氢燃料汽车已经问世,但大多都使用钢瓶贮存氢燃料,车用氢气钢瓶存在质量重、容重比小、易腐蚀、失效模式不安全,工作压力不高等不足,制约了氢气能源在新能源汽车领域的应用。在当今全世界都大力提倡节能减排,创造低碳生活的背景下,氢能源汽车迫切需要一种质量轻、耐高压、疲劳寿命高的储氢气瓶部件来突破其应用瓶颈,为新能源汽车逐步替代传统的石油燃料汽车贡献力量。这其中,车用压缩氢气铝内胆碳纤维全缠绕气瓶不失为一个很好的选择。
发明内容
本发明提供一种车用氢气铝合金内胆双层纤维缠绕气瓶,提升氢内胆气瓶表层结构灵活性,提升气瓶表面结构强度,延长内胆使用寿命。

实施例1,如图1至图7所示,一种车用氢气铝合金内胆双层纤维缠绕气瓶,包括铝内胆、碳纤维层1和玻璃纤维层,其中,玻璃纤维层由相邻接连的单位套2构成,碳纤维层1上有插连杆,插连杆为垂直碳纤维层1外表面向外延伸的直杆,在插连杆的外端有杆端圆球3,单位套2上有插杆槽4和转稳槽5,插杆槽4为自单位套2的侧面向内延伸的凹槽,转稳槽5为垂直插杆槽4的末端沿着单位套2的圆周方向延伸的凹槽,插杆槽4和转稳槽5的截面形状与插连杆和杆端圆球3一直。氢内胆气瓶由内向外依次为铝内胆、碳纤维层1和玻璃纤维层,其中,碳纤维层1作为承载纤维,玻璃纤维层作为外表面保护层。可通过将单位套2由气瓶的两侧套入的形式使得插连杆插入插杆槽4中,再将插连杆和杆端圆球3推入转稳槽5中,实现单位套2在碳纤维层1表面的位置稳定,稳定之后,可对相邻的单位套2相接边缘用液态树脂等材料粘连,最后将碳纤维层1的两端浸入树脂液中,使得玻璃纤维层完整套于碳纤维层1上。通过选用该种方式,不仅可以实现玻璃纤维层的拆装性,当一侧单位套2受损时,可单独更换受损单位套2,而不至于需要加工整个气瓶甚至丢弃整个气瓶,还可提升玻璃纤维层的质量,选用已经通过质量检测合格的单位套2的覆盖来提升气瓶整体质量,尤其是对于玻璃纤维层的化学暴露等试验,避免玻璃纤维层试验不合格而导致气瓶质量不过关。特别地,甚至可通过调整插连杆在转稳槽5中的位置,改变不同单位套2相接边缘的接触位置,使得衔接处具备更加丰富的各向异性。
转稳槽5自插杆槽4的末端向外延伸时逐渐向单位套2的外侧表面靠近。转稳槽5在延伸方向上离单位套2的圆心逐渐变大,这使得杆端圆球3在深入转稳槽5时将玻璃纤维层逐渐压紧贴于碳纤维层1,可根据深入转稳槽5的位置调整玻璃纤维层与碳纤维层1的压紧程度。
在单位套2上还有防退拐槽6,防退拐槽6连接插杆槽4和转稳槽5,防退拐槽6为远离转稳槽5的末端延伸的倾斜槽。防退拐槽6主要用于防止插连杆和杆端圆球3从转稳槽5直接退回插杆槽4中。

5.根据权利要求4所述的一种车用氢气铝合金内胆双层纤维缠绕气瓶,其特征在于,所述抓槽侧板(8)由单侧板(10)构成,相邻的所述单侧板(10)之间通过扭簧连接,在所述夹板槽(9)的上、下壁面上分布着变向凸粒(11),所述变向凸粒(11)为自所述夹板槽(9)的上、下壁面向外凸出的圆弧凸粒,所述变向凸粒(11)在所述夹板槽(9)的长度延伸方向上上、下交替分布。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种车用氢气铝合金内胆双层纤维缠绕气瓶,其特征在于,位于两端最外侧的所述单侧板(10)上有渐变面(12),所述渐变面(12)为自所述单侧板(10)是端部中间向两侧板面延展的弯曲凸表面。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种车用氢气铝合金内胆双层纤维缠绕气瓶,其特征在于,所述单侧板(10)上有抓槽纹路(13),所述抓槽纹路(13)为自所述单侧板(10)的表面向内凹陷的交叉凹槽。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种车用氢气铝合金内胆双层纤维缠绕气瓶,其特征在于,在所述变向凸粒(11)上有抵触纹路,所述抵触纹路为自所述变向凸粒(11)远离所述插杆槽(4)一侧的表面向内凹陷的交叉凹槽。
