条带。因此,所获得的对接使得可以在下游工艺中使用很长长度的橡胶条带(例如两个或更多个货盘),而无需操作员干预。
现在对接的橡胶条带形成复合条带B12,所述复合条带B12包括两个橡胶条带的所有材料特性。在对接步骤期间,执行每个辊22、24的旋转,以保持第一橡胶条带B1的相对表面B1b与第二橡胶条带B2的相对表面B2b之间的均匀接触。因此,以受控的方式均匀地施加压力,以便消除在复合条带B12中不希望的刺入。
对接方法还包括复合条带离开辊系统20的步骤。在已将橡胶条带B1、B2组装并对接为复合产品后,辊系统20将复合条带B12引向出口输送带14a(已经在输送操作中),以在下游的装置中进行加工,所述装置执行混合步骤(例如,具有至少一个挤出机的混合装置)(参见图1中的箭头C)。
参考图5至图7(其中相同的附图标记表示相同的元件),示出了可在图1的系统10中使用的辊系统20的另一实施方案。在该实施方案中,辊系统20包括如上所述的上辊22。辊系统20还包括下辊24’,所述下辊24’具有互补性带齿表面24b’,当橡胶条带穿过辊系统20时,沿着所述互补性带齿表面24b’在供给的橡胶条带与下辊的带齿表面之间确立一定长度的接触。下辊24b’的互补性带齿表面24b’具有固定在圆柱体的两个相对端部24’a’、24’a”之间的多个齿部24b”。齿部24b”以与上辊22的齿部22b’互补的方式沿着相对于相对端部24’a’、24’a”所限定的公共轴线连续地布置。下辊的这种配置可以采取如上关于上辊22所述的小齿轮的形式。
参考图7,以与如上关于图2至图4的实施方案所述的相同方式(两个辊22、24’的旋转方向由图7中的箭头D表示)执行使用本发明的该实施实施的对接方法的周期。相应的橡胶条带B1、B2各自的支承表面B1a、B2a与相应的带齿表面22b、24b’接合,以形成复合条带B12。再次以受控的方式均匀地施加压力,以便消除在复合条带B12中不希望的刺入。
在根据本发明的对接方法的所有实施方案中,对接方法还可以包括调节间隙E20(在上辊22的带齿表面22b与下辊24的光滑表面24b之间,或者在上辊22的带齿表面22b与下辊24’的互补性带齿表面24b’之间)的步骤。在该步骤期间,在对接方法的周期中,辊之间的间隙可以变化。
参考图8、图8A和图8B,每组齿部22b’、24b”可以具有预定的横截面几何形状。在所示的说明性实施方案中,由系统10对接的橡胶条带制得各种几何形状的复合条带。这样的所选几何形状包括V形结构(参见图8)、U形结构(参见图8A)和弯曲结构(参见图8B)。当然,将理解的是,可以用其它几何形状代替。在本发明的一个实施方案中,从局部除去一个齿部,而不论所选择的几何形状如何(例如,参见图8C)。一个齿部的除去使得橡胶条带可通过而不会被对接,也不会停止正在前进的过程。
系统10还可以具有至少一个传感器(未示出),所述传感器执行以下步骤:检测离开辊系统的复合条带B12的厚度,以及确定与参考厚度相比的厚度的检测值(例如,通过确定复合条带B12是否符合一项或多项技术参数)。传感器可以恰好设置在辊系统20的辊的上游,以便检测进入辊系统的每个橡胶条带的厚度。因此,传感器可以指示是否需要调节间隙E20,以确保在将复合条带供给到下游的挤出机(或某种其它装置)之前,复合条带的厚度通常是恒定的。
系统10可以是共同形成轮胎生产系统的至少一部分的多个系统中的系统,其中一个或多个系统可以由一个或多个可编程控制单元控制。根据本发明的对接方法的一个周期可以在PLC的控制下进行,并且可以包括管理信息的预编程。例如,配置文件可以与由系统10供应的复合条带(包括离开系统的复合条带的材料特性)相关联。
对于所有实施方案,可以安装监测系统。监测系统的至少一部分可以配备在诸如移动网络设备的便携式设备中(例如移动电话、膝上型计算机、一个或多个连接至网络的便携式设备(包括“增强现实”和/或“虚拟现实”设备、连接至网络的便携式服饰和/或任何组合和/或任何等效物)。
在本发明的实施方案中,系统10可以接收语音命令或其它音频数据,这些语音命令或其它音频数据表示例如开始或停止辊系统20的辊旋转。请求可以包括有关对接方法的周期的当前状态的请求。可以以触觉方式(例如通过触觉界面)和/或以虚拟或增强的方式在听觉和视觉上表示所产生的响应。
在一个实施方案中,方法可以包括以下步骤:训练系统10(或训练包含系统10的系统)来识别离开系统10的复合条带的代表性值(例如厚度值)并且与目标值进行比较。该步骤可以包括训练系统来识别所比较的值之间缺乏等值的步骤。该训练步骤包括通过自学习手段生成的分类。该分类可以以非限制性的方式包括根据所选的混合物配方而选择的橡胶条带的材料参数。
本发明在保持橡胶的各种特性的同时保持了最佳的生产率。同时,本发明避免了与现有解决方案相关的刺入。因此,提供了单个系统,该系统适于在不改变轮胎生产系统中的设备的情况下处理多种混合物。
术语“至少一个”和“一个或多个”可互换使用。给出的位于“在a和b之间”的范围包括值“a”和“b”。
