技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有高紫外线防护效果(high ultraviolet ray-protectingeffect)的水包油型乳化化妆品(emulsified cosmetic)。
背景技术
包含紫外线吸收剂的防晒化妆品(sunscreen cosmetic)的消费者喜欢具有轻薄、清新感的化妆品,因此水包油型乳液形式的化妆品通常被广泛使用。
如果目的是在防晒化妆品中赋予高紫外线防护效果,特别是为了保护角蛋白材料(keratinic material)免受光损害、晒伤和/或光老化,则通常必须加入大量的紫外线吸收剂。然而,紫外线吸收剂可能产生包括粘性的不适感,并且由于其高极性也可能使乳液不稳定。另外,必须加入高极性的油剂以溶解高结晶度的紫外线吸收剂。因此,正在作出努力以创造防晒化妆品,其具有降低的紫外线吸收剂含量,同时保持其高紫外线防护效果。
技术问题
降低防晒化妆品的紫外线吸收剂含量同时保持高紫外线防护效果的一种已知方法是将油溶性紫外线吸收剂与水溶性紫外线吸收剂组合。然而,水溶性紫外线吸收剂倾向于降低稳定性,因为其是影响乳化状态的电解质。WO2007/122822和JP2018-8907公开了这样的水包油型乳化化妆品的示例,其包含油溶性紫外线吸收剂和水溶性紫外线吸收剂,并加入了特别的表面活性剂和高级醇以实现更稳定的乳化状态并最小化所述紫外线吸收剂引起的粘性,但随后需要加入相当大量的表面活性剂,其会在施用期间产生厚重的乳脂感并缺乏清新水润感。
因此仍然需要提供一种具有高紫外线防护效果的水包油型乳化化妆品,但是其具有改善的稳定性,并当施用于角蛋白材料上,特别是皮肤上时提供清新水润感。
本发明的一个目的是解决该技术问题。本发明人发现,如果将特别的交联聚合物加入水包油型乳化化妆品中,则即使加入的表面活性剂总量最小也能够稳定地分散油相(油溶性紫外线吸收剂和油剂),并发现其在施用期间提供了清新水润感,同时保持了水包油型乳化化妆品的高紫外线防护效果。
发明内容
因此本发明提供了一种水包油型乳化化妆品,其在生理学上可接受的介质中包含:(a)水相、(b)阴离子表面活性剂、(c)油溶性紫外线吸收剂,(d)水溶性紫外线吸收剂和(e)包含(甲基)丙烯酰胺烷基磺酸或其盐、二烷基(甲基)丙烯酰胺和(甲基)丙烯酸酯作为结构单元的交联聚合物。在下文中“水包油型乳化化妆品”也可以称为“水包油型乳剂”或“水包油型乳剂组合物”或“水包油型乳剂形式的化妆品组合物”。在下文中“水相(a)”也可以简称为“成分(a)”,其他成分可以以类似的方式称呼。如本文所用,术语“(甲基)丙烯醛基”是指丙烯酰基或甲基丙烯酰基,并且同样适用于类似的主链。
在下文中“质量%”也可以称为“重量%”。
术语“化妆品上或生理上可接受的”是指与角蛋白材料,特别是与皮肤相容,其具有颜色、气味和令人愉悦的触感并且不会引起不可接受的不适感(刺痛和绷紧)。
本发明还涉及一种用于护理和/或化妆(making-up)角蛋白材料的美容方法,其包括将如本发明所定义的水包油型乳化化妆品施用于角蛋白材料上,特别是皮肤上。本发明还涉及本发明的水包油型乳化化妆品,其用于预防和/或减少UV辐射对角蛋白材料,特别是对皮肤的影响,特别是用于保护皮肤免受光损害、晒伤和/或光老化。
具体实施方式
本发明的水包油型乳化化妆品可以进一步包含至少一种选自以下的成分:(f)非离子表面活性剂和(g)12至24个碳原子的高级醇。通过加入成分(f)和/或成分(g),甚至可以改善所述水包油型乳化化妆品的乳化状态的稳定性。
在本发明的水包油型乳化化妆品中,基于所述水包油型乳化化妆品的总质量,所述阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂和12至24个碳原子的高级醇的总含量可以为1至5质量%,优选2至4.8质量%。包含在该范围内的所述阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂和12至24个碳原子的高级醇的水包油型乳化化妆品可以在施用期间提供更好的清新水润感。
