Background

The applicant of the present patent previously filed a patent CN201810960416.6 which provides a continuous receiving mechanism for receiving sheet material: receiving conveyed sheet materials by a lower receiving plate and stacking the sheet materials into a pile; when the counting of the flaky materials received by the lower receiving plate reaches a set value, the upper receiving plate extends above the lower receiving plate, and the upper receiving plate replaces the lower receiving plate to temporarily receive the conveyed flaky materials; the lower receiving plate is retracted, and the stacked sheet materials fall onto a stacking material conveying mechanism below; the receiving plate of lower floor stretches into again, and then upper receiving plate withdraws, and the slice material that upper receiving plate received temporarily falls on the receiving plate of lower floor.
In the above-mentioned prior art, when the lower layer receiving plate performs the retracting operation, the lower layer receiving plate is pulled out from the bottom of the sheet-like material, which is likely to cause scratches and other defects on the bottom surface of the sheet-like material at the bottom layer, and particularly, the lower layer receiving plate has a large number of stacked sheet-like materials (reaching a set value) and a heavy weight, and the possibility of scratches caused by pulling out of the lower layer receiving plate is higher. (5) the sheet material on the output platform 1 is output;
(6) and (5) circulating the step (2) to the step (5).
In the whole transferring and discharging process, although the temporary receiving rod 6 is drawn at the bottom of the sheet material, and the sheet material falls from the temporary receiving rod 6 to the receiving rod 2, the number of the sheet materials stacked on the temporary receiving rod 6 is usually small, so that the possibility of scratching and scattering the sheet material is very low. The receiving rod 2 with a large number of stacked sheet materials (a set numerical value is reached) and a heavy weight is not pulled at the bottom of the sheet materials, the sheet materials stacked into a stack are not fallen, and the risks of scratches on the sheet materials and falling disorder of the sheet materials are reduced.

In the whole transferring and discharging process, the receiving rod 2 is not pulled at the bottom of the flaky material, the flaky material is not dropped, and the risks of scratches on the flaky material and scattering of the flaky material are reduced.
