(1) Case selection
The total 100 patients suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Guangzhou area from 2 months to 2019 months in 2018 (all in the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease rehabilitation period) are counted. 66 men and 34 women among the patients; the patients are randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, wherein 50 patients in the treatment group and 50 patients in the control group are treated. The average age of the patients is 55 years, and the differences of the two groups of sex, age distribution, main symptom score and the like have no statistical significance.
(2) Group administration
Control group: oxygen therapy is added in conventional respiratory rehabilitation training.
Treatment groups: the traditional Chinese medicine formula is taken in addition to oxygen therapy for conventional respiratory rehabilitation training, 3 times a day, and 1 bag each time. It can be administered after infusing with boiling water.
(3) Main observation index
The treatment time is 3 months. The main observation index is the change in symptoms before and after treatment of cough and constipation.
(4) Criteria for efficacy assessment
Refer to the standard of curative effect of diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine diseases issued by the State administration of traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical cure is as follows: symptoms basically disappear after treatment, and the integral of the symptoms is 0-1 point;
the effect is shown: the symptoms are obviously improved after treatment, and the integral of the symptoms is reduced by more than or equal to 2/3;
the method has the following advantages: the symptoms are improved after treatment, and the symptom score is reduced by more than or equal to 1/3;
and (4) invalidation: failure to reach effective standard or aggravation.
(5) Therapeutic effects
After each patient had undergone 3 months of treatment, the symptom score comparison data before and after treatment is shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 comparison of the score of each symptom in the two groups after treatment
As can be seen from table 1, after the treatment with the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the present invention, the symptom score of the patients in the treatment group is significantly decreased, and the decrease degree is much higher than that of the control group, which indicates that the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the present invention can effectively treat the constipation and tremble symptoms of the convalescent patients.