本发明的水包油型乳化化妆品可以进一步包含(h)亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚。加入成分(h)进一步改善了紫外线防护效果。
本发明的水包油型乳化化妆品具有高紫外线防护效果,因此可以用作防晒化妆品组合物。
本发明的有益效果
本发明提供了一种具有高紫外线防护效果的水包油型乳化化妆品,其具有极好的稳定性,并且当施用于角蛋白材料上,特别是皮肤上时提供清新水润感。本发明的水包油型乳化化妆品的优势还在于,其在施用后没有粘性感。
现在将描述本发明的优选实施方案,应理解这些实施方案决不限制本发明。
水相(aqueous phase)
本发明的水包油型乳化化妆品包含水相(a)。所述水相可以仅由水组成,或者也可以包含可溶于水的溶剂。
所用的水可以是蒸馏水、纯净水、温泉水、深层水或衍生自植物的蒸汽蒸馏水如薰衣草水、玫瑰水或橙花水。
可溶于水的溶剂的示例包括:一元醇,如甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇和苯氧基乙醇;和多元醇,如乙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、戊二醇、己二醇、二丙二醇、聚乙二醇、甘油、二甘油、聚甘油、山梨醇、木糖醇和甘露醇,和其混合物。可溶于水的溶剂可以是单独使用的一种,或者是可以组合使用的两种或更多种。
基于水包油型乳液的总质量,水相(a)的含量优选为40至95质量%,并且更优选为50至90质量%。如本文所用,“基于总质量”是指基于水包油型乳化化妆品的总质量。
阴离子表面活性剂
此实施方案的水包油型乳化化妆品包含阴离子表面活性剂(b)。

油溶性紫外线吸收剂
此实施方案的水包油型乳化化妆品包含油溶性紫外线吸收剂(c)。
油溶性紫外线吸收剂的示例包括:基于肉桂酸的紫外线吸收剂,包括基于肉桂酸的紫外线吸收剂如2-乙基己基对甲氧基肉桂酸酯、2-乙氧基乙基对甲氧基肉桂酸酯、异丙基对甲氧基肉桂酸酯-二异丙基肉桂酸酯混合物和甲基双(三甲基甲硅烷氧基)甲硅烷基异戊基三甲氧基肉桂酸酯;基于水杨酸的紫外线吸收剂如对二甲基氨基苯甲酸戊酯、对二甲基氨基苯甲酸2-乙基己酯、水杨酸乙二醇酯、水杨酸2-乙基己酯、水杨酸苄酯和水杨酸高孟酯(胡莫柳酯);二乙基氨基羟基苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯;双乙基己氧基苯酚甲氧基苯基三嗪;乙基己基三嗪酮;二甲氧基亚苄基二氧代咪唑烷基丙酸2-乙基己酯;和叔丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷,和其混合物。所用的油溶性紫外线吸收剂可以是单一种类或两种或更多种的组合,但是为了表现出更高的紫外线防护效果,优选使用两种或更多种的组合。特别地,优选使用两种或更多种紫外线吸收剂的组合,其选自基于肉桂酸的紫外线吸收剂、基于水杨酸的紫外线吸收剂、对甲氧基肉桂酸2-乙基己酯、二乙基氨基羟基苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯和双乙基己氧基苯酚甲氧基苯基三嗪。
基于水包油型乳化化妆品的总质量,成分(c)的含量优选为10至20质量%,并且更优选为11至16质量%。
水溶性紫外线吸收剂
此实施方案的水包油型乳化化妆品包含水溶性紫外线吸收剂(d)。
水溶性紫外线吸收剂的示例包括羟基甲氧基二苯甲酮磺酸、苯基苯并咪唑磺酸、苯基二苯并咪唑四磺酸和对苯二亚甲基二樟脑磺酸和其混合物。其中,为了提供极好的生物稳定性和令人满意的紫外线防护效果,优选苯基苯并咪唑磺酸和苯基二苯并咪唑四磺酸,更优选苯基苯并咪唑磺酸。
基于水包油型乳化化妆品的总质量,成分(d)的含量优选为0.1至5质量%,并且更优选为0.5至3质量%。
交联聚合物
此实施方案的水包油型乳化化妆品包含交联聚合物(e),其包含(甲基)丙烯酰胺烷基磺酸或其盐、二烷基(甲基)丙烯酰胺和(甲基)丙烯酸酯作为结构单元。
