本发明提供了一种复方酸枣仁安神饮的制备方法,具备以下有益效果:
酸枣仁因为口味较酸、富含维C,其有收敛的作用,对于经常出汗或者口干舌燥的人,多食用有很好的效果;酸枣仁有补肝肾、养心安神的功效;酸枣仁还具有改善心肌缺血,枣仁总皂甙有保护缺氧、缺糖和氯丙嗪所致的心肌损伤的功效;
百合具有润肺止咳的作用,还有宁心安神的作用,对于失眠的病人应用百合,以及百合还同时有美容的作用、防癌的作用,提高免疫力,延缓我们衰老,它有健胃的作用,对胃有好处,而且有清热解毒、止咳、祛痰、平喘的作用;
龙眼肉性味甘、温,其归于心、脾两经,其主要功效与作用为:龙眼肉可以补益心脾、养血安神,以及龙眼肉所含的糖分非常高,其含有的单糖容易被人体直接吸收,对于体虚贫血、老年体弱、久病体虚的孕妇,或者产后贫血的人,经常食用还是有很好的补益作用,可以促进其体力恢复,且龙眼有安神定志的作用;
山药可以健脾益胃、补肾、滑润滋润、生精、降血糖;山药性味甘、平,归于脾、肺、肾;其功效与作用有:山药含有丰富的淀粉酶、多酚氧化酶等物质,该物质有健脾益胃、补肾的功效;药含有皂甙、黏液质,具有滑润滋润的功效,因此其有益于肺气虚弱,能够滋补肺阴;山药含有黏液蛋白,具有生精之功效,可以降血糖;山药含有丰富的黏液蛋白、维生素和微量元素,以上物质可以很好的抑制血脂在血管壁上的沉积,从而预防心脑血管疾病,可以起到延年益寿的作用;
云苓,性味是甘、淡、平,归经在心、肺、脾、肾经,它的功能主治是利水渗湿,健脾宁心,还具有健脾安神的作用,用于心神不安,惊悸失眠;
莲子心性寒凉、味苦,具有清热解毒作用,还可以清心除烦;莲子心具有利尿作用,同时也具有降压的作用。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种复方酸枣仁安神饮的制备方法,由以下重量份计的原料中药配制而成:酸枣仁25份、百合8份、龙眼肉6份、山药3份、云苓3份和莲子心1份,以及饮用水200份、加苯甲酸钠6份。
本发明中:复方酸枣仁安神饮的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、称重并清洗:按照中药原料的质量份依次称取酸枣仁25份、百合8份、龙眼肉6份、山药3份、云苓3份和莲子心1份,并清洗;
S2、搅拌混合中药原料:将清洗后的百合8份、龙眼肉6份、山药3份、云苓3份和莲子心1份药材加入提取罐中,并加饮用水至提取罐罐体的一半处,接着加入炒酸枣仁粗粉,用搅拌棒搅匀;
S3、煎煮中药原料并提取:继续加入饮用水至6倍药材重量,煎煮,并分两次提取,获取第一次提取液A和第二次提取液B;
S4、浓缩并搅拌:将第一次提取液A和第二次提取液B合并,并浓缩至约比重1.1,接着加苯甲酸钠6份,搅拌均匀;
S5、补水并煮沸灭菌:再加入少量纯化水补足蒸发预计量,煮沸灭菌,过滤;
S6、灌装封口:药液灌成100ml/瓶,封口,即得。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复方酸枣仁安神饮的制备方法,其特征在于:所述复方酸枣仁安神饮的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、称重并清洗:按照中药原料的质量份依次称取酸枣仁、百合、龙眼肉、山药、云苓和莲子心,并清洗;
S2、搅拌混合中药原料:将清洗后的百合、龙眼肉、山药、云苓、莲子心药材加入提取罐中,并加饮用水至提取罐罐体的一半处,接着加入炒酸枣仁粗粉,用搅拌棒搅匀;
S3、煎煮中药原料并提取:继续加入饮用水至6倍药材重量,煎煮,并分两次提取,获取第一次提取液A和第二次提取液B;
S4、浓缩并搅拌:将第一次提取液A和第二次提取液B合并,并浓缩至约比重1.1,接着加苯甲酸钠,搅拌均匀;
S5、补水并煮沸灭菌:再加入少量纯化水补足蒸发预计量,煮沸灭菌,过滤;
S6、灌装封口:药液灌成100ml/瓶,封口,即得。
