Abstract

本发明公开了一种起重机伸缩臂保养专用油及其制备方法,其中起重机伸缩臂保养专用油包括基础油60‑80份、稠化剂5‑15份、石墨粉25‑40份、润滑脂5‑10份、极压抗磨剂1‑5份、抗氧剂1‑3份、防锈剂1‑5份、抗水剂0.5‑2份和填充剂1‑3份,本发明通过加入石墨粉,可以提升润滑脂的抗压性,延长润滑脂的润保周期,长时间具有良好的润滑效果,润滑时长可达20天左右。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑脂加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种起重机伸缩臂保养专用油及其制备方法。
背景技术
起重机伸缩臂一般为多节套在一起,由尼龙块进行间隔。起重机在常规作业过程中,每天需要对伸缩伸缩臂涂抹润滑脂进行润滑,对伸缩臂外表伸缩磨擦点进行保养,使伸缩臂得到及时的保养,防止尼龙块与伸缩臂磨损或损坏,延长设备使用周期。
市面上现有的润滑脂只能保存润滑一周的时间,有效时间短,如果不及时重新涂抹润滑脂,会导致伸缩臂的润滑效果降低,产生一定的安全隐患;同时,高频率的涂抹润滑脂,一方面会影响工作效率,另一方面会使得成本增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种起重机伸缩臂保养专用油及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中所提出的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种起重机伸缩臂保养专用油,按重量份数包括如下组分,

作为进一步的优化,所述基础油为聚醚与聚α-烯烃的复配物,二者的质量比为1:(0.8-1.2)。
作为进一步的优化,所述稠化剂为聚脲稠化剂或钙基改性膨润土。
作为进一步的优化,所述润滑脂为聚甲基丙烯酸或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
作为进一步的优化,所述极压抗磨剂为硼酸酯铵盐与二苄基二硫化物的复配物,二者的质量比为1:(0.8-1.2),优选硼酸酯铵盐与二苄基二硫化物1:1复配。
作为进一步的优化,所述抗氧剂为二壬基二苯胺。
作为进一步的优化,所述防锈剂为脂肪酸酰胺。
作为进一步的优化,所述抗水剂为碳酸锆铵或碳酸锆钾。
作为进一步的优化,所述填充剂为二硫化钼或三硫化钼。
本发明还提供一种起重机伸缩臂保养专用油的制备方法,包括如下步骤,
S1)准确称取各组分;
S2)将部分基础油加入到反应釜中,然后加入稠化剂和润滑脂,加热并搅拌,反应1-2h,制得初混物;
S3)向初混物中加入剩余的基础油、以及石墨粉、极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、抗水剂和填充剂,搅拌均匀,反应制得起重机伸缩臂保养专用油。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果体现在:
1.通过加入石墨粉,可以提升润滑脂的抗压性,延长润滑脂的润保周期,长时间具有良好的润滑效果,润滑时长可达20天左右;
2.通过加入增稠剂和填充剂,使得润滑脂具有良好的保型效果,提高其使用寿命。

以下是本发明的具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
实施例1
一种起重机伸缩臂保养专用油,其特征在于,按重量份数包括如下组分,聚醚38份、聚α-烯烃34份、聚脲稠化剂10份、石墨粉32份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯5份、极压抗磨剂3份、抗氧剂2份、防锈剂4份、碳酸锆铵1份、二硫化钼2份。
其制备方法包括如下步骤,准确称取各组分;将聚醚与聚α-烯烃混合均匀制得基础油,将部分基础油加入到反应釜中,然后加入聚脲稠化剂和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,加热并搅拌,反应1-2h,制得初混物;向初混物中加入剩余的基础油、以及石墨粉、极压抗磨剂(硼酸酯铵盐与二苄基二硫化物1:1复配)、抗氧剂、防锈剂、碳酸锆铵和二硫化钼,搅拌均匀,反应制得起重机伸缩臂保养专用油。
实施例2
一种起重机伸缩臂保养专用油,其特征在于,按重量份数包括如下组分,聚醚32份、聚α-烯烃33份、聚脲稠化剂8份、石墨粉38份、聚甲基丙烯酸10份、极压抗磨剂2份、抗氧剂2份、防锈剂2份、碳酸锆铵2份、二硫化钼1份。

将实施例1至5所制备的起重机伸缩臂保养专用油均匀涂抹于吊臂外表伸缩磨擦点处,在涂抹20天后依然具有润滑效果,其相较于市面上常规产品润滑一周左右的时间,本发明大大延长了润滑时间,提高了润滑效果。

S3)向初混物中加入剩余的基础油、以及石墨粉、极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、抗水剂和填充剂,搅拌均匀,反应制得起重机伸缩臂保养专用油。