作为结构单元的(甲基)丙烯酰胺烷基磺酸的示例是(甲基)丙烯酰胺甲基丙烷磺酸。(甲基)丙烯酰胺烷基磺酸的盐包括例如碱金属盐(如钠盐和钾盐、以及铵盐)。(甲基)丙烯酰胺烷基磺酸的盐优选铵盐。
作为结构单元的二烷基(甲基)丙烯酰胺的示例是二甲基(甲基)丙烯酰胺。
作为结构单元的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的示例包括(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯和(甲基)丙烯酸烷基聚氧乙烯酯。
(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯的烷基链长度的示例包括6至22个碳原子的长度。在此实施方案的水包油型乳化化妆品中,优选使用具有10至16个碳原子的烷基的(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯。其中优选(甲基)丙烯酸月桂酯、(甲基)丙烯酸肉豆蔻酯和(甲基)丙烯酸棕榈基酯,更优选(甲基)丙烯酸月桂酯。

12至24个碳原子的高级醇的示例包括:直链脂肪族一元醇,如月桂醇、肉豆蔻醇、鲸蜡醇(十六醇)、硬脂醇、二十二醇和油醇;和支链脂肪族一元醇,如羊毛脂醇和异硬脂醇,和其混合物。优选直链脂肪族一元醇。可以单独使用12至24个碳原子的单一高级醇,或者可以组合使用两种或更多种。
基于水包油型乳化化妆品的总质量,成分(b)、成分(f)和成分(g)的总含量优选为1至5质量%,并且更优选为2至4.8质量%。该特别的范围在施用期间有利地赋予清新水润感。
亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚
此实施方案的水包油型乳化化妆品可以进一步包含(h)亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚。
亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚不溶于水,因此可以通过将其分散在水相中来加入。例如,可以使用由巴斯夫公司(BASF Corp.)以商品名TINOSORB M销售的亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚的水分散体(INCI名称:亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚(和)水(和)癸基葡糖苷(和)丙二醇(和)黄原胶)。这是一种使用微细粒技术的有机UV过滤剂,既可以作为微色素又可以作为UV吸收剂。
基于水包油型乳化化妆品的总质量,成分(h)的含量优选为0.5至10质量%,并且更优选为1至5质量%。当使用亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚的水分散体作为成分(h)时,基于水包油型乳化化妆品的总质量,其含量优选为1至20质量%,并且更优选为2至10质量%。
附加的胶凝剂或增稠剂
在一个特别的实施方案中,所述水包油型乳化化妆品可以进一步包含成分(e)以外的增稠剂。
成分(e)以外的增稠剂的示例是包含丙烯酰基烷基牛磺酸或其盐作为结构单元的聚合物,如(丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸铵/乙烯基吡咯烷酮)共聚物、(丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸钠)共聚物、(丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸钠)共聚物和(丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸铵/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯)交联聚合物;和黄原胶,和其混合物。其中优选(丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸铵/乙烯基吡咯烷酮)共聚物和(丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸钠)共聚物,因为加入成分(e)以外作为增稠剂的这样的成分可以在施用期间赋予更好的清新水润感。