虽然已经说明和描述了所公开的装置的特定实施方案,但是将理解的是,在不脱离本描述的精神或范围的情况下,可以进行各种改变、添加和变型。因此,除了所附权利要求中所陈述的之外,不应对所描述的本发明的范围施加任何限制。

Claims (9)

1.一种将根据预定的橡胶混合物配方所选的两个或更多个橡胶条带(B1、B2)对接的系统(10),其用于向至少一个挤出机供给对接的橡胶条带所制成的橡胶材料的复合条带(B12),其中,所述系统包括:
至少一个输送机,其将橡胶条带从所述系统的入口(12)输送到对接系统的出口(14);
框架(18),其运行地支撑所述输送机,以允许连续输送橡胶条带,并且还允许同时将供给至所述系统的橡胶条带对接;以及
辊系统(20),其在不刺入的情况下将橡胶条带对接,所述辊系统包括至少一个上辊(22)和一个下辊(24、24’),每个辊具有辊的旋转轴线延伸穿过的中心,并且每个辊具有预定直径的圆柱体,所述圆柱体相对于支撑所述辊系统(20)的所述框架(18)垂直地延伸并围绕圆柱体的旋转轴线旋转;两个辊(22、24)被布置成使得两个旋转轴线保持在同一平面中,其中轴线彼此平行;所述上辊(22)具有带齿表面(22b),当第一橡胶条带(B1)穿过所述辊系统(20)时,沿着所述带齿表面(22b)在供给的第一橡胶条带(B1)与所述带齿表面之间确立接触长度,所述带齿表面(22b)包括沿着公共轴线连续地布置的多个齿部(22b’),所述公共轴线是相对于所述上辊的圆柱体(22a)的两个相对端部(22a’、22a”)限定的;
其中,下辊(24)包括光滑表面(24b),当第二橡胶条带穿过所述辊系统(20)时,沿着所述光滑表面(24b)在供给的第二橡胶条带(B2)与所述光滑表面之间确立接触长度,所述光滑表面(24b)包括圆周表面,所述圆周表面具有在所述下辊的圆柱体(24a)的两个相对端部(24a’、24a”)之间的支承表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统(10),其中,下辊(24’)包括互补性带齿表面(24b’),当第二橡胶条带穿过所述辊系统(20)时,沿着所述互补性带齿表面(24b’)在供给的第二橡胶条带(B2)与所述下辊的带齿表面之间确立接触长度,所述互补性带齿表面(24b’)包括相对于所述上辊(22)的齿部(22b’)以互补的方式沿着公共轴线连续地布置的多个齿部(24b”),公共轴线是相对于所述下辊(24’)的圆柱体的相对端部(24’a’、24’a”)限定的。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的系统(10),其中,两个辊在所述上辊(22)的带齿表面(22b)与所述下辊(24、24’)的表面(24b、24b’)之间保持可调节的间隙(E20)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的系统(10),其中,所述输送机包括入口输送带(12a)和出口输送带(14a),所述入口输送带(12a)在所述系统的入口(12)处引入橡胶条带,所述出口输送带(14a)将对接的橡胶条带从所述系统的出口(14)输送到所述系统的下游的一个或多个装置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的系统(10),所述系统(10)还包括进料入口(50),在所述进料入口(50)处,橡胶条带相对于支撑所述进料入口(50)的框架(18)被供应至所述系统。
6.一种用于将橡胶条带对接的方法,其由根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的系统(10)执行,所述方法包括以下步骤:
供应至少一个第一橡胶条带(B1)和一个第二橡胶条带(B2)的步骤,每个橡胶条带具有根据所选橡胶混合物配方而选择的材料特性;
使上辊和下辊沿相反的方向旋转的步骤;
使输送机进行输送操作的步骤;
将所述输送机上的两个橡胶条带(B1、B2)供给至所述系统(10)的入口(12)的步骤;
将两个橡胶条带(B1、B2)对接以形成复合条带(B12)的步骤,该步骤包括使两个橡胶条带(B1、B2)同时在所述上辊与所述下辊之间穿过的步骤,以保持所述第一橡胶条带(B1)的相对表面(B1b)与所述第二橡胶条带(B2)的相对表面(B2b)之间的均匀接触而且不刺入彼此;以及
所述复合条带离开辊系统(20)的步骤。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,对接步骤包括在不中断所述输送机的情况下将所述第一橡胶条带(B1)的端部对接至所述第二橡胶条带(B2)的起始部,使得在所述第一橡胶条带的端部与所述第二橡胶条带的起始部之间进行的接合不刺入所述第一橡胶条带或所述第二橡胶条带。
8.根据权利要求6或权利要求7所述的方法,所述方法还包括调节所述上辊与所述下辊之间的间隙(E20)的步骤。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,所述方法还包括训练所述系统(10)以识别离开所述系统(10)的复合条带(B12)的代表性值的步骤。
