Abstract
透明质酸杀螨剂,微生物透明质酸复合菌代谢物发酵以葡萄糖作为碳原发酵液,在培养基中发酵48小时,发酵结束后,过滤除去菌丝体和杂质,然后采用醇沉淀法得到高纯度的透明质酸复合菌代谢物。本发明能按照所需产品功能来设定分子量大小,同时根据产品的特殊性优化出链球菌、乳酸菌、金龟子绿僵菌、球孢白僵菌、苏云金杆菌复合而成的代谢产物,用于植物杀螨,阻塞螨类、红蜘蛛、蚜虫、飞虱等害虫的气孔,导致害虫死亡。

技术领域
本发明涉及药剂技术领域,具体为透明质酸杀螨剂。
背景技术
螨类在形态、习性及栖息场所等方面具有多样性,其分布广、适应性强,种类繁多,可以危害150多种作物,每年都给农林业造成极大的损失,同时螨类繁殖能力强,极易产生抗性,使常规杀螨剂药效降低。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出透明质酸杀螨剂,可作为农用杀螨剂、杀菌剂喷雾使用,能快速杀螨,杀虫,提高生物活性,还可阻塞害虫气孔,导致害虫死亡。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供技术方案:透明质酸杀螨剂,其特征在于:由微生物透明质酸复合菌代谢物与特殊助剂配制而成。
进一步地,微生物透明质酸复合菌包括链球菌、乳酸菌、金龟子绿僵菌、球孢白僵菌、苏云金杆菌。
进一步地,微生物透明质酸复合菌代谢物发酵以葡萄糖作为碳原发酵液,在培养基中发酵48小时,发酵结束后,过滤除去菌丝体和杂质,然后采用醇沉淀法得到高纯度的透明质酸复合菌代谢物。
进一步地,微生物透明质酸复合菌代谢物为无色透明可分散水剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:能按照所需产品功能来设定分子量大小,同时根据产品的特殊性优化出链球菌、乳酸菌、金龟子绿僵菌、球孢白僵菌、苏云金杆菌复合而成的代谢产物,用于植物杀螨,阻塞螨类、红蜘蛛、蚜虫、飞虱等害虫的气孔,导致害虫死亡。

实施例1
透明质酸杀螨剂,以葡萄糖作为碳原发酵液,链球菌、乳酸菌、金龟子绿僵菌为菌种在培养基中发酵48小时,发酵结束后,过滤除去菌丝体和杂质,然后采用醇沉淀法得到高纯度的透明质酸复合菌代谢物。
实施例2
透明质酸杀螨剂,以葡萄糖作为碳原发酵液,金龟子绿僵菌、球孢白僵菌、苏云金杆菌为菌种在培养基中发酵52小时,发酵结束后,过滤除去菌丝体和杂质,然后采用醇沉淀法得到高纯度的透明质酸复合菌代谢物。
实施例3
透明质酸杀螨剂,以葡萄糖作为碳原发酵液,链球菌、金龟子绿僵菌、球孢白僵菌为菌种在培养基中发酵54小时,发酵结束后,过滤除去菌丝体和杂质,然后采用醇沉淀法得到高纯度的透明质酸复合菌代谢物。

1.透明质酸杀螨剂,其特征在于:由微生物透明质酸复合菌代谢物与特殊助剂配制而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透明质酸杀螨剂,其特征在于:微生物透明质酸复合菌包括链球菌、乳酸菌、金龟子绿僵菌、球孢白僵菌、苏云金杆菌。
3.根据权利要求1所述的透明质酸杀螨剂,其特征在于:微生物透明质酸复合菌代谢物发酵以葡萄糖作为碳原发酵液,在培养基中发酵48小时,发酵结束后,过滤除去菌丝体和杂质,然后采用醇沉淀法得到高纯度的透明质酸复合菌代谢物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的透明质酸杀螨剂,其特征在于:微生物透明质酸复合菌代谢物为无色透明可分散水剂。