在一个特别的实施方案中,此实施方案的水包油型乳化化妆品可以进一步包含油剂。为了本说明书的目的,油剂不包括油溶性紫外线吸收剂(c)或12至24个碳原子的高级醇(g)。
油剂的示例包括:烃油,如液体石蜡、轻液体异链石蜡、十二烷、异十二烷、十四烷、异十四烷、十六烷、异十六烷、角鲨烷、植物角鲨烷、凡士林、聚异丁烯和聚丁烯;酯油,如肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、肉豆蔻酸辛基十二烷基酯、三辛酸甘油酯(甘油三(乙基己酸)酯)、二异硬脂酸聚甘油酯、二(辛酸/癸酸)丙二醇酯、二(辛酸/癸酸)丁二醇酯、碳酸二辛酯、三异硬脂酸二甘油酯、三山嵛酸甘油酯、苹果酸二异硬脂酸酯、二辛酸新戊二醇酯和苯甲酸烷基酯;高级脂肪酸,如月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、山嵛酸和油酸;和硅油,如聚二甲基硅氧烷(二甲硅油)、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷(二苯基二甲硅油)、苯基三甲硅油、二苯基甲硅烷氧基苯基三甲基硅油、氨基改性的硅酮、环氧改性的硅酮、羧基改性的硅酮、聚醚改性的硅酮和烷基改性的硅酮,和其混合物。可以单独使用一种油剂,或者可以组合使用两种或更多种。
除这些成分之外,此实施方案的水包油型乳化化妆品还可以包含其他添加剂如pH调节剂、螯合剂、抗氧化剂、抗褪色剂、防腐剂、药物和/或活性成分、稳定剂、粉末、色素和香精,其被适当地加入以便赋予各种效果。
作为非限制性示例,此实施方案的水包油型乳化化妆品可以通过以下步骤生产。
1)将油溶性紫外线吸收剂(c)和如果需要的非离子表面活性剂(f)和12至24个碳原子的高级醇(g)和油剂混合并搅拌,同时加热以获得油基混合物。
2)将水相(a)、水溶性紫外线吸收剂(d)和按需要的其他成分混合并搅拌,以获得水性混合物。
3)向水相(a)中加入阴离子表面活性剂(b)、交联聚合物(e)和如果需要的成分(e)以外的增稠剂,在加热的同时搅拌,并进一步加入1)中获得的油基混合物并在加热的同时搅拌混合物。
4)将2)中获得的水性混合物和按需要的其他成分加入3)中获得的混合物中,并在冷却的同时搅拌混合物。
由于此实施方案的水包油型乳化化妆品在施用期间具有清爽水润感且施用后不会产生粘性,其适合作为皮肤化妆品使用,优选通过施用于皮肤上使用(不包括头皮),更优选施用于面部、身体和四肢。此实施方案的水包油型乳化化妆品例如可以作为化妆水、乳液、香精、乳霜或化妆品基质使用。其可以作为护肤组合物或化妆组合物使用。另外,此实施方案的水包油型乳化化妆品适合作为防晒化妆品,因为其具有高紫外线防护效果。
本发明还涉及一种用于护理和/或化妆角蛋白材料的美容方法,其包括将所定义的水包油型乳化化妆品施用于角蛋白材料上,特别是皮肤上。
本发明的水包油型乳化化妆品还用于防止和/或减少UV辐射对角蛋白材料,特别是对皮肤的影响,特别是用于保护皮肤免受光损害、晒伤和/或光老化。
实施例
现在将通过以下实施例具体详细地解释本发明,并理解本发明不受这些实施例的限制。
(1)水包油型乳化化妆品的制备
基于表1中所列的组成(实施例1至8和对比例1至6),通过以下方法制备具有不同成分和其含量的水包油型乳化化妆品。
在80℃制备混合溶液(混合物A),其包含油溶性紫外线吸收剂(c)、非离子表面活性剂(f)、12至24个碳原子的高级醇(g)和油剂,和在室温制备混合溶液(混合物B),其包含水相(a)(水)、水溶性紫外线吸收剂(d)、无机紫外线吸收剂和pH调节剂(氨丁三醇)。
使用搅拌器在80℃将水相(a)(水和苯氧基乙醇)、阴离子表面活性剂(b)、交联聚合物(e)、成分(e)以外的增稠剂和螯合剂(EDTA二钠)混合,然后加入已制备的混合物A并搅拌混合物。使获得的混合物自然冷却,加入已制备的混合物B并与其在60℃搅拌。再次使混合物自然冷却,加入包含水相(a)(丁二醇和丙二醇)和亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚(h)的水分散体并与其在50℃搅拌。再次使混合物自然冷却,加入其他成分,并与其在40℃搅拌以获得水包油型乳化化妆品。每种材料的含量(单位:质量%)如表1所示。
(2)稳定性评估
(2-1:在50℃储存1个月)
将每种制备的水包油型乳化化妆品装入透明容器中并用盖子密封,然后在50℃储存1个月。观察储存后油相和水相之间的任何分离。如果未观察到油相和水相之间的分离则评价为Y,如果观察到油相和水相之间的分离则评价为N。
(2-2:在40℃和-10℃的循环测试)
将每种制备的水包油型乳化化妆品装入透明容器中并用盖子密封,然后交替重复在40℃储存12小时和在-10℃储存12小时,持续总储存期限1个月。如果未观察到油相和水相之间的分离则评价为Y,如果观察到油相和水相之间的分离则评价为N。
(3)紫外线防护效果
将每种制备的化妆品以1.3mg/cm2的涂布量均匀地涂布在PMMA板上并干燥。然后使用SPF分析仪(Labosphere的UV-2000S)测量体外SPF值,其基于以下量表进行评估。
(评估量表)
A:体外SPF值≥50
B:体外SPF值≥30且<50
C:体外SPF值<30
(4)感官评估
在皮肤上的单次使用试验中,由本发明人所属组织的化妆品专家组成的评估小组根据以下量表评估每种制备的化妆品在施用期间的清新水润感和施用后的缺乏粘性度。

A:强
B:中等
C:几乎没有
D:没有
(缺乏粘性度)
A:完全无粘性
B:几乎无粘性
C:轻微粘性
D:粘性

表1所示的结果表明,与其他对比例相比,在包含(a)水相、(c)油溶性紫外线吸收剂和(d)水溶性紫外线吸收剂的水包油型乳化化妆品中,(b)阴离子表面活性剂和(e)包含(甲基)丙烯酰胺烷基磺酸或其盐、二烷基(甲基)丙烯酰胺和(甲基)丙烯酸酯作为结构单元的交联聚合物的组合(本发明的实施例),提供了具有紫外线防护效果和优化的施用后感官特性的稳定的组合物。
Claims (7)
1.一种水包油型乳化化妆品,其在化妆品上可接受的介质中包含:(a)水相、(b)阴离子表面活性剂、(c)油溶性紫外线吸收剂、(d)水溶性紫外线吸收剂和(e)包含(甲基)丙烯酰胺烷基磺酸或其盐、二烷基(甲基)丙烯酰胺和(甲基)丙烯酸酯作为结构单元的交联聚合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水包油型乳化化妆品,其进一步包含至少一种选自以下的成分:非离子表面活性剂和12至24个碳原子的高级醇。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,基于所述水包油型乳化化妆品的总质量,所述阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂和12至24个碳原子的高级醇的总含量为1至5质量%。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的水包油型乳化化妆品,其进一步包含亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的水包油型乳化化妆品,其为防晒化妆品组合物。
6.一种用于护理和/或化妆角蛋白材料的美容方法,其包括将如权利要求1至5中任一项所定义的水包油型乳化化妆品施用于角蛋白材料上,特别是皮肤上。
7.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的水包油型乳化化妆品,其用于预防和/或减少UV辐射对角蛋白材料,特别是对皮肤的影响,特别是用于保护皮肤免受光损害、晒伤和/或光老化。
